The 2026 Young Talents Recitation Competition for Youth and Children establishes an international professional platform for young performers worldwide to showcase their linguistic talents. It unleashes the expressive vitality and linguistic charm of recitation on the global stage, igniting passion for deep exploration across diverse linguistic expression fields including classical poetry and prose, modern essays, children's poetry, fairy tales, fables, and cross-genre recitation.
The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' linguistic knowledge foundation, professional recitation performance skills (including standardization and fluency of pronunciation, control and layering of rhythm, transmission and emotional impact, depth and originality of work interpretation, as well as individuality and creativity in performance), the depth of emotional integration with the recitation theme, and the overall ability to control rhythm and creatively present their recitation. It evaluates participants' grasp and flexible application of diverse recitation styles (such as the dignity and elegance of classical poetry and prose, the affection and fluency of modern essays, the liveliness and vividness of children's poetry, the purity and agility of fairy tales, the conciseness and power of fables, and the innovative breakthroughs of cross-genre recitation) and linguistic rhythm.
Participants may convey ideas through diverse forms like solo recitation or group recitation, depict artistic conception with rich linguistic expressions, and interpret literary spirit with profound emotion. Through voice and emotion, they showcase the linguistic artistry and cultural depth of young performers. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials may be submitted in the corresponding language, enabling linguistic youths from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. Applicants are free to select recitation pieces that best showcase their voice and performance, whether paying tribute to classical literary masterpieces or presenting personalized works (including original pieces), allowing every recitation and interpretation to become a unique self-expression of young people and children.

報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本,不可更改,請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹(如朗誦作品名稱、作者、朗誦時長、賽道類別、年齡段等)內容的準確性;

參賽者須保證提交的朗誦作品與所報組別(如年齡段、朗誦題材、時長要求、參賽類別等)相符,否則將影響評分資格;

若提交的朗誦文稿、錄製視頻/音頻因聲音模糊、畫面不清、文稿缺漏、格式錯誤、時長不符等原因無法正常觀看、聆聽及評審,將無法進入評審環節,敬請留意作品提交要求指引;

所有參賽作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備(文稿列印清晰、無塗改;錄製作品畫面幹淨、聲音清晰、無雜音、排版規範),符合評審觀看及聆聽標準;

提交的朗誦作品必須為參賽者本人獨立完成朗誦(集體朗誦需為參賽團隊成員共同完成,嚴禁非團隊成員參與朗誦或錄製);若朗誦文稿為原創,須保證由本人 / 本團隊獨立創作,一經發現作品抄襲、他人代誦、錄製造假、改編作品冒充原創朗誦等違規行為,將立即取消參賽資格,以保障賽事公平性。

Participants may submit recitation works (including manuscripts and recorded recitation content) previously used in other competitions; it is not necessary to create new recitation works specifically for this event.

Once submitted, registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please verify the accuracy of personal information and work descriptions (including recitation title, author, recitation duration, category, age group, etc.);

Entrants must ensure submitted recitation works align with their declared category (e.g., age group, recitation theme, duration requirement, competition type). Failure to comply may disqualify entries from judging;

Submitted recitation manuscripts, recorded videos/audio that are inaudible, unclear, incomplete, improperly formatted, or do not meet the duration requirement may be deemed unviewable, unlistenable or unjudgeable and excluded from evaluation. Please carefully follow submission guidelines.

All submitted works must strictly adhere to the submission guidelines (manuscripts must be clearly printed and free of revisions; recorded works must have a clean screen, clear sound, no noise, and standard formatting) to meet the viewing and listening standards for judging;

Submitted recitation works must be independently recited by the entrant themselves (group recitations must be jointly completed by all team members; non-team members are strictly prohibited from participating in the recitation or recording). If the recitation manuscript is original, it must be guaranteed as the independent creation of the entrant/team. Any violations discovered—such as plagiarism, ghost recitation, recording fraud, or passing off adapted works as original recitations—will result in immediate disqualification to ensure fairness in the competition.
本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制,評審團將結合古典詩詞、現代詩歌、散文、童話故事、紅色經典等不同朗誦題材的藝術特質,從語言表達、朗誦技巧、情感傳達、整體表現四個維度綜合考量,兼顧朗誦藝術的專業性與青少年兒童的表達個性,確保評審的專業性、公平性與包容性。具體評分細則如下:

