本賽事評分採用0-100分制，評審團將結合素描、色彩、國畫、漫畫、創意繪畫、集體繪畫等不同繪畫品類的藝術特性，從專業技術、創意表達、作品完整性、選材與匹配度四個維度綜合考量，確保評審的專業性與公平性。具體評分細則如下：

一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria

（一）專業技術（40%）

核心考察參賽者對對應繪畫品類基礎技術的掌握與運用能力，分品類別具體評估維度如下：

1. 素描類（含靜物、人像、風景素描）：造型準確性（物體比例、結構、透視關係精准，無明顯變形、比例失衡問題）；明暗表現（光影層次豐富，黑白灰關係協調，能通過明暗對比塑造物體體積感與空間感）；線條技法（線條流暢俐落、輕重虛實得當，排線規律有序，無雜亂無章、線條僵硬現象）；質感呈現（能精准捕捉不同物體質感，如石膏的堅硬、布料的柔軟，通過技法差異實現質感區分）。

2. 色彩類（含水彩、水粉、油畫、彩鉛、馬克筆）：色彩基礎（色相、明度、純度把控準確，色彩搭配和諧，無色彩髒、悶、花等問題）；上色技法（筆法規範熟練，塗色均勻飽滿，水彩的暈染、油畫的疊色等技法運用得當，無漏塗、混色雜亂情況）；色彩層次（色彩過渡自然柔和，能通過色彩深淺、冷暖對比營造畫面氛圍與空間感）；色彩表現力（色彩運用貼合主題情感，通過色彩搭配強化畫面感染力）。

3. 國畫類（含山水、花鳥、人物國畫，工筆、寫意）：筆墨技法（運筆穩健有力、粗細轉折富有變化，墨色濃淡幹濕層次豐富，符合國畫筆墨韻律）；構圖章法（遵循國畫構圖原則，疏密有致、虛實相生，整體佈局協調均衡）；造型意趣（兼顧造型準確性與藝術意趣，工筆細緻工整、寫意形神兼備）；設色規範（工筆設色清麗雅致、暈染均勻，寫意設色簡潔靈動，貼合畫面意境）。

4. 漫畫/插畫類（含卡通漫畫、故事插畫、數字漫畫）：造型設計（人物、場景造型生動有辨識度，比例協調，形象貼合風格定位）；線條表現力（線條流暢富有張力，能通過線條變化塑造輪廓、區分層次）；分鏡/構圖（故事類作品分鏡邏輯清晰、敘事流暢，單幅作品構圖新穎，視覺焦點突出）；上色風格（色彩搭配貼合漫畫風格，能通過色彩強化角色性格與畫面氛圍）。

5. 創意繪畫類（含綜合材料、抽象繪畫、創意手工繪畫）：技法創新性（綜合材料運用、繪畫手法具有獨特性與可行性，兼具專業性與創意性）；技法完成度（創作技法運用嫺熟，無明顯技術失誤，技法服務於創意表達）；材料掌控力（能精准把控所選材料特性，如黏土、剪紙、拓印等材料的運用效果，實現材料與創意的自然融合）。

6. 集體繪畫類（含小組合作繪畫、主題長卷）：風格統一（全體創作者風格協調一致，無明顯風格衝突，畫面整體感強）；銜接流暢（畫面各部分銜接自然，無斷層、違和感，構圖整體均衡）；技法配合（成員間技法互補，能通過默契配合實現畫面層次與細節的豐富呈現）。

（二）創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者通過繪畫作品傳遞主題思想與個人風格的能力，分品類別具體評估維度如下：

1. 通用維度：主題詮釋（對比賽主題、創作背景及核心內涵理解深刻，畫面內容與主題高度契合，傳遞積極向上的價值觀）；表達獨特性（在尊重藝術規律的基礎上，融入個人思考與風格，如獨特的視角、個性化的造型設計，避免機械模仿、千篇一律）；情感傳遞（通過畫面元素、色彩搭配、造型設計傳遞真實情感，引發觀者共鳴，展現青少年兒童的童真與感悟）。

2. 素描/色彩類：視角創新性（採用獨特的觀察視角展現對象，打破常規構圖局限，賦予作品新鮮感）；氛圍營造（通過明暗、色彩、光影等元素塑造貼合主題的畫面氛圍，強化情感表達）；對象解讀（能挖掘描繪對象的內在特質，通過藝術處理實現寫實與寫意的平衡，賦予作品思想內涵）。

