The 2026 Young Talents Design Competition for Youth and Children establishes an international professional platform for young designers worldwide to showcase their design talents. It unleashes the creative vitality and aesthetic charm of design on the global stage, igniting passion for deep exploration across diverse design genres including graphic design, product design, illustration design, space design, costume design, and cross-genre micro-design.
The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' design knowledge foundation, professional design skills (including rationality and aesthetics of composition, matching degree and appeal of colors, uniqueness and practicality of shapes, depth and innovation of themes, as well as individuality and design sense in interpretation), the depth of emotional integration with the design theme, and the overall ability to conceptualize and creatively present their work. It evaluates participants' grasp and flexible application of diverse design styles (such as the simplicity and grandeur of graphic design, the practical innovation of product design, the vividness and richness of illustration design, the transparency and rationality of space design, the fashion and individuality of costume design, and the innovative breakthroughs of cross-genre micro-design) and design language.
Participants may convey ideas through diverse forms like design drafts or design schemes, interpret aesthetics with rich design expressions, and endow design with warmth with profound emotion. Between lines and shapes, they showcase the design artistry and aesthetic depth of young designers. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials may be submitted in the corresponding language, enabling design youths from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. 參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別(如設計類別、年齡段、作品規格要求、參賽類別等)相符,否則將影響評分資格;

若提交的作品設計稿、電子檔(含設計圖、設計說明等)因圖像模糊、排版混亂、內容缺漏、格式錯誤等原因無法正常閱讀及評審,將無法進入評審環節,敬請留意作品提交要求指引;

所有參賽作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備(手繪設計稿字跡工整、卷面整潔、圖像清晰;電子設計稿格式規範、排版清晰、圖層完整),符合評審閱讀標準;

提交的作品必須為參賽者本人獨立完成創作(集體設計項目需為參賽團隊成員共同完成,嚴禁非團隊成員參與創作);若為原創設計內容須保證由本人 / 本團隊獨立創作,一經發現作品抄襲、他人代繪、改編作品冒充原創、盜用他人設計理念等違規行為,將立即取消參賽資格,以保障賽事公平性。

Entrants must ensure submitted works align with their declared category (e.g., design type, age group, work specification requirements, competition type). Failure to comply may disqualify entries from judging;

Submitted design drafts or digital files (including design drawings, design descriptions, etc.) that are blurred, poorly formatted, incomplete, or improperly formatted may be deemed unreadable or unjudgeable and excluded from evaluation. Please carefully follow submission guidelines.

All submitted works must strictly adhere to the submission guidelines (hand-drawn design drafts must be neat, legible and clear in images; digital design drafts must be properly formatted, clearly presented and complete in layers) to meet judging standards;

Submitted works must be independently created by the entrant themselves (group design projects must be jointly completed by all team members; non-team members are strictly prohibited from participating in creation). For original design content, it must be guaranteed as the independent creation of the entrant/team. Any violations discovered—such as plagiarism, ghost-drawing, passing off adapted works as original, or stealing others' design concepts—will result in immediate disqualification to ensure fairness in the competition.
本賽事評分採用0-100分制,評審團將結合平面設計、立體設計、數字設計、創意手工設計、視覺傳達設計、集體創意設計等不同設計品類的藝術與實用特性,從專業技術、創意表達、作品完整性、選材與匹配度四個維度綜合考量,確保評審的專業性與公平性。具體評分細則如下:
一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria
(一)專業技術(40%)
核心考察參賽者對對應設計品類基礎技術的掌握與運用能力,分品類別具體評估維度如下:

平面設計類(含海報設計、LOGO設計、版式設計):造型規範(元素比例、結構協調,無明顯變形、佈局失衡問題);色彩運用(色彩搭配貼合設計主題,色相、明度、純度把控精准,無色彩雜亂、不協調現象);版式佈局(構圖合理,主次分明,元素排布有序,留白恰當,視覺流暢);細節處理(字體選擇適配主題,文字排版規範,線條、圖形邊緣清晰,無模糊、雜亂痕跡)。

立體設計類(含手工模型、產品雛形、空間小設計):結構穩定性(造型結構合理,穩固性強,無易破損、坍塌問題);工藝技法(裁剪、拼接、塑形等技法熟練,手法細膩,無粗糙、拼接錯位、邊角毛躁現象);比例把控(整體與局部比例協調,貼合設計原型,符合實用或審美需求);材質運用(精准把控所選材質特性,材質搭配適配設計主題,實現質感與美觀的統一)。

