核心考察參賽者對對應跆拳道基礎技術的掌握與運用能力，分品類具體評估維度如下：

1. 傳統品勢類：動作規範性（手型標準度、步型穩固性、動作路線精准性）；節奏把控（動作轉換平穩性、動靜結合合理性，與品勢內在氣韻匹配，無過快或過慢拖遝）；氣勢貫通（氣息與動作協同一致，無動作與氣息脫節、氣勢中斷導致的技術鬆散）；攻防意識融合（動作展現出清晰的攻防含義，與傳統品勢的莊嚴基調契合，無動作空泛）。

2. 現代競技類：技術規範性（踢腿、拳法動作標準，擊打部位精准，防守動作到位）；節奏把控（進退步法靈活適配對抗節奏，進攻與防守轉換流暢，無節奏紊亂）；身體協調（上下肢動作協同配合，平衡感強，無因協調不足導致的動作變形）；競技專屬：應變能力、技術多樣性（在對抗展示中，能根據場景模擬合理運用多種技術，應變自然）。

3. 民族風格跆拳道類：技術純正度（民族特色跆拳道動作發揮標準、表達規範，符合民族武道表達習慣）；動作韻味（傳承民族武道的獨特動作韻味，與展示內容的文化內涵匹配）；節奏把控（契合民族跆拳道的技術節奏，動作流暢自然）；氣勢控制（氣勢平穩且富有層次，保障民族特色動作的精准呈現）。

4. 創意跆拳道類：技術建構（動作設計合理、邏輯清晰，無技術漏洞或危險動作）；展示熟練度（對創意技術內容的掌握程度，動作流暢無卡頓、失誤）；技巧運用（合理運用節奏變化、動作銜接、氣勢調整等技巧強化展示效果，無技巧運用生硬情況）。

5. 集體跆拳道類：技術協同性（成員間動作規範統一、節奏協調，無明顯動作反差）；配合默契度（角色分工明確，動作銜接流暢，無動作錯位、等待間隙）；隊形與技術配合（如有隊形變化，需與技術展示節奏匹配，增強整體技術呈現效果）。
    

（二）創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者通過跆拳道技術展示傳遞作品主題思想與個人風格的能力，分品類具體評估維度如下：

1. 通用維度：主題詮釋（對技術作品創作背景、氣韻基調與核心內涵的理解深度，展示與主題的契合度）；演繹獨特性（在尊重技術原型的基礎上，融入個人風格的個性化呈現，如動作細節的處理、氣勢遞進的獨特節奏，避免機械模仿）；氣勢傳遞（通過技術展示傳遞真實且貼合作品的氣勢，展現武道精神感染力）。

2. 傳統品勢類：演繹風格創新（在遵循傳統品勢莊嚴基調的基礎上，融入個人對技術的獨特理解，實現傳統韻味與現代展示的平衡）；氣勢創意設計（通過氣勢的層次變化強化傳統品勢的內涵傳遞，避免平淡無力）。

3. 現代競技類：技術表達創意（動作組合、攻防轉換的獨特性，如運用靈活的步法組合增強競技張力）；主題呈現創新（對現代競技主題的獨特解讀與呈現方式，體現青少年的武道思考視角）。

4. 民族風格跆拳道類：文化內涵傳達（通過技術展示精准傳遞民族武道的核心精神，增強文化感染力）；表達融合創意（合理融合民族特色動作與標準跆拳道技術，或融入民族文化元素強化展示，提升獨特性）。

5. 創意跆拳道類：主題創新性（核心技術主題的新穎度，體現青少年的真實思考與創意構思）；表達與主題融合度（創意技術與核心主題的契合度，無創意與主題脫節情況）；技術表達創意（創意動作的協調性與感染力，如動作組合的巧妙設計、氣勢節奏的多變呈現）。

6. 集體跆拳道類：形式創意（集體展示的呈現形式創新，如協同動作設計、情景化技術演繹等方式增強主題表達）；團隊表達協同（成員間氣勢傳遞協同一致，通過各自的技術特色共同塑造完整的主題形象）。
    

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品整體呈現效果與細節把控品質，分品類具體評估維度如下：

1. 通用維度：細節豐滿度（對技術展示細節的把控精度，如動作角度的精准性、氣勢轉折的自然度、步型變化的穩固性，避免展示粗糙、流於表面）；整體協調性（技術速度、力度、風格等元素的統一適配，各技術段落之間過渡自然，無明顯邏輯斷層）；完成度（展示過程無明顯中斷、失誤、遺漏技術段落等情況，完整展示作品核心魅力）。

2. 集體跆拳道類：團隊協同完整性（成員間配合默契，無節奏錯位、技術脫節等情況，整體呈現連貫統一）；內容結構完整性（集體展示的開篇、展開、收尾邏輯閉環，各成員負責的技術片段銜接緊密）。

