一、評分細則

（一）演唱技巧（40%）

核心考察參賽者對歌唱基礎技術的掌握與運用能力，具體評估維度包括：​

1. 發聲與共鳴：發聲方式的科學性與規範性，共鳴腔體（胸腔、鼻腔、頭腔）的運用合理性，是否符合歌曲音域及風格要求，有無擠壓、漏氣等問題；​

2. 音準與節奏：音高把握的準確性，轉調、離調部分的精准處理，節奏節拍的穩定性與把控力，有無搶拍、拖拍、節奏紊亂或節奏與伴奏脫節情況；​

3. 咬字與吐詞：歌詞咬字的清晰度與辨識度，吐詞的輕重緩急與歌曲情感的適配性，方言或外語歌曲的發音標準度，避免因咬字問題影響歌曲理解；​

4. 氣息控制：針對歌曲中長音、連音、跳音等技術難點的氣息支撐品質，有無氣促、斷氣、氣息不穩導致的音準偏移或聲音抖動。

（二）情感表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者通過歌唱傳遞曲目主題思想與個人風格的能力，具體評估維度包括：​

1. 主題詮釋：對歌曲創作背景、情感基調與核心內涵的理解深度，能否通過演唱精准傳遞歌曲主旨（如抒情歌曲的細膩感、搖滾歌曲的爆發力、民謠歌曲的敘事性等）；​

2. 演繹獨特性：演唱風格的個性化呈現，在尊重原作核心情感的基礎上，對樂句處理、強弱對比、速度變化、即興裝飾等方面的創意表達，避免機械模仿或過度炫技；​

3. 情感共鳴：能否通過聲音的張力、語氣的起伏傳遞真實且貼合歌曲的情感（如喜悅、傷感、激昂、懷舊等），借助演唱技巧與肢體語言的配合引發聆聽者情感共鳴。

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品整體呈現效果與細節把控品質，具體評估維度包括：​

1. 細節豐滿度：對歌曲中樂句銜接、換氣過渡、強弱轉換、尾音處理等細節的把控精度，避免演唱粗糙、情感斷層或細節缺失；​

2. 整體協調性：演唱的音準、節奏、情感與伴奏（或樂隊）的融合度，各樂段（主歌、副歌、間奏銜接）之間的過渡自然性，聲音表現力與歌曲風格的匹配度；​

3. 完成度：演唱過程無明顯中斷、忘詞、跑調堆積或遺漏段落等情況，達到“完整展示歌曲核心魅力與情感價值”的標準。

（四）選曲與匹配度（10%）

關注參賽曲目與參賽者個人能力的契合度，具體評估維度包括：​

1. 難度適配性：依據參賽者年齡、演唱經驗及技術水準選擇難度適宜的曲目，避免因曲目音域過寬、技巧過難導致演唱變形，或因曲目過於簡單無法展現演唱實力；​

2. 特長發揮：選曲能否精准展現參賽者個人優勢（如嗓音條件適配特定曲風、氣息穩定適配長線條歌曲、情感細膩適配敘事類歌曲、節奏感強適配律動類歌曲等），實現“以曲目揚特長”的效果。

雙重獨立評分：每件參賽作品由2位專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障評分公平性；

權威評審團構成：評審團涵蓋流行音樂協會資深顧問、專業音樂學院聲樂系教師、知名唱片公司音樂製作人及聲樂表演行業資深從業者，兼具扎實的學術理論功底與豐富的實踐經驗，既以專業標準評判演唱技術，也尊重不同風格的個性化表達，精准挖掘每位參賽者的藝術閃光點。

Judging Criteria

This competition employs a scoring system ranging from 0 to 100 points. The jury will evaluate performances based on the artistic characteristics of vocal performance, considering four dimensions: singing technique, emotional expression, integrity of the piece, and repertoire selection and suitability. This comprehensive approach ensures the professionalism and fairness of the judging. Specific scoring criteria are outlined below:

I. Scoring Criteria

(I) Singing Technique (40%)

This core assessment evaluates the contestant's mastery and application of fundamental vocal techniques, specifically examining:​

1. Vocalization and Resonance: The scientificity and standardization of vocalization methods, the rational use of resonance cavities (chest, nasal, head), compliance with the song's range and style requirements, and the absence of problems such as vocal compression or air leakage;​

2. Intonation and Rhythm: Accuracy in pitch control, precise handling of modulations and chromatic passages, stability and control of rhythm, and the absence of rushing, dragging, rhythm disorder, or disconnection between singing and accompaniment;​

3. Articulation and Enunciation: Clarity and recognizability of lyrics articulation, the adaptability of enunciation speed and intensity to the song's emotion, and the pronunciation standard of dialect or foreign language songs, avoiding hindrance to song comprehension due to poor articulation;​

4. Breath Control: The quality of breath support for technical difficulties in the song such as long notes, legato, and staccato, and the absence of shortness of breath, breath breaks, or pitch deviation and voice tremor caused by unstable breath.

(II) Emotional Expression (30%)

Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey the piece's thematic ideas and personal style through singing. Specific evaluation dimensions include:​

1. Thematic Interpretation: Depth of understanding regarding the song's creative background, emotional tone, and core connotation, and the ability to accurately convey the song's main idea through performance (such as the delicacy of lyrical songs, the explosive power of rock songs, and the narrativeness of folk songs);​

2. Interpretive Originality: Personalized presentation of singing style, demonstrating creative expression in phrasing, dynamic contrast, tempo change, and improvisational decoration while respecting the core emotion of the original work, avoiding mechanical imitation or excessive technical showing;​

3. Emotional Resonance: The ability to convey true emotions suitable for the song (such as joy, sadness, passion, nostalgia) through the tension of the voice and the ups and downs of the tone, and to arouse the emotional resonance of the listeners through the cooperation of singing skills and body language.

(III) Work Integrity (20%)

Evaluates the overall presentation and attention to detail in the performance, specifically assessing:​

1. Detail Richness: Precision in handling phrasing transitions, breath transitions, dynamic changes, and ending note processing in the song, avoiding rough singing, emotional discontinuity, or lack of details;​

2. Overall Coherence: The integration of intonation, rhythm, emotion with the accompaniment (or band), the natural transition between sections (verse, chorus, interlude connection), and the matching degree between vocal expressiveness and song style;​

3. Completion: Performance free of significant interruptions, forgotten lyrics, accumulated off-pitch, or omitted sections, meeting the standard of "fully showcasing the core charm and emotional value of the song."

(IV) Repertoire Selection and Suitability (10%)

Focuses on the alignment between the selected piece and the performer's individual capabilities. Specific evaluation dimensions include:​

1. Appropriate Difficulty: Selection of pieces suited to the performer's age, singing experience, and technical level, avoiding vocal distortion due to overly wide range or difficult techniques, or failure to demonstrate singing ability due to overly simple pieces;​​

2. Highlighting Strengths: Whether the selection precisely showcases the participant's individual strengths (such as vocal conditions suitable for specific styles, stable breath suitable for long-line songs, delicate emotions suitable for narrative songs, and strong sense of rhythm suitable for rhythmic songs), achieving the effect of "using repertoire to amplify strengths."

Dual Independent Scoring: Each entry receives separate scores from two professional judges, with the average serving as the final result. This minimizes subjective bias and ensures scoring fairness.