(一)語言表達(40%)
核心考察參賽者對語言的把控能力與基礎朗誦素養,分題材具體評估維度如下:

古典詩詞類:語音標準(普通話標準,聲母、韻母、聲調發音準確,無方言口音);語言規範(用字標準,不錯讀、漏讀、添讀字詞,停連符合文言語法習慣);吐字歸音(咬字清晰、字正腔圓,韻腳分明,體現古典詩詞的語音美感);語速節奏(語速適中,與詩詞的格律、韻律匹配,不拖遝、不急促)。

現代詩歌類:語音純正(普通話標準,語音飽滿,無含糊、吞音現象);語言流暢(朗誦連貫自然,語句銜接流暢,無斷句不當、卡殼情況);語調變化(根據詩歌情感變化,合理調整語調高低、輕重,避免平淡乏味);文字傳達(準確傳達詩歌文字含義,不誤解、不歪曲詩句原意)。

散文 / 童話故事類:語音清晰(普通話標準,吐字清晰有力,聽眾能輕鬆捕捉每一個字詞);語言生動(朗誦時語氣自然,還原文稿的語言風格,散文兼具抒情性,童話兼具童趣);停連得當(根據文稿語法、語義,合理安排停頓與連貫,突出語言的邏輯與美感);語速把控(根據內容節奏調整語速,敘事平緩、抒情舒緩、緊張情節適當加快,張馳有度)。

紅色經典類:語音莊重(普通話標準,語音渾厚有力,符合紅色經典的莊重氛圍);語言規範(準確朗讀文稿內容,不隨意更改字詞、語序,尊重原文精神);吐字鏗鏘(咬字堅實,語音飽滿,體現紅色作品的力量感);語調莊嚴(語調莊重肅穆,兼具感染力,傳達紅色精神的內涵)。

集體朗誦類:語音統一(全體成員普通話標準一致,無明顯口音差異,吐字、歸音節奏同步);語言協調(成員間語速、停連、語調協調,無搶讀、拖讀、卡殼現象);聲音融合(個體聲音與團隊整體聲音契合,既有個體表達,又有團隊整體感,無雜亂感)。
(二)朗誦技巧(30%)
聚焦參賽者對朗誦技巧的運用能力,能否通過技巧賦予文稿更豐富的藝術感染力,分題材評估如下:

通用維度:停連技巧(根據文稿情感與語義,運用重停、輕停、長停、短停,突出核心內容與情感轉折);重音處理(準確把握文稿中的重點字詞、語句,通過語音輕重突出核心含義);語調變化(根據情感起伏,合理調整語調高低、輕重、緩急,避免一調到底);氣息控制(氣息平穩,支撐力強,無氣短、斷氣現象,能根據朗誦需求調整氣息輕重)。

古典詩詞類:韻律把控(准確把握詩詞的平仄、韻腳,朗誦時體現詩詞的韻律美與音樂性);節奏變化(根據詩詞的格律、情感,調整朗誦節奏,七言、五言節奏各有章法,不生硬呆板);語氣契合(根據詩詞的抒情、詠誦、敘事風格,搭配相應語氣,如田園詩婉約、愛國詩豪邁)。

現代詩歌類:情感張力(通過語調、氣息的變化,體現詩歌的情感起伏,增強作品的感染力);節奏設計(根據詩歌的分行、分段,設計朗誦節奏,突出詩歌的節奏感與畫面感);技巧自然(停連、重音、語調的運用不刻意堆砌,與詩歌情感、文字風格高度融合)。

(三)情感傳達(20%)
衡量參賽者對文稿情感的理解與傳達能力,能否融入自身情感,引發聽眾共鳴,分題材評估如下:

通用維度:情感真誠(朗誦時情感真摯自然,不刻意煽情、不矯揉造作,真實傳達文稿的情感內涵);理解到位(準確把握文稿的情感基調,無情感偏差,如悲傷文稿不朗誦出喜悅感,莊嚴文稿不輕浮);共鳴感強(通過情感表達,讓聽眾感受到文稿的情感力量,產生情感共鳴);情感層次(情感表達有層次,隨文稿內容起伏而變化,不單一、不平淡)。

紅色經典類:情感莊重(情感表達莊嚴肅穆,體現對革命先烈、紅色歷史的敬畏之心);情感飽滿(融入對紅色精神的理解,情感飽滿有力,傳達革命情懷與愛國熱情,引發聽眾共鳴)。

集體朗誦類:情感同步(全體成員情感基調一致,情感起伏同步,無個體情感偏差,體現團隊協同性);整體感染力(團隊共同傳達文稿情感,整體情感飽滿、莊重或生動,具備強烈的整體感染力)。
(四)整體表現(10%)
關注參賽者的整體朗誦狀態、儀態儀表,以及朗誦與自身年齡、文稿題材的契合度:

通用維度:儀態得體(衣著整潔得體,符合朗誦題材與青少年兒童的身份,站姿端正、精神飽滿,無多餘小動作);狀態良好(朗誦時自信大方,眼神堅定,與聽眾有適當互動,不緊張、不拘謹);細節把控(無漏讀、錯讀、重讀現象,朗誦完整,時間把控合理,不超時、不短缺);整體協調(朗誦的語言、技巧、情感與自身氣質、年齡相契合,不刻意模仿、不超出自身能力範圍)。

集體朗誦類:隊形整齊(隊形設計合理,整齊有序,無雜亂現象,成員站姿統一);團隊默契(成員間配合默契,進場、朗誦、退場有序,無拖遝、混亂情況);整體美感(朗誦、隊形、儀態相互配合,具備整體藝術美感,體現團隊精神)。

創意朗誦類(若有):創意合適(創意設計與文稿主題、情感高度契合,不為創意而創意);表現完整(創意形式與朗誦內容結合緊密,整體表現完整,無突兀感);美感突出(創意設計兼具藝術性與可觀性,提升朗誦的整體表現力)。
二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism
1. 雙重獨立評分
每件參賽作品由 2 位朗誦領域、語文教育領域專業評審分別獨立打分,取平均分作為作品最終成績,最大限度減少主觀偏差,保障評審公平性。若兩位評審打分差值超過 10 分,將立即啟動第三方專業評審復核,以三位評審的平均分作為作品最終成績,確保評分的客觀性。
2. 權威評審團構成
評審團由資深朗誦藝術家、語文教育專家、青少年語言表達指導教師、廣播電視主播、兒童語言藝術老師組成,兼具朗誦專業素養與青少年兒童語言指導經驗。評審過程中,既嚴格堅持朗誦藝術的專業標準,也充分尊重青少年兒童的表達個性與童真,用心挖掘每一位參賽者的語言潛能與表達優勢。
Judging Criteria
This competition uses a 0–100 scoring system. The judging panel will evaluate entries based on the artistic characteristics of different recitation genres, including classical poetry, modern poetry, prose, fairy tales, and red classics, across four dimensions: Language Expression, Recitation Skills, Emotional Conveyance, and Overall Performance. It balances the professionalism of recitation art with the expressive individuality of young participants, ensuring fairness, expertise, and inclusiveness. Specific criteria are as follows:
I. Scoring Criteria
(I) Language Expression (40%)
Assesses the contestant’s language control ability and basic recitation literacy, with specific evaluation dimensions by genre:

Classical Poetry: Standard Mandarin pronunciation (accurate initials, finals, and tones, no dialect accent); Language standardization (correct reading of characters, no omission or addition of words, appropriate pauses and connections in line with classical Chinese grammar); Clear articulation (distinct and standard pronunciation, clear rhyme, reflecting the phonetic beauty of classical poetry); Speed and rhythm control (moderate speed, matching the meter and rhyme of poetry, neither sluggish nor hasty).