數字設計類(含數字插畫、電子海報、簡單動畫設計):軟體操作(熟練運用設計軟體,線條、圖形、色彩呈現流暢,無操作失誤導致的瑕疵);畫面質感(畫面清晰,色彩還原度高,細節呈現完整,無模糊、卡頓、色彩失真現象);動態表達(動畫類作品節奏流暢,轉場自然,動態效果貼合主題;靜態數字設計畫面層次豐富,視覺衝擊力強);創意落地(將創意想法通過軟體精准呈現,技術服務於創意,無創意與技術脫節情況)。

創意手工設計類(含黏土設計、剪紙設計、綜合材料手工):手工技法(裁剪、折疊、塑形、粘貼等技法熟練,手法靈活,作品成型度高);創意落地(手工技法能精准呈現創意構思,無技法生疏導致的創意表達不到位問題);材質融合(綜合材料運用合理,不同材質搭配協調,能通過材質差異豐富作品層次);細節質感(細節刻畫細膩,造型生動,無明顯手工瑕疵,整體質感整潔、美觀)。

視覺傳達設計類(含包裝設計、宣傳卡片設計):傳達效率(設計能快速傳遞核心主題,視覺符號清晰,無歧義);造型適配(設計造型貼合傳播需求,符合目標受眾審美,無造型突兀、不協調現象);工藝適配(設計方案可落地,貼合實際製作工藝,無脫離工藝的不合理設計);色彩適配(色彩搭配符合視覺傳達需求,能通過色彩強化主題表達,提升傳播效果)。

集體創意設計類(含小組合作設計、主題系列設計):風格統一(全體創作者設計風格協調一致,無明顯風格衝突,作品整體感強);銜接流暢(系列作品或合作作品各部分銜接自然,邏輯連貫,無斷層、違和感);技法配合(成員間技法互補,能通過默契配合實現作品細節與層次的豐富呈現,發揮各自優勢)。
(二)創意與表達(30%)
聚焦參賽者通過設計作品傳遞主題思想與個人風格的能力,分品類別具體評估維度如下:

通用維度:主題詮釋(對比賽主題、創作背景及核心內涵理解深刻,設計內容與主題高度契合,傳遞積極向上的價值觀,貼合青少年及兒童的審美與認知);表達獨特性(在尊重設計規律的基礎上,融入個人思考與風格,如獨特的視角、個性化的元素設計,避免機械模仿、千篇一律);情感與內涵(通過設計元素、色彩搭配、造型設計傳遞真實情感或思考,展現青少年及兒童的想像力與創造力,引發觀者共鳴)。

平面/視覺傳達設計類:視角創新(採用獨特的觀察與表達視角,打破常規設計局限,賦予作品新鮮感與視覺衝擊力);主題貼合(設計元素精准貼合主題,無元素堆砌、脫離主題的情況,能通過設計強化主題表達);創意落地(創意想法具體可落地,並非空洞構思,能通過設計語言完整呈現)。

立體/手工設計類:造型創意(造型設計新穎獨特,具有辨識度,區別於常規造型,展現豐富的想像力);實用與審美結合(兼顧創意性與實用性或審美性,無單純追求創意而忽略作品核心價值的情況);個性表達(融入個人審美與思考,作品具有鮮明的個人風格,展現青少年兒童的童真與創意)。

數字設計類:創意新穎(核心創意大膽、獨特,數字表達形式新穎,區別於傳統設計呈現方式);主題與創意融合(創意表達緊扣主題,數字技術與創意構思完美結合,強化主題的傳播與表達);視覺創新(畫面視覺呈現新穎,色彩、造型、動態設計具有獨特性,能吸引受眾注意力)。
(三)作品完整性(20%)
衡量參賽作品整體呈現效果與細節把控品質,分品類別具體評估維度如下:

通用維度:細節豐富度(對設計細節把控精准,如線條邊緣、文字排版、材質拼接、色彩過渡等細節處理到位,避免作品粗糙、流於表面);整體協調性(作品各元素、各部分統一適配,構圖、色彩、造型等搭配協調,無明顯邏輯斷層與違和感);完成度(作品無未完成痕跡,整體整潔乾淨,署名規範,能完整展示作品核心創意與設計思路,無明顯瑕疵)。