3. 創意跆拳道類：創意完整性（創意技術內容從開篇到收尾的邏輯閉環，主題突出、技術協調，無創意斷層或未完成感）；技術表達完整性（創意動作通順流暢，無技術銜接缺失或邏輯混亂）。
    

（四）選材與匹配度（10%）

關注參賽作品與參賽者個人能力、年齡特點的契合度，具體評估維度如下：

1. 難度適配性：依據參賽者年齡、訓練年限及跆拳道技術水準選擇難度適宜的作品，低齡段避免過度追求高難度動作導致表演變形，高齡段需突破簡單重複技術以展現技術能力的進階。

2. 特長發揮：選材能否精准展現參賽者個人優勢（如協調性強適配品勢展示、爆發力強適配競技展示、創意力強適配創意項目、團隊意識強適配集體項目等），實現“以作品揚特長”的效果。

3. 品類適配性：作品風格與所選跆拳道品類的特性適配，無風格與品類脫節情況（如傳統品勢類選擇經典品勢套路更適配，現代競技類選擇實戰性強的技術組合更適配）。
    

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

1. 雙重獨立評分

每件參賽作品由2位對應跆拳道領域的專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障評分公平性。若兩位評審打分差值超過10分，將啟動第三方評審復核，取三位評審打分的平均分作為最終成績。

2. 權威評審團構成

評審團涵蓋青少年武道教育協會資深顧問、專業體育院校跆拳道學科教師、知名青少年跆拳道培訓機構教研負責人及跆拳道領域資深從業者（如資深跆拳道教練、專業跆拳道裁判、武道教育專家等）。評審團兼具扎實的學術理論功底與豐富的青少年跆拳道教育實踐經驗，既以專業標準評判技術展示能力，也尊重青少年兒童跆拳道展示的童真與個性，精准挖掘每位參賽者的武道藝術閃光點。

Specific scoring criteria are as follows:

I. Scoring Criteria

(1) Technical Proficiency (40%)

This assesses the contestant's mastery and application of fundamental taekwondo techniques. Evaluation dimensions vary by category as follows:

1. Traditional Poomsae: Movement Standardization (hand shape accuracy, stance stability, movement route precision); Rhythm Control (stability of movement transitions, reasonable combination of dynamic and static movements, matching the inherent momentum of poomsae, no excessive speed or sluggish delivery); Momentum Continuity (coordination between breath and movements, no disconnection between movements and breath or loose techniques due to interrupted momentum); Integration of Offensive and Defensive Awareness (movements demonstrate clear offensive and defensive meanings, consistent with the solemn tone of traditional poomsae, no empty movements).

2. Modern Competition: Technical Standardization (standard kicking and punching movements, accurate striking positions, adequate defensive movements); Rhythm Control (flexible advance and retreat footwork adapting to sparring rhythm, smooth transition between offense and defense, no chaotic rhythm); Body Coordination (coordinated cooperation between upper and lower limb movements, strong balance, no movement deformation due to insufficient coordination); Competition-Specific: Adaptability, Technical Diversity (in sparring demonstrations, reasonable use of various techniques according to scenario simulation, natural adaptability).

3. Ethnic Style Taekwondo: Technical Purity (standard execution and expression of ethnic characteristic taekwondo movements, in line with ethnic martial arts expression habits); Movement Charm (inheriting the unique movement charm of ethnic martial arts, matching the cultural connotation of the display content); Rhythm Control (consistent with the technical rhythm of ethnic taekwondo, fluent and natural movements); Momentum Control (stable and hierarchical momentum, ensuring accurate presentation of ethnic characteristic movements).

4. Creative Taekwondo: Technical Construction (reasonable movement design, clear logic, no technical flaws or dangerous movements); Demonstration Proficiency (mastery of creative technical content, fluent movements without hesitation or errors); Skill Application (reasonable use of rhythm changes, movement connections, momentum adjustments and other techniques to enhance display effect, no rigid skill application).

5. Group Taekwondo: Technical Coordination (unified standard movements and coordinated rhythm among members, no obvious movement contrast); Cooperation Taciturnity (clear role division, smooth movement connection, no movement misalignment or waiting gaps); Coordination between Formation and Technology (if there are formation changes, must match the rhythm of technical display to enhance the overall technical presentation effect).
    

(II) Creativity and Expression (30%)

Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey the thematic ideas and personal style of their work through taekwondo technical display. Specific evaluation dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Criteria: Theme Interpretation (depth of understanding regarding the technical work's creative background, momentum tone, and core essence; alignment between display and theme); Interpretive Uniqueness (personalized presentation incorporating individual style while respecting the technical prototype, e.g., handling of movement details, unique rhythm of momentum progression, avoiding mechanical imitation); Momentum Conveyance (authentic momentum aligned with the work through technical display, demonstrating the appeal of martial spirit).