Modern Poetry: Pure Mandarin pronunciation (standard Mandarin, full voice, no slurred speech); Fluent language (smooth and natural recitation, coherent sentences, no improper pauses or stutters); Intonation variation (reasonable adjustment of intonation height and weight according to the emotional changes of the poetry, avoiding dullness); Text transmission (accurately conveying the meaning of the poetry text, no misunderstanding or distortion of the original lines).

Prose & Fairy Tales: Clear pronunciation (standard Mandarin, clear and powerful articulation, allowing the audience to easily capture every word); Vivid language (natural tone during recitation, restoring the linguistic style of the manuscript—prose with lyricism and fairy tales with childlike charm); Appropriate pauses and connections (reasonable arrangement of pauses and coherence according to the grammar and semantics of the manuscript, highlighting the logic and beauty of language); Speed control (adjusting the speed according to the content rhythm, with calm narration, gentle lyricism, and appropriate acceleration for intense plots, achieving a balance between relaxation and tension).

Red Classics: Dignified pronunciation (standard Mandarin, thick and powerful voice, consistent with the solemn atmosphere of red classics); Language standardization (accurate reading of the manuscript content, no arbitrary changes to words or word order, respecting the spirit of the original text); Forceful articulation (firm and full pronunciation, reflecting the sense of power in red works); Solemn intonation (dignified and solemn intonation with appeal, conveying the connotation of the red spirit).

Group Recitation: Unified pronunciation (all members have consistent standard Mandarin, no obvious accent differences, synchronized articulation and rhythm); Coordinated language (coordinated speed, pauses, and intonation among members, no rushing, dragging, or stuttering); Sound integration (individual voices fit with the overall team voice, with both individual expression and overall team sense, no chaos).
(II) Recitation Skills (30%)
Focuses on the contestant’s ability to use recitation skills and endow the manuscript with richer artistic appeal, evaluated by genre:

General Dimensions: Pause and connection skills (using heavy pauses, light pauses, long pauses, and short pauses according to the emotion and semantics of the manuscript to highlight core content and emotional turning points); Stress handling (accurately grasping key words and sentences in the manuscript, highlighting core meanings through pronunciation weight); Intonation variation (reasonable adjustment of intonation height, weight, and speed according to emotional ups and downs, avoiding a monotonous tone); Breath control (stable breath with strong support, no shortness of breath or breaks, able to adjust breath weight according to recitation needs).

Classical Poetry: Rhyme control (accurately grasping the level and oblique tones, and rhymes of the poetry, reflecting the rhythmic and musical beauty of the poetry during recitation); Rhythm variation (adjusting the recitation rhythm according to the meter and emotion of the poetry, with distinct rhythms for seven-character and five-character poems, not rigid); Tone fit (matching the corresponding tone according to the lyrical, chanting, or narrative style of the poetry, such as elegant pastoral poems and heroic patriotic poems).

Modern Poetry: Emotional tension (reflecting the emotional ups and downs of the poetry through changes in intonation and breath, enhancing the appeal of the work); Rhythm design (designing the recitation rhythm according to the line breaks and paragraphs of the poetry, highlighting the sense of rhythm and imagery); Natural skills (the use of pauses, stress, and intonation is not deliberate, highly integrated with the emotional and linguistic style of the poetry).

Prose & Fairy Tales: Emotional foreshadowing (gradual use of skills to foreshadow the emotion of the manuscript, making the emotional expression hierarchical); Role interpretation (in fairy tales, distinguishing different roles through changes in intonation and tone to reflect character personalities; in prose, restoring the lyrical rhythm through skills); Imagery creation (creating imagery corresponding to the manuscript through changes in speed, intonation, and breath, allowing the audience to feel immersive).