集體創意設計類:團隊協同完整性(成員間配合默契,作品整體連貫統一,無局部突兀、銜接斷裂等問題,展現集體創作的凝聚力);整體表達力(團隊對主題的詮釋一致,通過共同創作強化作品的主題表達與視覺效果,實現1+1>2的創作效果)。

立體/數字設計類:結構完整性(立體作品結構完整,無缺失、破損;數字作品畫面完整,無內容缺失、卡頓、模糊等問題);創意閉環(作品從構思到呈現形成完整邏輯,創意貫穿始終,無創意斷層、結構殘缺等問題,能完整傳遞設計理念)。
(四)選材與匹配度(10%)
關注參賽作品與參賽者個人能力、年齡特點、品類風格的契合度,具體評估維度如下:

難度適配性:依據參賽者年齡、設計學習年限及技術水準選擇難度適宜的題材與技法,低年齡段避免過度追求複雜技法導致作品粗糙、完成度低,高年齡段需突破簡單重複創作,選擇能展現技術進階與思想深度的題材,實現能力與難度的匹配,貼合青少年及兒童的成長特點。

特長發揮:選材能精准展現參賽者個人優勢,如擅長色彩者適配平面、數字設計類創作,擅長手工者適配立體、手工設計類創作,想像力豐富者適配創意類設計,實現“以題材揚特長”的效果,充分挖掘參賽者的設計潛力。

品類適配性:作品題材、技法與所選設計品類特性適配,無風格與品類脫節情況(如平面設計貼合視覺傳播需求,立體設計兼顧實用與審美,數字設計突出技術與創意的融合),確保品類特色充分展現,貼合設計類比賽的核心要求。
二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism
1. 雙重獨立評分
每件參賽作品由2位對應設計領域的專業評審分別獨立打分,取平均分作為最終成績,最大限度減少主觀偏差,保障評分公平性。若兩位評審打分差值超過10分,將啟動第三方評審復核,取三位評審打分的平均分作為最終成績。
2. 權威評審團構成
評審團涵蓋青少年設計教育協會資深顧問、專業設計院校相關學科教師、知名兒童創意設計機構教研負責人及設計領域資深從業者(如知名設計師、設計編輯、資深設計教研員等)。評審團兼具扎實的設計學術理論功底與豐富的青少年及兒童設計教育實踐經驗,既以專業標準評判技術能力,也尊重青少年及兒童設計的童真天性與個性表達,精准挖掘每位參賽者的設計閃光點與創意潛力,助力青少年及兒童設計人才成長。
Judging Criteria
This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries across various design categories—including graphic design, spatial design, digital design, creative craft design, visual communication design, and collective creative design—based on their artistic and practical merits. Assessments will be conducted across four dimensions: technical proficiency, creative expression, overall coherence, and material selection and compatibility. This approach ensures both professional expertise and impartiality in the judging process. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:
I. Scoring Criteria
(1) Technical Proficiency (40%)
This assesses participants' mastery and application of foundational techniques within their respective design categories. Evaluation dimensions vary by category as follows:
Graphic Design (including Poster Design, Logo Design, Layout Design):

- Form Standards (proportional elements, balanced structure, no noticeable distortion or layout imbalance); Color Application (color schemes align with design themes, precise control of hue, value, and saturation, no chaotic or discordant color usage); Layout Composition (reasonable composition, clear hierarchy, orderly arrangement of elements, appropriate negative space, smooth visual flow); Detail Execution (font selection suits the theme, standardized text typesetting, crisp edges on lines and graphics, no blurring or messy traces).

Three-dimensional Design Category (including handmade models, product prototypes, and small-scale spatial designs): Structural Stability (reasonable form structure, high stability, no issues of easy breakage or collapse); Craftsmanship Techniques (proficient in cutting, assembling, shaping, etc., with refined execution; no roughness, misalignment, or frayed edges); Proportion Control (harmonious balance between overall and local scales, faithful to design prototypes, meeting practical or aesthetic requirements); Material Application (precise control of selected material properties; material combinations aligned with design themes, achieving unity of texture and aesthetics).

