本賽事評分採用0-100分制，評審團將結合軟筆書法、硬筆書法、創意書法等不同書法品類的藝術特性，從專業技術、創意表達、作品完整性、選材與匹配度四個維度綜合考量，兼顧書法藝術的專業性與青少年兒童的創作個性，確保評審的專業性、公平性與包容性。具體評分細則如下：

一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria

（一）專業技術（40%）

核心考察參賽者對對應書法品類基礎技法的掌握與運用能力，分品類別具體評估維度如下：

1. 軟筆書法類（含楷書、行書、隸書、篆書、草書等書體，含中堂、條幅、鬥方等形制）：筆法規範（起筆、行筆、收筆動作標準到位，中鋒、側鋒運用合理，筆劃粗細、輕重、枯濕變化自然，無僵硬、拖遝或筆法紊亂現象）；結字精准（字體結構勻稱端莊，間架佈局合理，偏旁部首搭配協調，符合對應書體的結字規律，無重心偏移、筆劃錯位等問題）；墨法把控（墨色層次豐富，濃淡、幹濕、燥潤對比適宜，墨色運用服務於作品氣韻表達，無暈染過度、墨色單調或枯筆斷墨等情況）；章法基礎（字距、行距排布勻稱，落款、鈐印位置規範，整體佈局初步具備疏密變化的審美意識）。

2. 硬筆書法類（含楷書、行書、隸書等書體，含鋼筆、中性筆等工具）：筆法工整（筆劃挺拔有力，起收筆清晰，橫平豎直規範，筆劃銜接自然流暢，無連筆混亂、筆劃殘缺或敷衍潦草現象）；結字美觀（字體結構緊湊勻稱，筆劃間距合理，字形大小統一協調，符合硬筆書法的實用與審美結合原則，無錯別字、異體字濫用問題）；書寫規範（卷面書寫整齊，字距行距一致，標點符號使用準確，無塗改、污漬或字跡模糊情況）；行筆流暢（整篇書寫節奏平穩，行筆速度適中，筆劃呼應自然，展現一定的書寫熟練度）。

3. 創意書法類（含融合傳統元素的創意書法、書法裝置等，需保留書法核心特質）：技法創新性（在傳統書法技法基礎上，探索個性化筆法、墨法或形制表達，如創意結字、跨界材質運用等，兼具專業性與獨特性）；技術完成度（創意表達依託扎實的書法功底，無因追求創意而導致筆法失範、結字混亂等問題，技法與創意融合自然）；工藝把控（若涉及裝置、拼貼等形式，工藝製作精細，無粗糙、鬆散或脫離書法本質的情況）。

4. 集體書法類（含多人合作條幅、書法長卷等）：風格統一（全體創作者書體、筆法風格協調一致，無明顯風格衝突）；佈局協同（整體章法佈局規整，各創作者書寫內容銜接流暢，字距、行距統一，落款鈐印整體協調）；細節同步（筆劃粗細、字形大小保持一致，無個體書寫突兀、銜接斷層等問題，整體呈現整齊莊重的視覺效果）。
    

（二）創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者通過書法作品傳遞主題思想、文化內涵與個人風格的能力，分品類別具體評估維度如下：

1. 通用維度：主題詮釋（作品內容符合賽事主題，傳遞健康向上的價值觀，對書寫內容的文化內涵有基本理解，書法表達與主題契合度高）；風格個性（在遵循傳統書體規範的基礎上，融入個人書寫特色，如筆劃韻律、結字姿態的個性化處理，避免機械臨摹、缺乏靈氣）；氣韻傳遞（通過筆法、墨法、佈局的綜合運用，傳遞作品的整體氣韻，軟筆重意境營造，硬筆重端莊靈動，能引發觀者的審美共鳴）。

2. 軟筆書法類：氣韻營造（墨色與筆法結合形成自然的氣韻流動，章法佈局具備疏密、虛實變化，展現對書法“意境”的初步探索）；書體表現力（精准把控對應書體的藝術特質，如楷書的端莊、行書的流暢、隸書的古樸，通過技法變化強化書體風格魅力）；形制創意（在傳統形制基礎上，對作品版式、章法進行個性化設計，如異形幅面、組合佈局等，提升作品表現力）。