Red Classics: Breath use (thick and powerful breath supporting the solemn intonation, reflecting the sense of power in red works); Stress highlighting (accurately grasping the core red words and sentences, highlighting the red spirit and revolutionary feelings through stress handling); Intonation tension (dignified and appealing intonation, conveying the beliefs and feelings of revolutionary martyrs through intonation changes).
(III) Emotional Conveyance (20%)
Evaluates the contestant’s ability to understand and convey the emotion of the manuscript, and whether they can integrate their own emotions to resonate with the audience, evaluated by genre:

Classical Poetry: Emotional fit (accurately grasping the emotional tone of the poetry, such as sorrow, joy, heroism, or homesickness, with emotional expression highly matching the connotation of the poetry); Imagery creation (creating imagery corresponding to the poetry through the combination of emotion and skills, allowing the audience to appreciate the charm of classical poetry).

Prose & Fairy Tales: Delicate emotion (prose focuses on the delicacy of lyricism, restoring the author’s emotional experience; fairy tales focus on the purity of emotion, reflecting the children’s perspective and childlike charm); Role empathy (integrating into the character’s emotions in fairy tales, making the character’s emotions more vivid through changes in intonation and tone; integrating personal insights in prose to enhance lyrical appeal).

Red Classics: Dignified emotion (dignified and solemn emotional expression, reflecting reverence for revolutionary martyrs and red history); Full emotion (integrating understanding of the red spirit, full and powerful emotion, conveying revolutionary feelings and patriotic enthusiasm, arousing the audience’s resonance).

Group Recitation: Synchronized emotion (all members have consistent emotional tone and synchronized emotional ups and downs, no individual emotional deviation, reflecting team coordination); Overall appeal (the team jointly conveys the emotion of the manuscript, with full, solemn, or vivid overall emotion, having strong overall appeal).
(IV) Overall Performance (10%)
Focuses on the contestant’s overall recitation state, demeanor, and the fit between the recitation and their age and manuscript genre:

General Dimensions: Decent demeanor (neat and appropriate clothing, consistent with the recitation genre and the identity of young participants, upright posture, full spirit, no unnecessary small movements); Good state (confident and natural during recitation, firm eyes, appropriate interaction with the audience, no nervousness or restraint); Detail control (no omission, misreading, or repetition, complete recitation, reasonable time control, no overtime or shortage); Overall coordination (the language, skills, and emotion of the recitation are consistent with their own temperament and age, no deliberate imitation or exceeding their own ability range).

Group Recitation: Neat formation (reasonable and orderly formation design, no chaos, unified standing posture of members); Team tacit understanding (tacit cooperation among members, orderly entry, recitation, and exit, no delay or chaos); Overall beauty (close coordination between recitation, formation, and demeanor, with overall artistic beauty, reflecting team spirit).