Digital Design Category (including digital illustration, digital posters, and simple animation design): Software Proficiency (Proficient use of design software, with smooth presentation of lines, graphics, and colors, free from flaws caused by operational errors); Visual Quality (Clear images with high color fidelity, complete detail representation, free from blurring, lag, or color distortion); Dynamic Expression (Animation works exhibit fluid pacing, natural transitions, and motion effects aligned with themes; Static digital designs feature rich layering and strong visual impact); Creative Execution (Accurately translates creative concepts through software, ensuring technology serves creativity without disconnect).

Creative Handcrafted Design Category (including clay design, paper-cutting design, mixed-media crafts): Handcrafted Techniques (proficient in cutting, folding, shaping, gluing, etc., with flexible execution and high workmanship quality); Creative Execution (craft techniques accurately convey creative concepts, with no underwhelming expression due to technical limitations); Material Integration (reasonable use of mixed media, harmonious pairing of diverse materials, and enhanced layering through material contrast); Detail and Texture (meticulous detailing, vivid form, absence of noticeable craftsmanship flaws, and overall clean, aesthetically pleasing texture).

Visual Communication Design (including packaging design, promotional card design): Communication Efficiency (designs convey core themes rapidly with clear, unambiguous visual symbols); ; Form Suitability (design form aligns with communication needs and target audience aesthetics, free of jarring or discordant elements); Craft Suitability (design is feasible for production, compatible with actual manufacturing processes, free of impractical design choices); Color Suitability (color palette meets visual communication requirements, enhances thematic expression and communication effectiveness through color).

Collective Creative Design Category (including group collaboration and thematic series designs): Unified Style (all creators maintain consistent design styles with no significant conflicts, ensuring strong overall coherence); Seamless Integration (series or collaborative works exhibit natural transitions and logical continuity without breaks or incongruities); Technical Synergy (Members complement each other's techniques, achieving rich detail and layering through seamless collaboration that leverages individual strengths).
(II) Creativity and Expression (30%)
Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey thematic concepts and personal style through their design work. Specific evaluation dimensions by category are as follows:

General Criteria: Theme Interpretation (Demonstrates profound understanding of the competition theme, creative context, and core values; design content aligns closely with the theme; conveys positive values; resonates with youth and children's aesthetics and cognition); Unique Expression (Incorporates personal perspective and style while respecting design principles, e.g., distinctive viewpoint, personalized element design; avoids mechanical imitation or uniformity); Emotional Resonance & Depth (conveys genuine emotion or thought through design elements, color schemes, and form, showcasing youth imagination and creativity to evoke viewer empathy).

Graphic/Visual Communication Design Category: Innovative Perspective (adopts unique observational and expressive angles, breaking conventional design constraints to impart freshness and visual impact); Thematic Relevance (Design elements precisely align with the theme, avoiding clutter or irrelevance, and effectively reinforce thematic expression through design); Creative Execution (Creative ideas are concrete and implementable, not abstract concepts, and can be fully realized through design language).

Sculptural/Handcrafted Design Category: Form Innovation (Novel and distinctive form design with high recognizability, differing from conventional shapes and showcasing rich imagination); Practicality and Aesthetics Integration (Balances creativity with practicality or aesthetic appeal, avoiding pure creativity at the expense of core value); ; Personal Expression (Incorporates personal aesthetic and thought, with a distinct individual style that showcases the innocence and creativity of youth).

Digital Design Category: Novel Creativity (Core concept is bold and unique, with innovative digital expression that diverges from traditional design presentation); Theme-Creative Integration (creative expression closely aligns with the theme, seamlessly merging digital technology with conceptual ideas to amplify thematic communication and expression); Visual Innovation (novel visual presentation, with distinctive color schemes, forms, and motion design that capture audience attention).
(III) Work Integrity (20%)
Evaluates the overall presentation and attention to detail of the entry. Specific assessment dimensions by category are as follows:

General Dimensions: Detail Richness (Precise control over design details such as line edges, text layout, material junctions, and color transitions, avoiding roughness or superficiality); Overall Coordination (Unified adaptation of all elements and sections, harmonious composition, color, and form, with no obvious logical gaps or incongruities); Completion (No traces of unfinished work, overall neatness and cleanliness, standardized attribution, fully showcasing core creativity and design intent with no significant flaws).