3. 硬筆書法類：書寫質感（在工整基礎上追求筆劃質感與節奏變化，避免刻板僵硬，展現硬筆書法的靈動之美）；內容適配（書寫內容與字體風格適配，如經典詩文搭配楷書彰顯莊重，現代文字搭配行書體現流暢，增強作品的整體協調性）；卷面設計（合理運用留白、排版技巧，提升卷面視覺美感，無過度裝飾、喧賓奪主的情況）。

4. 創意書法類：創意獨特性（核心創意新穎鮮明，區別於傳統書法表達，在主題呈現、形式設計或文化融合上具有較高辨識度，體現青少年兒童的想像力）；主題與創意融合（創意表達緊扣核心主題，無創意與主題脫節、過度追求形式而忽視文化內涵的情況）；文化傳承（創意基於傳統書法文化，保留書法核心藝術特質，實現傳統與創新的有機結合）。
    

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品整體呈現效果與細節把控品質，分品類別具體評估維度如下：

1. 通用維度：細節精緻（對筆劃、結字、落款、鈐印等細節把控精准，軟筆無墨點污漬，硬筆無塗改痕跡，避免作品粗糙、流於表面）；整體協調（筆法、結字、章法風格統一，各元素搭配和諧，段落之間、整體與局部過渡自然，無明顯邏輯斷層）；完成度（作品完整呈現，無未完成、殘缺或關鍵部分遺漏情況，落款、鈐印規範齊全，收尾乾淨俐落）。

2. 集體書法類：團隊協同完整性（成員間配合默契，書寫內容、風格、節奏保持一致，無銜接斷層、風格割裂或細節衝突情況，整體呈現連貫統一）；整體表現力（團隊整體對作品主題與氣韻的詮釋一致，共同烘托作品的文化氛圍與審美效果）。

3. 創意書法類：創意完整性（作品從構思到呈現形成邏輯閉環，創意表達貫穿始終，無創意斷層、結構殘缺或未完成感）；結構完整性（作品形制設計合理，各部分搭配協調，整體篇幅與創意表達適配，無比例失衡、元素堆砌等問題）。
    

（四）選材與匹配度（10%）

關注參賽作品與參賽者年齡特點、學習年限、書法功底及品類風格的契合度，具體評估維度如下：

1. 難度適配性：依據參賽者年齡、學習年限及技術水準選擇適宜難度的書體與內容，低年齡組（小學1-3年級）以楷書基礎為主，避免過度追求複雜書體或高難度章法導致作品變形、失誤頻發；高年齡組（小學4年級及以上）需突破簡單臨摹，選擇能展現技術進階與審美理解的內容，如行書創作、複雜章法設計等。

2. 特長發掘：選材能否精准展現參賽者個人優勢，如筆法扎實者適配傳統書體創作，想像力豐富者適配創意書法品類，實現“以作品揚特長”的效果，助力青少年兒童發揮創作潛能。

3. 品類適配性：作品內容、風格與所選書法品類特性適配，無風格與品類脫節情況（如軟筆書法需貼合傳統筆墨意境，硬筆書法需兼顧實用與審美，創意書法需保留書法核心特質），同時書寫內容符合對應書體的表達規範。
    

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

1. 雙重獨立評分

每件參賽作品由2位對應書法領域的專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障評分公平性。若兩位評審打分差值超過10分，將啟動第三方評審復核，取三位評審打分的平均分作為最終成績。

2. 權威評審團構成

評審團涵蓋中國書法家協會資深會員、專業美術院校書法專業教師、青少年書法教育領域專家、知名書法教育機構教研負責人及書法創作領域資深從業者。評審團兼具扎實的書法學術理論功底與豐富的青少年兒童書法教育實踐經驗，既以專業標準評判技術能力，也尊重青少年兒童的創作童真與個性表達，精准挖掘每位參賽者的書法潛力與閃光點。
 

Judging Criteria

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries across four dimensions—technical proficiency, creative expression, overall coherence, and material selection/matching—tailored to the artistic characteristics of different calligraphy categories such as brush calligraphy, hard-tip calligraphy, and creative calligraphy. It balances the professionalism of calligraphy art with the creative individuality of young people and children, ensuring professional, fair, and inclusive adjudication. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:

I. Scoring Criteria

(I) Technical Proficiency (40%)