Creative Recitation (if any): Appropriate creativity (creative design highly consistent with the theme and emotion of the manuscript, not creativity for the sake of creativity); Complete performance (close combination of creative form and recitation content, complete overall performance, no abruptness); Outstanding beauty (creative design with both artistry and visibility, enhancing the overall expressiveness of the recitation).
II. Judging Mechanism
1. Dual Independent Scoring
Each entry is scored independently by two professional judges in the fields of recitation and Chinese education. The average score is taken as the final score of the entry to minimize subjective deviation and ensure judging fairness. If the score difference between the two judges exceeds 10 points, a third-party professional judge review will be immediately initiated, and the average score of the three judges will be taken as the final score of the entry to ensure the objectivity of the scoring.
2. Authoritative Judging Panel
The judging panel consists of senior recitation artists, Chinese education experts, young people’s language expression instructors, radio and television anchors, and children’s language art teachers, with both professional recitation literacy and experience in guiding young people’s language expression. During the judging process, they not only strictly adhere to the professional standards of recitation art but also fully respect the expressive individuality and innocence of young participants, carefully exploring the language potential and expressive advantages of each contestant.
參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement:
一、作品原創性
要求參賽朗誦作品須由參賽者獨立完成朗誦演繹(可在指導老師協助下進行稿件篩選、朗誦技巧指導及情感表達優化),確保真實展現個人語言表達能力、情感傳遞水準與朗誦演繹潛力。禁止直接照搬他人朗誦版本、冒用他人演繹風格或剪輯搬運網路及媒體中的成品朗誦內容,嚴禁侵犯文學作品著作權、朗誦作品版權及第三方知識產權;若朗誦作品為參賽者原創文稿(含原創朗誦腳本),需提交著作權相關證明(如有),確保作品合法性,杜絕一切代誦、代錄、後期配音代配行為。
二、作品形式規範
參賽作品形式需符合朗誦比賽專案分類(如古典詩詞朗誦、現代散文朗誦、兒童故事朗誦、原創文稿朗誦、集體朗誦等),確保與報名組別一致(如幼兒組、兒童組、少年組、青少年組等)。個人專案與團隊專案需嚴格區分:團隊專案(如集體朗誦、情景朗誦等)需注明所有參與者姓名、分工(如領誦、合誦、情景演繹等)及指導老師資訊,避免因形式不符影響參賽資格。
三、作品規格要求
作品時長需控制在指定範圍(根據組別要求調整,建議幼兒組1-2分鐘、兒童組2-3分鐘、少年組3-4分鐘、青少年組4-5分鐘),確保朗誦完整、節奏流暢、情感真摯。時長過短無法完整呈現演繹思路與語言功底,過長不符合賽事定位,請嚴格把控規格。若為原創文稿朗誦,需同步提交完整原創資料(如文稿手稿、朗誦腳本草稿等,如有),確保作品創作與演繹軌跡可追溯。
四、拍攝/錄製要求 / Shooting & Recording Requirements
(一)朗誦作品拍攝/錄製要求
朗誦視頻需完整拍攝參賽者全身或上半身演繹畫面(可適當補拍面部表情、肢體動作細節),無裁切、無遮擋;需確保畫面連貫,無中斷、無剪輯拼接(後期僅可進行基礎光影調整,不可剪輯內容)。拍攝角度以正面平拍為主(正面畫面占比不低於 80%),確保參賽者橫豎對齊、無傾斜,清晰呈現精神面貌、表情管理及肢體表達,避免仰拍、俯拍導致畫面變形。畫面需清晰乾淨,避免反光、陰影遮擋參賽者及背景,光影均勻無雜亂;音質需清晰無雜音、無回聲,確保朗誦聲音洪亮、吐字清晰,無口齒模糊、音量忽大忽小等問題,建議使用外接麥克風錄製以提升音質。
(二)輔助資料拍攝/錄製要求
原創文稿朗誦需拍攝/掃描原創文稿(手稿或電子稿),在純白或淺色無紋理背景下進行,確保文稿主體突出,避免背景雜物、圖案干擾。拍攝/掃描時需還原文稿真實字跡、細節,避免反光、色偏,每一頁文稿需完整呈現,確保內容清晰可辨;電子類原創腳本需導出清晰預覽圖,與朗誦視頻區分提交。團隊專案需額外提交團隊排練片段(1分鐘內),真實呈現團隊配合過程,拍攝要求同朗誦作品拍攝規範。
五、檔案格式與品質要求
(一)作品檔案要求
朗誦作品支持手機、相機拍攝或專業設備錄製,視頻格式須為 MP4、MOV 或 AVI,確保檔案相容性;建議使用三腳架固定設備拍攝,保證畫面穩定無模糊、無晃動;視頻解析度不低於 1080P(1920×1080),單個視頻大小控制在 5-50M 範圍內,確保放大後仍可清晰查看參賽者表情、動作,聽清朗誦聲音。原創文稿朗誦需提交文稿可編輯檔(如Word、WPS格式)及PDF預覽圖,確保文稿原貌可查,避免格式錯亂。
(二)輔助資料檔案要求
電子版原創理念說明(闡述文稿創作及朗誦演繹思路,200 字以內)需提交可編輯檔(如Word、WPS、PDF格式),搭配對應文稿預覽圖,確保證明創作與演繹真實性。禁止對輔助資料進行內容修改、偽造,僅可適當調整圖片亮度、對對比度還原真實效果。團隊排練片段視頻格式須與朗誦作品一致,解析度不低於 1080P,音質清晰無雜音,內容需真實呈現團隊排練過程,不可剪輯拼接。
六、後期處理限制
朗誦視頻僅可對亮度、對比度、色溫及音量進行微調(用於還原演繹真實面貌、優化音質),禁止修改畫面內容(如添加特效、濾鏡、文字浮水印、更換背景、剪輯拼接不同時段錄製片段),嚴禁拼接不同場景、不同時間錄製的演繹片段,確保證件的真實性與完整性。輔助資料僅可進行基礎光影、色彩校正,禁止修改文稿內容、添加非原創段落或拼接他人創作思路,電子類文稿禁止修改原文內容、偽造修改痕跡,確保作品的真實創作與演繹屬性。
七、作品呈現要求 / Presentation Requirements
背景:
拍攝朗誦視頻時,統一使用純白或淺色無紋理背景(如白色幕布、淺灰色牆面),無多餘雜物、圖案、文字干擾主體,確保評審注意力集中於參賽者的朗誦演繹本身。禁止使用雜亂背景、誇張裝飾或帶有商業廣告、違規內容的背景元素,電子類文稿預覽圖需保持頁面乾淨,無多餘浮水印、雜亂排版。
演繹與形象:
參賽者需穿著得體、整潔大方,貼合朗誦作品主題(禁止穿著過於暴露、誇張、帶有負面元素的服裝);妝容淡雅(青少年組可適當化妝,幼兒組、兒童組不建議化妝),精神面貌飽滿。朗誦時需姿態端正、眼神堅定,表情自然貼合作品情感,肢體動作適度得體,無多餘小動作;吐字清晰、聲調抑揚頓挫,節奏把控得當,情感表達真摯動人,無低俗、負面、違規語言及動作。所有作品需主題積極向上、傳遞正能量,無低俗、負面、違規內容,確保作品整體呈現效果。
八、提交方式
通過指定報名平臺上傳參賽作品及相關資料,上傳前請將檔案統一命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中/英文全名_作品名稱」(例如:古典詩詞兒童組_李華/Li Hua_《靜夜思》、集體朗誦少年組_張明軒&李曉/Zhang Mingxuan&Li Xiao_《少年中國說》),便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。原創文稿朗誦需同步提交創作與演繹理念說明(200 字以內),闡述作品創作靈感、主題立意與朗誦情感表達主旨,與朗誦視頻、輔助資料一同壓縮上傳。實物資料(原創文稿手稿等)提交方式另行通知,電子資料須在報名截止日前上傳完畢,逾期視為自動放棄參賽資格。