Collective Creative Design Category: Team Collaboration Integrity (Members demonstrate seamless coordination, ensuring the work exhibits cohesive unity without disjointed sections or abrupt transitions, showcasing collective creative synergy); Overall Expressiveness (The team consistently interprets the theme, amplifying the work's thematic expression and visual impact through collaborative creation to achieve a synergistic effect where 1+1>2).

Spatial/Digital Design Category: Structural Integrity (Spatial works must be structurally complete with no missing or damaged parts; digital works must display complete visuals with no content gaps, lag, or blurring). Creative Cohesion (The work forms a complete logical progression from concept to presentation, with creativity consistently applied throughout. This ensures a balance between ability and challenge, aligning with the developmental characteristics of youth and children.

For instance, those skilled in color should be matched with graphic or digital design categories; those adept at manual work should be matched with three-dimensional or craft design categories; and those with rich imaginations should be matched with creative design categories. This achieves the effect of “using subject matter to highlight strengths,” fully unlocking participants' design potential.

Category Alignment: Ensure the subject matter and techniques align with the characteristics of the selected design category, avoiding style-category disconnects (e.g., graphic design meeting visual communication needs, three-dimensional design balancing utility and aesthetics, digital design emphasizing the fusion of technology and creativity). This guarantees the category's distinctive features are fully showcased, meeting the core requirements of design competitions.
II. Judging Mechanism
1. Dual Independent Scoring
Each entry receives separate scores from two professional judges in the corresponding design field. The average score serves as the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness. If the score difference between judges exceeds 10 points, a third judge will review the entry, with the final score being the average of all three judges' scores.
2. Authoritative Jury Composition
The jury comprises senior advisors from the Youth Design Education Association, faculty members from relevant disciplines at professional design institutions, heads of teaching and research departments at renowned children's creative design organizations, and seasoned design practitioners (including renowned designers, design editors, and senior design educators). The panel combines solid design academic foundations with extensive practical experience in youth and children's design education. It evaluates technical proficiency against professional standards while respecting the childlike innocence and individual expression inherent in youth and children's design. The panel accurately identifies each participant's design strengths and creative potential, fostering the growth of young design talents.
