具體參賽流程 / Enrolment and Submission

1. 填寫本頁報名表格並提交，完成參賽資格註冊；

2. 通過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，獲取賽事最新指引與答疑支持；

3. 截止日期前，將符合要求的參賽視頻通過 WhatsApp 提交，確保作品順利入庫；

4. 耐心等待賽果公佈，見證屬於你的音樂榮耀時刻。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的才藝作品，無需為本次賽事單獨創作；

2.  報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹（如作品名稱、創作者/編曲者、表演時長等）內容的準確性；

3.  參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別（如表演形式、年齡段、作品難度等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；

4. 若提交的作品視頻因格式錯誤、檔案損壞、解析度不足、音質模糊等原因無法正常查看及聆聽，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意“作品視頻要求指引”；

5. 所有參賽作品視頻須嚴格依照“作品視頻要求指引”拍攝，確保畫面清晰、音畫同步、無多餘雜音及無關雜物，符合評審查看與聆聽標準；

6. 提交的作品必須為參賽者本人獨立完成表演（集體專案需為參賽團隊成員共同完成，嚴禁非團隊成員參與表演）；若為原創作品須保證由本人/本團隊獨立編創，一經發現作品抄襲、他人代演等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。
    

1. Participants may submit talent pieces previously used in other competitions; original creations are not required for this event.

2. Once submitted, registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please verify the accuracy of personal information and work descriptions (e.g., title, creator/arranger, performance duration).

3.  Participants must ensure submitted works align with their declared category (e.g., performance format, age group, piece difficulty), otherwise eligibility for scoring may be affected;

4. If submitted video entries cannot be viewed or heard properly due to incorrect format, file corruption, insufficient resolution, or poor audio quality, they will be disqualified from judging. Please refer to the “Video Submission Guidelines”;

5. All submitted performance videos must strictly adhere to the “Video Submission Guidelines,” ensuring clear visuals, synchronized audio-visual playback, absence of extraneous noise or unrelated objects, and compliance with judging standards for viewing and listening;

6. Submitted performances must be independently completed by the entrant (group projects require joint completion by all team members; non-team members are strictly prohibited from participating). For original works, the entrant/team must guarantee independent creation. Any violations, including plagiarism or performances by non-participants, will result in immediate disqualification to uphold competition fairness.

本賽事評分採用0-100分制，評審團將結合各才藝類別的藝術特性，從專業技術、創意表達、作品完整性、選材與匹配度四個維度綜合考量，確保評審的專業性與公平性。具體評分細則如下：

一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria

（一）專業技術（40%）

核心考察參賽者對對應才藝基礎技術的掌握與運用能力，分品類具體評估維度如下：​

1. 舞蹈類：動作規範性（基本功扎實度、動作銜接流暢性、姿態標準度）；節奏把控（動作與音樂節奏的契合度，無搶拍、拖拍）；肢體控制（力度、幅度、平衡感、柔韌性等核心能力的展現）；隊形配合（集體舞專屬：隊形變化精准度、成員間動作協同性）。​

2. 聲樂類：音準節奏（音高準確性、節奏穩定性，無跑調、節奏紊亂）；發聲技巧（氣息控制、共鳴運用、音色統一性，無破音、氣息不穩）；咬字吐字（發音清晰、咬字標準，歌詞傳遞易懂）。​​

3. 器樂類：指法/演奏技法規範性（符合曲目技術要求，無多餘或錯誤技法動作）；音準節奏（音高精准、節奏穩定，無錯音、搶拍、拖拍）；觸鍵/運弓/吹奏控制（針對不同樂器特性的技法把控，如鋼琴觸鍵多樣性、弦樂運弓平穩性，能通過技法調控音色）；技巧熟練度（技術難點的完成品質，無卡頓、技術變形）。​

4. 戲劇類：臺詞功底（發音標準、咬字清晰、語氣語調適配角色）；表演技巧（肢體動作、面部表情與角色的契合度，情感傳遞的自然度）；角色塑造（對角色性格、身份的理解與演繹精准度）；團隊配合（集體戲劇專屬：演員間互動協調性、角色銜接流暢性）。​

5. 朗誦/主持/詩歌吟誦類：語言表達（發音標準、咬字清晰、語調起伏適配文本情感）；氣息控制（氣息平穩，無斷句混亂、氣息不足）；節奏把控（語速適中，與文本節奏、情感基調匹配）；主持專屬：控場感、語言邏輯性與互動感（如有）。​

6. 創意類（原創才藝展示）：技法創新性（原創技法的可行性與表現力）；技術完成度（原創內容的呈現精度，無明顯技術失誤）；創意落地能力（將創意構思轉化為實際表演的實現效果）。

（二）創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者通過才藝表演傳遞作品主題思想與個人風格的能力，分品類具體評估維度如下：​

1. 通用維度：主題詮釋（對作品創作背景、情感基調與核心內涵的理解深度，表演與主題的契合度）；演繹獨特性（在尊重原作的基礎上，融入個人風格的個性化呈現，如舞蹈動作的細節處理、聲樂的情感遞進設計，避免機械複刻）；情感傳遞（通過表演傳遞真實且貼合作品的情感，引發觀眾共鳴）。​