為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同朗誦類別的參賽者用心演繹、自信展示,每個年齡組別及各朗誦專項(如經典詩詞、散文美文、故事寓言、原創文稿、抒情演講等)均設置多層次獎項。獎項評定嚴格參照賽事 0-100 分制評分標準,結合朗誦藝術特點綜合判定。具體獎項設置如下:

冠軍(Champion):90-94 分肯定具備高水準朗誦素養:發音標準流暢、語氣節奏處理得當,情感表達真誠動人,對作品理解準確、演繹完整,舞臺表現自然得體、富有親和力與表現力,能通過聲音強烈傳遞作品情感與思想內涵的優秀參賽作品。

亞軍(Runner-up):80-89 分鼓勵朗誦基礎扎實:語音語貌規範、停連重音準確,作品理解到位、整體演繹流暢完整,情感表達自然真實,舞臺儀態得體,細節處理用心,整體完成度高、表現穩定的優質朗誦。

季軍(Third Place):70-79 分認可已掌握朗誦核心要領:發音基本標準、語句通順自然,能準確把握作品基調,聲音洪亮、表達清晰,舞臺表現大膽自信,具備良好的朗誦素質與進步空間。

優異獎(Merit Award):69 分及以下鼓勵青少年兒童對語言藝術與朗誦表演的熱愛與堅持,肯定其勇於登臺、大膽表達、認真備賽、不斷挑戰自我的寶貴態度,守護每一份對聲音與表達的熱忱與初心。

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