參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement:
一、作品原創性
要求參賽設計作品須由參賽者獨立完成創作(可在指導老師協助下進行主題篩選、設計技巧指導及細節優化潤色),真實展現個人設計表達能力、創意落地水準與藝術創作潛力。禁止直接抄襲他人設計作品、冒用他人創意思路或搬運用戶網路及出版物中的原創設計內容,嚴禁侵犯設計作品著作權、版權及第三方知識產權;原創設計作品需提交著作權相關證明(如有),確保作品合法性,杜絕一切代設計、代創作行為。
二、作品形式規範
參賽作品形式需符合本次設計賽事專案分類(如平面設計、立體設計、數字設計、創意手工設計、視覺傳達設計、集體創意設計等),確保與報名組別一致(如幼兒組、兒童組、少年組、青少年組等)。個人專案與團隊專案需嚴格區分:團隊專案(如集體合作系列設計、小組創意落地作品等)需注明所有參與者姓名、分工(如主設計、創意構思、細節繪製、後期優化等)及指導老師資訊,避免因形式不符影響參賽資格。
三、作品規格要求
作品規格需符合各組別及對應設計品類要求(根據組別差異調整,建議幼兒組以簡易創意設計為主、尺寸適中,兒童組側重創意呈現、尺寸規範,少年組注重細節與完整度、尺寸貼合展示需求,青少年組突出創意與技術結合、規格符合專業設計標準),確保設計內容完整、邏輯清晰、創意鮮明。規格不符(如尺寸過大/過小、內容殘缺)將影響作品評審,請嚴格把控規格要求。若為原創設計作品,需同步提交完整創作資料(如設計手稿、創意草圖、思路推演過程、後期優化記錄等,如有),確保作品創作軌跡可追溯。
四、拍攝/掃描要求 / Shooting & Scanning Requirements
(一)設計作品拍攝/掃描要求
手工類、平面手繪類設計作品需拍攝/掃描作品全貌及細節畫面(可適當補拍創意亮點、工藝細節、材質紋理等),無裁切、無遮擋;數字設計類作品需導出清晰文檔預覽圖及原始檔案截圖,確保設計細節、色彩呈現、文字標注清晰可辨。拍攝角度以正面平拍為主(正面畫面占比不低於 80%),確保作品橫豎對齊、無傾斜,清晰呈現工藝精度(手工類)、排版佈局(平面類)、色彩還原(所有品類),避免仰拍、俯拍導致畫面變形。畫面需清晰乾淨,避免反光、陰影遮擋作品主體,光影均勻無雜亂,手繪類、手工類作品需確保無細節模糊、色彩失真、材質紋理不清晰等問題。
(二)創作資料拍攝/掃描要求
需在純白或淺色無紋理背景下進行拍攝/掃描,確保設計手稿、創意草圖、思路筆記、工藝步驟記錄等資料主體突出,避免背景雜物、圖案干擾。拍攝/掃描時需還原資料真實細節、色彩及字跡,避免反光、色偏,每一頁資料需完整呈現,確保內容清晰可辨;電子類創意思路說明、設計推演文檔需導出清晰預覽圖,與原設計作品預覽圖區分提交。
五、檔案格式與品質要求
(一)作品檔案要求
手工類、手繪類設計作品支持手機、相機拍攝或掃描器掃描,圖片格式須為 JPG 或 PNG,確保檔案相容性;建議使用三腳架固定設備拍攝,保證畫面穩定無模糊;圖片解析度不低於 300dpi,單張圖片大小控制在 2-10M 範圍內,確保放大後仍可清晰查看細節、工藝、色彩。數字設計類作品需提交可編輯原始檔案(如PSD、AI、CDR等對應設計軟體格式)及PDF預覽圖,確保作品原貌可查,避免格式錯亂、細節丟失。
(二)創作資料檔案要求
電子版創意理念說明、設計思路推演需提交可編輯檔(如Word、WPS、PDF格式),搭配對應預覽圖,確保證明創作真實性。禁止對創作資料進行內容修改、偽造,僅可適當調整圖片亮度、對比度還原真實效果。集體創意設計專案說明視頻格式須為 MP4、MOV 或 AVI,解析度不低於 1080P(1920×1080),音質清晰無雜音,內容需真實呈現團隊創意構思、分工協作及作品落地全過程。
六、後期處理限制
手繪類、手工類設計作品圖片僅可對亮度、對比度過、色溫進行微調(用於還原作品真實面貌、色彩及材質質感),禁止修改畫面內容(如添加特效、修改設計細節、更換背景、拼接畫面),嚴禁拼接不同設計手稿、不同時間創作的片段,確保作品的真實性與完整性。創作資料僅可進行基礎光影、色彩校正,禁止修改內容、添加非原創設計思路或拼接他人創意,數字類作品禁止修改原設計內容、偽造修改痕跡,確保作品的真實創作屬性。
七、作品呈現要求 / Presentation Requirements
背景:
拍攝/掃描手繪類、手工類設計作品時,統一使用純白或淺色無紋理背景(如白色幕布、淺灰色牆面、空白紙張襯托),設計工具、材料等道具擺放整齊,避免背景雜物、圖案、文字干擾主體,確保評審注意力集中於參賽作品本身。數字類作品預覽圖需保持頁面乾淨,無多餘浮水印、雜亂排版,色彩還原真實設計效果。
作品與排版:
手繪類作品需使用整潔、無破損的畫紙(建議專業設計畫紙、宣紙等適配品類的紙張),線條流暢、色彩均勻、無塗改污漬、無破損,標注規範(如有設計說明、尺寸標注等);數字類、平面類作品需排版簡潔、元素清晰,字體規範(建議宋體、楷體,四號字體),段落分明、無亂碼、色彩搭配協調。所有作品需主題明確、創意鮮明,無低俗、負面、違規內容,確保作品整體呈現效果。參賽者服裝無強制要求,若拍攝創作過程視頻,需穿著得體、整潔大方。
八、提交方式
通過指定報名平臺上傳參賽作品及相關資料,上傳前請將檔案統一命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中/英文全名_作品名稱」(例如:平面設計兒童組_李華/Li Hua_《星空雜貨鋪》、集體創意青少年組_張明軒&李曉/Zhang Mingxuan&Li Xiao_《低碳生活系列設計》),便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。原創設計作品需同步提交創作理念說明(200 字以內),闡述作品創作靈感、主題立意與創意表達主旨,與作品檔、創作資料一同壓縮上傳。實物作品(手工設計、立體模型等)提交方式另行通知,電子資料須在報名截止日前上傳完畢,逾期視為自動放棄參賽資格。

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.