1. This assesses the contestant's mastery and application of fundamental techniques specific to their calligraphy category. Evaluation dimensions vary by category as follows:

Brush Calligraphy (including regular script, running script, clerical script, seal script, cursive script, etc., in forms such as middle hall, scroll, and square album): Brushwork Standardization (standard and proper starting, moving, and ending strokes; reasonable use of central and side brushes; natural changes in stroke thickness, weight, dryness, and wetness; no stiffness, procrastination, or disordered brushwork); Character Structure Accuracy (symmetrical and dignified font structure, reasonable framework layout, coordinated radical matching, in line with the structural rules of the corresponding script, no center deviation or stroke dislocation); Ink Control (rich ink layers, appropriate contrast between thick and light, dry and wet, dryness and moistness; ink application serving the artistic conception of the work; no excessive blurring, monotonous ink color, or dry stroke breakage); Layout Foundation (uniform spacing between characters and lines; standardized position of inscriptions and seals; initial aesthetic awareness of density changes in overall layout).

3. Hard-tip Calligraphy (including regular script, running script, clerical script, etc., using tools such as fountain pens and gel pens): Neat Brushwork (straight and powerful strokes, clear starting and ending points, standard horizontal and vertical lines, natural connection between strokes; no chaotic cursive strokes, incomplete strokes, or perfunctory scribbling); Beautiful Character Structure (compact and symmetrical font structure, reasonable stroke spacing, unified and coordinated character size, combining practicality and aesthetics in hard-tip calligraphy; no wrong characters or abusive use of variant characters); Writing Standardization (neat writing on the paper, consistent character and line spacing, accurate use of punctuation marks; no corrections, stains, or blurred handwriting); Smooth Writing (stable writing rhythm throughout the work, moderate writing speed, natural echo between strokes, showing a certain degree of writing proficiency).

4. Creative Calligraphy (including creative calligraphy integrating traditional elements, calligraphy installations, etc., which must retain core calligraphic characteristics): Innovation in Technique (exploring personalized brushwork, ink technique, or form expression based on traditional calligraphy techniques, such as creative character structure and cross-border material application, combining professionalism and uniqueness); Technical Execution (creative expression relying on solid calligraphy skills, no irregular brushwork or chaotic character structure due to pursuing creativity, natural integration of techniques and creativity); Craftsmanship Control (for installations, collages, etc., exquisite craftsmanship, no roughness, looseness, or deviation from the essence of calligraphy).

5. Group Calligraphy (including multi-person collaborative scrolls, calligraphy long scrolls, etc.): Unified Style (consistent script and brushwork style among all creators, no obvious style conflicts); Coordinated Layout (regular overall layout, smooth connection of writing content among creators, unified character and line spacing, coordinated inscriptions and seals); Synchronized Details (consistent stroke thickness and character size, no abrupt individual writing, disjointed connections, or detail conflicts, presenting a neat and solemn visual effect as a whole).

(II) Creativity and Expression (30%)

Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey thematic ideas, cultural connotations, and personal style through calligraphy works. Specific evaluation dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Criteria: Theme Interpretation (the work content conforms to the competition theme, conveys positive values, has a basic understanding of the cultural connotation of the writing content, and the calligraphic expression is highly consistent with the theme); Stylistic Individuality (incorporating personal writing characteristics on the basis of following traditional script norms, such as personalized handling of stroke rhythm and character posture, avoiding mechanical copying and lack of spirit); Artistic Connotation Transmission (conveying the overall artistic conception of the work through the comprehensive use of brushwork, ink technique, and layout; brush calligraphy emphasizing artistic conception creation, hard-tip calligraphy emphasizing dignity and flexibility, which can resonate with the audience aesthetically).

2. Brush Calligraphy: Artistic Conception Creation (natural flow of artistic conception formed by the combination of ink color and brushwork, with density and virtual-real changes in layout, showing initial exploration of calligraphic "artistic conception"); Script Expressiveness (accurately grasping the artistic characteristics of the corresponding script, such as the dignity of regular script, the fluency of running script, and the simplicity of clerical script, strengthening the stylistic charm of the script through technical changes); Form Creativity (personalized design of work layout and composition on the basis of traditional forms, such as special-shaped format and combined layout, to enhance work expressiveness).