2. 舞蹈類：編舞創意（原創舞蹈專屬：動作設計的獨特性與邏輯性；非原創舞蹈：動作改編的合理性與創新性）；情感與舞姿的融合度（通過肢體語言精准傳遞情感）。​

3. 聲樂類：演唱風格個性化（在原作框架內的情感表達創新、音色處理特色）；情感與旋律的契合度（通過歌聲精准傳遞歌曲情感）。​

4. 器樂類：樂感表達（對曲目情感的感知與傳遞能力，如通過音色起伏、節奏張弛展現情感）；演繹風格創新（在尊重原作的基礎上，對樂句、速度、強弱對比的創意處理）。​

5. 戲劇/朗誦/主持類：表達創意（臺詞處理、語氣設計的獨特性）；角色/文本理解的個性化呈現（對角色、文本的獨特解讀與演繹）。​

6. 創意類：創意獨特性（作品核心創意的新穎度，區別於傳統才藝的獨特表達）；主題與創意的融合度（創意表達與核心主題的契合度，無創意與主題脫節情況）。

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品整體呈現效果與細節把控品質，分品類具體評估維度如下：​

1. 通用維度：細節豐滿度（對作品細節的把控精度，如舞蹈的動作銜接、聲樂的氣息轉換、器樂的裝飾音處理，避免表演粗糙、流於表面）；整體協調性（表演速度、力度、風格等元素的統一適配，各段落之間過渡自然，無明顯邏輯斷層）；完成度（表演過程無明顯中斷、失誤堆積或遺漏段落等情況，完整展示作品核心魅力）。​​

2. 集體類作品（群舞、合唱、合奏、集體戲劇等）：團隊協同完整性（成員間配合默契，無節奏錯位、動作/聲音脫節等情況，整體呈現連貫統一）。​​

3. 創意類作品：創意完整性（原創內容從開篇到收尾的邏輯閉環，無創意斷層或未完成感）。​

（四）選材與匹配度（10%）

關注參賽作品與參賽者個人能力、年齡特點的契合度，具體評估維度如下：​

1. 難度適配性：依據參賽者年齡、學習年限及技術水準選擇難度適宜的作品，低齡段避免過度追求高難度技巧導致表演變形，高齡段需突破簡單重複作品以展現技術進階。​

2. 特長發揮：選材能否精准展現參賽者個人優勢（如肢體柔韌性好適配古典舞、音色清亮適配民歌、節奏感強適配流行舞、語言表達流暢適配主持等），實現“以作品揚特長”的效果。​

3. 品類適配性：作品風格與所選才藝品類的特性適配，無風格與品類脫節情況（如古典器樂品類選擇古典曲目更適配，現代舞蹈品類選擇流行風格更適配）。

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

1. 雙重獨立評分

每件參賽作品由2位對應才藝領域的專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障評分公平性。若兩位評審打分差值超過10分，將啟動第三方評審復核，取三位評審打分的平均分作為最終成績。

2. 權威評審團構成

評審團涵蓋青少年藝術教育協會資深顧問、專業藝術院校對應學科（舞蹈、聲樂、器樂、戲劇、語言藝術等）教師、知名兒童藝術教育機構教研負責人及各才藝領域資深從業者。評審團兼具扎實的學術理論功底與豐富的青少年藝術教育實踐經驗，既以專業標準評判技術能力，也尊重青少年兒童表演的童真與個性，精准挖掘每位參賽者的藝術閃光點。
 

Judging Criteria​

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries across four dimensions—technical proficiency, creative expression, overall coherence, and material selection/matching—tailored to the artistic characteristics of each talent category, ensuring professional and impartial adjudication. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:

I. Scoring Criteria
(1) Technical Proficiency (40%)
This assesses the contestant's mastery and application of fundamental techniques specific to their art form. Evaluation dimensions vary by category as follows:

1. Dance: - Movement Precision (foundational skill proficiency, fluid transitions, standard postures); - Rhythm Control (synchronization with musical tempo, no rushing or dragging beats); - Body Control (demonstration of core abilities: strength, range, balance, flexibility); - Formation Coordination (group dances only: accuracy of formation changes, synchronized movements among members).

2. Vocal Category: Pitch and Rhythm (accurate intonation, steady rhythm, no flat/sharp notes or rhythmic irregularities); Vocal Technique (breath control, resonance utilization, tonal consistency, no broken notes or unstable breath); Articulation (clear pronunciation, standard diction, intelligible lyric delivery).

3. Instrumental Category: Finger/Playing Technique Standardization (meets technical demands of the piece, no unnecessary or incorrect technical movements); Pitch and Rhythm (accurate pitch, steady rhythm, no wrong notes, rushing, or dragging); Touch/Bow/Breath Control (Mastery of instrument-specific techniques, e.g., piano touch diversity, string bowing smoothness, tonal control through technique); Technical Proficiency (Quality execution of technical challenges, no hesitation or distorted technique).