3. 國畫類：意境表達（畫面兼具筆墨美感與意境韻味，能通過山水、花鳥等元素傳遞傳統文化內涵與個人情懷）；風格個性化（在傳統國畫基礎上融入現代審美或個人理解，實現傳統與創新的融合，形成獨特藝術表達）；文化貼合（作品貼合國畫藝術的文化底蘊，筆墨、構圖、題材選擇符合國畫藝術特質）。

4. 漫畫/插畫類：故事性表達（故事類作品情節完整、邏輯清晰，能通過畫面傳遞完整敘事，角色情感飽滿）；造型創意（人物、場景造型設計新穎獨特，具有辨識度，能通過造型強化作品風格與主題）；風格統一性（畫面風格與題材、主題高度契合，從造型、色彩到構圖形成統一的風格體系）。

5. 創意繪畫類：創意獨特性（核心創意新穎大膽，區別於傳統繪畫表達，綜合材料運用、畫面構思具有強烈辨識度）；主題與創意融合（創意表達緊扣主題，無創意與主題脫節、刻意堆砌材料的情況，實現形式與內容的統一）；想像表現力（充分展現青少年兒童的想像力，畫面充滿童趣與創意活力，具有感染力）。

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品整體呈現效果與細節把控品質，分品類別具體評估維度如下：

1. 通用維度：細節豐富度（對畫面細節把控精准，如物體紋理、人物神態、背景裝飾等細節處理到位，避免畫面粗糙、流於表面）；整體協調性（畫面構圖、色彩、造型等元素統一適配，各部分比例協調，無明顯邏輯斷層與違和感）；完成度（作品無未完成痕跡，畫面整潔乾淨，簽名、落款規範，能完整展示作品核心魅力與創作思路）。

2. 集體繪畫類：團隊協同完整性（成員間配合默契，畫面整體連貫統一，無局部突兀、銜接斷裂等問題）；整體表現力（團隊對主題的詮釋一致，通過共同創作強化畫面氛圍與思想內涵，展現集體創作的凝聚力）。

3. 創意繪畫/國畫類：創意完整性（作品從構思到呈現形成邏輯閉環，創意貫穿始終，無創意斷層、結構殘缺等問題）；結構完整性（畫面構圖合理，主次分明、虛實得當，整體篇幅與創作需求適配，展現完整的藝術構思）。

（四）選材與匹配度（10%）

關注參賽作品與參賽者個人能力、年齡特點、品類風格的契合度，具體評估維度如下：

1. 難度適配性：依據參賽者年齡、繪畫學習年限及技術水準選擇難度適宜的題材與技法，低年齡段避免過度追求複雜技法導致畫面變形、細節粗糙，高年齡段需突破簡單重複創作，選擇能展現技術進階與思想深度的題材，實現能力與難度的匹配。

2. 特長發揮：選材能精准展現參賽者個人優勢，如擅長造型者適配寫實類題材、擅長色彩者適配色彩創作、想像力豐富者適配創意繪畫，實現“以題材揚特長”的效果。

3. 品類適配性：作品題材、技法與所選繪畫品類特性適配，無風格與品類脫節情況（如國畫品類選擇貼合傳統文化的題材，漫畫品類選擇適配敘事表達的題材，確保品類特色充分展現）。

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

1. 雙重獨立評分

每件參賽作品由2位對應繪畫領域的專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障評分公平性。若兩位評審打分差值超過10分，將啟動第三方評審復核，取三位評審打分的平均分作為最終成績。

2. 權威評審團構成

評審團涵蓋青少年美術教育協會資深顧問、專業美術院校繪畫相關學科教師、知名兒童美術教育機構教研負責人及美術領域資深從業者（如知名畫家、美術編輯、資深美術教研員等）。評審團兼具扎實的美術學術理論功底與豐富的青少年兒童美術教育實踐經驗，既以專業標準評判技術能力，也尊重青少年兒童繪畫的童真天性與個性表達，精准挖掘每位參賽者的藝術閃光點。
 

Judging Criteria

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries across four dimensions—technical proficiency, creative expression, overall coherence, and material selection/matching—tailored to the artistic characteristics of different painting categories such as sketching, color painting, traditional Chinese painting, comics, creative painting, and group painting, ensuring professional and impartial adjudication. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:

I. Scoring Criteria

(I) Technical Proficiency (40%)

This assesses the contestant's mastery and application of fundamental techniques specific to their painting category. Evaluation dimensions vary by category as follows:

1. Sketching (including still life, portrait, and landscape sketching): Modeling Accuracy (precise proportion, structure, and perspective of objects, no obvious deformation or proportion imbalance); Light and Shade Performance (rich light and shadow layers, coordinated black-white-gray relationship, ability to shape the volume and spatial sense of objects through light and shade contrast); Line Technique (smooth and neat lines with appropriate density and virtual-real transition, regular line arrangement, no disorderly or stiff lines); Texture Presentation (accurate capture of the texture of different objects, such as the hardness of gypsum and the softness of cloth, realizing texture distinction through technical differences).

2. Color Painting (including watercolor, gouache, oil painting, colored pencil, and marker): Color Basis (accurate control of hue, lightness, and saturation, harmonious color matching, no dirty, stuffy, or messy colors); Coloring Technique (standard and skilled brushwork, uniform and full coloring, proper use of techniques such as watercolor washing and oil painting overlay, no missing coating or messy color mixing); Color Layers (natural and soft color transition, creating picture atmosphere and spatial sense through color depth and cold-warm contrast); Color Expressiveness (color application fits the thematic emotion, enhancing the picture appeal through color matching).

3. Traditional Chinese Painting (including landscape, flower-and-bird, figure painting, meticulous and freehand brushwork): Brush and Ink Technique (steady and powerful brush strokes with rich changes in thickness and turning, abundant layers of ink shade and dryness, in line with the rhythm of traditional Chinese painting brush and ink); Composition Principle (following the composition principles of traditional Chinese painting, with proper density, virtual-real combination, and balanced overall layout); Modeling Interest (balancing modeling accuracy and artistic interest, meticulous brushwork being delicate and neat, freehand brushwork capturing both form and spirit); Coloring Standard (elegant and refined coloring for meticulous brushwork with uniform washing, concise and vivid coloring for freehand brushwork, fitting the picture artistic conception).

4. Comics/Illustrations (including cartoon comics, story illustrations, digital comics): Modeling Design (vivid and recognizable characters and scene modeling, coordinated proportions, and images fitting the style positioning); Line Expressiveness (smooth and powerful lines, able to shape outlines and distinguish layers through line changes); Storyboard/Composition (clear logic and fluent narration for story works, novel composition and prominent visual focus for single works); Coloring Style (color matching fitting the comic style, enhancing character personality and picture atmosphere through colors).

5. Creative Painting (including mixed media, abstract painting, creative hand-painted works): Innovation in Technique (unique and feasible application of mixed media and painting methods, combining professionalism and creativity); Technical Execution (skilled use of creative techniques, no obvious technical errors, and techniques serving creative expression); Material Control (accurate grasp of the characteristics of selected materials, such as clay, paper cutting, rubbing, realizing natural integration of materials and creativity).

6. Group Painting (including group collaborative painting, thematic long scrolls): Style Uniformity (coordinated and consistent style among all creators, no obvious style conflicts, and strong overall sense of the picture); Smooth Connection (natural connection between various parts of the picture, no faults or sense of disharmony, and balanced overall composition); Technical Cooperation (complementary techniques among members, realizing rich presentation of picture layers and details through tacit cooperation).

(II) Creativity and Expression (30%)

Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey thematic ideas and personal style through paintings. Specific evaluation dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Criteria: Theme Interpretation (in-depth understanding of the competition theme, creative background, and core connotation, high alignment between picture content and theme, conveying positive values); Expressive Uniqueness (incorporating personal thinking and style on the basis of respecting artistic laws, such as unique perspective and personalized modeling design, avoiding mechanical imitation and uniformity); Emotional Conveyance (transmitting true emotions through picture elements, color matching, and modeling design, resonating with viewers, and showing the innocence and perception of teenagers and children).

2. Sketching/Color Painting: Perspective Innovation (showing objects from a unique observation perspective, breaking the limitations of conventional composition, and endowing works with freshness); Atmosphere Creation (shaping a picture atmosphere fitting the theme through light and shadow, color, and light elements, enhancing emotional expression); Object Interpretation (able to explore the inherent characteristics of the depicted objects, realizing the balance between realism and freehand brushwork through artistic processing, and endowing works with ideological connotation).