3. Hard-tip Calligraphy: Writing Texture (pursuing stroke texture and rhythm changes on the basis of neatness, avoiding rigidity, and showing the vivid beauty of hard-tip calligraphy); Content Adaptation (the writing content is compatible with the font style, such as classic poems matching regular script to show dignity, and modern texts matching running script to reflect fluency, enhancing the overall coordination of the work); Layout Design (reasonably using white space and typesetting skills to improve the visual beauty of the paper, no excessive decoration that overshadows the main subject).

4. Creative Calligraphy: Creative Uniqueness (novel and distinctive core creativity, different from traditional calligraphic expression, with high recognition in theme presentation, form design, or cultural integration, reflecting the imagination of young people and children); Integration of Theme and Creativity (creative expression closely focusing on the core theme, no disconnection between creativity and theme, or over-pursuit of form while ignoring cultural connotation); Cultural Inheritance (creativity based on traditional calligraphy culture, retaining core artistic characteristics of calligraphy, and realizing the organic combination of tradition and innovation).

(III) Overall Integrity (20%)

Evaluates the holistic presentation quality and attention to detail of the entry. Specific assessment dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Dimensions: Exquisite Details (accurate control of details such as strokes, character structure, inscriptions, and seals; no ink stains in brush calligraphy, no corrections in hard-tip calligraphy; avoiding rough and superficial works); Overall Coordination (unified brushwork, character structure, and layout style; harmonious matching of various elements; natural transition between paragraphs, overall and local, no obvious logical gaps); Completion (the work is fully presented, no unfinished, incomplete, or missing key parts; standardized and complete inscriptions and seals; clean and neat ending).

2. Group Calligraphy: Team Synergy Integrity (tacit cooperation among members, consistent writing content, style, and rhythm; no disjointed connections, style separation, or detail conflicts; presenting a cohesive and unified whole); Overall Expressiveness (consistent interpretation of the work theme and artistic conception by the team, jointly enhancing the cultural atmosphere and aesthetic effect of the work).

3. Creative Calligraphy: Creative Integrity (the work forms a logical loop from conception to presentation, with creative expression throughout; no creative gaps, incomplete structure, or unfinished feeling); Structural Integrity (reasonable form design of the work, coordinated matching of various parts, overall length compatible with creative expression; no proportion imbalance or element stacking).

(IV) Material Selection and Suitability (10%)

Focuses on the alignment between the entry and the contestant's age characteristics, years of training, calligraphy skills, and category style. Specific evaluation dimensions include:

1. Difficulty Suitability: Select scripts and content of appropriate difficulty based on the contestant's age, years of training, and technical level. Younger age groups (Grade 1-3 primary school) focus on regular script basics, avoiding excessive pursuit of complex scripts or high-difficulty layouts that may lead to distorted works and frequent errors. Older age groups (Grade 4 and above primary school) need to go beyond simple copying and select content that can showcase technical advancement and aesthetic understanding, such as running script creation and complex layout design.

2. Strength Highlighting: Whether the selection precisely showcases the contestant's personal strengths, such as those with solid brushwork suitable for traditional script creation, and those with rich imagination suitable for creative calligraphy, achieving the effect of "using the work to showcase strengths" and helping young people and children give play to their creative potential.

3. Genre Alignment: The work content and style are compatible with the characteristics of the selected calligraphy category, no disconnection between style and category (e.g., brush calligraphy should fit the traditional ink artistic conception, hard-tip calligraphy should balance practicality and aesthetics, creative calligraphy should retain core calligraphic characteristics), and the writing content conforms to the expression norms of the corresponding script.

II. Judging Mechanism

1. Dual Independent Scoring

Each entry is independently scored by two professional judges specializing in the corresponding calligraphy field. The average score serves as the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness. Should the score difference between the two judges exceed 10 points, a third judge will be engaged for review. The average of all three judges' scores will then constitute the final result.

2. Composition of the Authoritative Judging Panel

The panel comprises senior members of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, faculty members of calligraphy majors in professional art colleges, experts in youth calligraphy education, heads of teaching and research departments from renowned calligraphy education institutions, and seasoned practitioners in calligraphy creation. The panel combines solid academic foundations in calligraphy with extensive practical experience in youth and children's calligraphy education. They evaluate technical proficiency against professional standards while respecting the innocence and individual expression of young people and children, precisely identifying each contestant's calligraphic potential and strengths.