4. Drama Category: Dialogue Delivery (Standard pronunciation, clear articulation, intonation matching character); Performance technique (alignment of physical movements and facial expressions with the character, natural emotional delivery); Character development (accuracy in understanding and portraying the character's personality and identity); Team coordination (exclusive to ensemble drama: coordination between actors, smooth transitions between roles).

5. Recitation/Hosting/Poetry Recitation Category: Language Delivery (standard pronunciation, clear articulation, intonation matching text emotion); Breath Control (steady breath, no disjointed phrasing or breathlessness); Pacing Control (moderate speech speed matching text rhythm and emotional tone); Hosting-Specific: Stage Presence, Logical Language, and Interaction (if applicable).

6. Creative Category (Original Talent Display): Innovation in Technique (feasibility and expressiveness of original techniques); Technical Execution (precision in presenting original content, no significant technical errors); Creative Implementation (effectiveness in translating creative concepts into actual performance).

 

(II) Creativity and Expression (30%)
Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey the thematic ideas and personal style of their work through talent performance. Specific evaluation dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Criteria: Theme Interpretation (depth of understanding regarding the work's creative background, emotional tone, and core essence; alignment between performance and theme); Interpretive Uniqueness (personalized presentation incorporating individual style while respecting the original work, e.g., detailed treatment of dance movements, emotional progression in vocal performances, avoiding mechanical replication); Emotional Conveyance (authentic emotional resonance aligned with the work, evoking audience empathy).

2. Dance Category:Choreographic Creativity (Original Dance: uniqueness and logical progression of movement design; Non-Original Dance: rationality and innovation in movement adaptation);Integration of Emotion and Movement (precise emotional expression through body language).

3. Vocal Category: Personalized Singing Style (Innovative emotional expression within the original framework, distinctive timbre treatment); Harmony of Emotion and Melody (Accurate conveyance of song emotion through vocals).

4. Instrumental Category: Musical Expression (Perception and conveyance of a piece's emotional essence, e.g., through tonal fluctuations and rhythmic dynamics); Innovative Interpretation Style (Creative treatment of phrases, tempo, and dynamic contrasts while respecting the original composition).

5. Drama/Recitation/Hosting Category: Expressive Creativity (Uniqueness in line delivery and vocal phrasing); Personalized Presentation of Character/Text Understanding (unique interpretation and portrayal of the character or text).

6. Creative Category: Creative Uniqueness (novelty of the core creative concept, distinct expression differing from traditional talents); Integration of Theme and Creativity (alignment between creative expression and core theme, without disconnect between creativity and theme).
    

(3) Overall Integrity (20%)
Evaluates the holistic presentation quality and attention to detail of the entry. Specific assessment dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Dimensions: Detail Richness (Precision in executing performance nuances, e.g., dance transitions, vocal breath control, instrumental ornamentation, avoiding superficial or rough execution); Overall Coordination (Uniform adaptation of performance elements like tempo, dynamics, and style; natural transitions between sections without logical gaps); Completion (No significant interruptions, accumulation of errors, or omitted sections during performance; fully showcasing the work's core appeal).

2. Group Performances (ensemble dance, choir, ensemble music, group theater, etc.):Team Synergy Integrity (members demonstrate seamless coordination without rhythmic misalignment or disjointed movements/voices, presenting a cohesive and unified whole).

3. Creative Works:Creative Integrity (original content forms a logical loop from beginning to end, free of creative gaps or unfinished elements).
    

(IV) Material Selection and Suitability (10%)
Focuses on the alignment between the performance piece and the contestant's individual abilities and age characteristics. Specific evaluation dimensions include:

1. Difficulty Suitability: Select pieces with appropriate difficulty based on the contestant's age, years of training, and technical level. For younger age groups, avoid excessive pursuit of high-difficulty techniques that may distort the performance. For older age groups, move beyond simple, repetitive pieces to demonstrate technical advancement. ​

2. Strength Highlighting: Whether the selection precisely showcases the contestant's personal strengths (e.g., classical dance for excellent flexibility, folk songs for clear vocal tone, pop dance for strong rhythm sense, hosting for fluent verbal expression), achieving the effect of “using the piece to showcase strengths”.​

3. Genre Alignment: The piece's style must align with the selected talent category's characteristics, avoiding mismatches (e.g., classical instrumental categories suit classical repertoire, while contemporary dance categories suit pop styles).

 

II. Judging Mechanism
1. Dual Independent Scoring
Each entry is independently scored by two professional judges specializing in the corresponding talent category. The average score serves as the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness. Should the score difference between the two judges exceed 10 points, a third judge will be engaged for review. The average of all three judges' scores will then constitute the final result.

2. Composition of the Authoritative Judging Panel
The panel comprises senior advisors from the Youth Arts Education Association, faculty members from specialized arts institutions in relevant disciplines (dance, vocal music, instrumental music, theater, language arts, etc.), heads of teaching and research departments from renowned children's arts education institutions, and seasoned practitioners across various artistic fields. The panel combines solid academic foundations with extensive practical experience in youth arts education. They evaluate technical proficiency against professional standards while respecting the innocence and individuality inherent in children's performances, precisely identifying each contestant's artistic strengths.