3. Traditional Chinese Painting: Artistic Conception Expression (the picture has both brush and ink beauty and artistic conception, able to convey traditional cultural connotation and personal feelings through landscapes, flowers and birds); Personalized Style (integrating modern aesthetics or personal understanding on the basis of traditional Chinese painting, realizing the integration of tradition and innovation, and forming a unique artistic expression); Cultural Fit (the work fits the cultural heritage of traditional Chinese painting, and the selection of brush and ink, composition, and theme conforms to the artistic characteristics of traditional Chinese painting).

4. Comics/Illustrations: Narrative Expression (complete plot and clear logic for story works, able to convey a complete narrative through pictures, and full character emotions); Modeling Creativity (novel and unique character and scene modeling design with recognition, able to strengthen work style and theme through modeling); Style Uniformity (the picture style is highly consistent with the theme and subject matter, forming a unified style system from modeling and color to composition).

5. Creative Painting: Creative Uniqueness (bold and innovative core ideas, different from traditional painting expressions, with strong recognition in mixed media application and picture conception); Integration of Theme and Creativity (creative expression closely linked to the theme, no disjointed creativity and theme or deliberate material stacking, realizing the unity of form and content); Imaginative Expressiveness (fully showing the imagination of teenagers and children, the picture is full of childlike interest and creative vitality, and has appeal).

(III) Overall Integrity (20%)

Evaluates the holistic presentation quality and attention to detail of the entry. Specific assessment dimensions by category are as follows:

1. Universal Dimensions: Detail Richness (precise control of picture details, such as object texture, character expression, and background decoration, avoiding rough and superficial pictures); Overall Coordination (unified adaptation of picture composition, color, modeling and other elements, coordinated proportions of various parts, no obvious logical faults and sense of disharmony); Completion (no unfinished traces of the work, clean and tidy picture, standardized signature and inscription, able to fully show the core charm and creative ideas of the work).

2. Group Painting: Team Synergy Integrity (tacit cooperation among members, coherent and unified overall picture, no local abruptness or disjointed connection); Overall Expressiveness (consistent interpretation of the theme by the team, strengthening the picture atmosphere and ideological connotation through joint creation, and showing the cohesion of collective creation).

3. Creative Painting/Traditional Chinese Painting: Creative Integrity (the work forms a logical closed loop from conception to presentation, with creativity throughout, no creative faults or incomplete structure); Structural Integrity (reasonable picture composition, distinct primary and secondary, proper virtual-real, overall length suitable for creative needs, showing a complete artistic conception).

(IV) Material Selection and Suitability (10%)

Focuses on the alignment between the entry and the contestant's individual abilities, age characteristics, and category style. Specific evaluation dimensions include:

1. Difficulty Suitability: Select themes and techniques with appropriate difficulty based on the contestant's age, years of painting learning, and technical level. For younger age groups, avoid excessive pursuit of complex techniques leading to distorted pictures and rough details. For older age groups, move beyond simple and repetitive creation, and select themes that can show technical progress and ideological depth, realizing the matching of ability and difficulty.

2. Strength Highlighting: The selected theme can accurately show the contestant's personal advantages, such as those good at modeling adapting to realistic themes, those good at color adapting to color creation, and those with rich imagination adapting to creative painting, achieving the effect of "showcasing strengths through themes".

3. Genre Alignment: The theme and technique of the work are compatible with the characteristics of the selected painting category, no disjointed style and category (such as traditional Chinese painting category selecting themes fitting traditional culture, comics category selecting themes suitable for narrative expression, ensuring the full display of category characteristics).

II. Judging Mechanism

1. Dual Independent Scoring

Each entry is independently scored by two professional judges specializing in the corresponding painting field. The average score serves as the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness. Should the score difference between the two judges exceed 10 points, a third judge will be engaged for review. The average of all three judges' scores will then constitute the final result.

2. Composition of the Authoritative Judging Panel

The panel comprises senior advisors from the Youth Art Education Association, faculty members from specialized art institutions in painting-related disciplines, heads of teaching and research departments from renowned children's art education institutions, and seasoned practitioners in the art field (such as renowned painters, art editors, senior art researchers, etc.). The panel combines solid academic foundations in fine arts with extensive practical experience in youth and children's art education. They evaluate technical proficiency against professional standards while respecting the innocent nature and personalized expression of teenagers and children's paintings, precisely identifying each contestant's artistic strengths.