2. Traditional Poomsae: Innovative Interpretation Style (on the basis of following the solemn tone of traditional poomsae, integrating personal unique understanding of techniques to achieve a balance between traditional charm and modern display); Creative Momentum Design (strengthening the connotation transmission of traditional poomsae through hierarchical momentum changes, avoiding dullness and weakness).

3. Modern Competition: Technical Expression Creativity (uniqueness of movement combinations and offensive-defensive transitions, e.g., using flexible footwork combinations to enhance competitive tension); Innovative Theme Presentation (unique interpretation and presentation of modern competitive themes, reflecting the martial arts perspective of young people).

4. Ethnic Style Taekwondo: Cultural Connotation Transmission (accurate transmission of the core spirit of ethnic martial arts through technical display, enhancing cultural appeal); Creative Expression Integration (reasonably integrating ethnic characteristic movements with standard taekwondo techniques, or incorporating ethnic cultural elements to strengthen display and enhance uniqueness).

5. Creative Taekwondo: Theme Innovation (novelty of the core technical theme, reflecting the real thinking and creative ideas of young people); Integration of Expression and Theme (alignment between creative techniques and core theme, without disconnect between creativity and theme); Creative Technical Expression (coordination and appeal of creative movements, such as ingenious design of movement combinations and diverse presentation of momentum rhythm).

6. Group Taekwondo: Form Creativity (innovative presentation forms of group display, such as coordinated movement design, situational technical interpretation to enhance theme expression); Team Expression Coordination (consistent momentum transmission among members, jointly shaping a complete thematic image through their respective technical characteristics).

(3) Overall Integrity (20%)

Evaluates the holistic presentation quality and attention to detail of the entry. Specific assessment dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Dimensions: Detail Richness (precision in executing technical display nuances, e.g., accuracy of movement angles, naturalness of momentum transitions, stability of stance changes, avoiding superficial or rough execution); Overall Coordination (uniform adaptation of technical elements like speed, intensity, and style; natural transitions between technical sections without logical gaps); Completion (No significant interruptions, errors, or omitted technical sections during display; fully showcasing the work's core appeal).

2. Group Taekwondo: Team Synergy Integrity (members demonstrate seamless coordination without rhythmic misalignment or technical disjointedness, presenting a cohesive and unified whole); Content Structure Integrity (logical closed loop of the opening, development, and conclusion of group display, with tight connection between technical segments responsible by each member).

3. Creative Taekwondo: Creative Integrity (creative technical content forms a logical loop from beginning to end, with prominent theme and coordinated techniques, free of creative gaps or unfinished elements); Technical Expression Integrity (fluent and smooth creative movements, no lack of technical connection or logical confusion).

(IV) Material Selection and Suitability (10%)

Focuses on the alignment between the technical work and the contestant's individual abilities and age characteristics. Specific evaluation dimensions include:

1. Difficulty Suitability: Select pieces with appropriate difficulty based on the contestant's age, years of training, and taekwondo technical level. For younger age groups, avoid excessive pursuit of high-difficulty movements that may distort the performance. For older age groups, move beyond simple, repetitive techniques to demonstrate advancement in technical ability.

2. Strength Highlighting: Whether the selection precisely showcases the contestant's personal strengths (e.g., strong coordination suitable for poomsae display, strong explosive power suitable for competitive display, strong creativity suitable for creative projects, strong team awareness suitable for group projects), achieving the effect of “using the piece to showcase strengths”.

3. Genre Alignment: The piece's style must align with the selected taekwondo category's characteristics, avoiding mismatches (e.g., traditional poomsae category suits classic poomsae routines, while modern competition category suits practical technical combinations).
    

II. Judging Mechanism

1. Dual Independent Scoring

Each entry is independently scored by two professional judges specializing in the corresponding taekwondo field. The average score serves as the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness. Should the score difference between the two judges exceed 10 points, a third judge will be engaged for review. The average of all three judges' scores will then constitute the final result.

2. Composition of the Authoritative Judging Panel

The panel comprises senior advisors from the Youth Martial Arts Education Association, faculty members of taekwondo disciplines in professional sports colleges and universities, heads of teaching and research departments from renowned youth taekwondo training institutions, and seasoned practitioners in the taekwondo field (such as senior taekwondo coaches, professional taekwondo referees, martial arts education experts, etc.). The panel combines solid academic foundations with extensive practical experience in youth taekwondo education. They evaluate technical display ability against professional standards while respecting the innocence and individuality inherent in children's taekwondo displays, precisely identifying each contestant's martial arts strengths.
