The 2025 Talent Youth and Children's Robot Design Competition provides a competitive platform for young people worldwide to showcase their innovative thinking and engineering capabilities, allowing them to freely unleash their creativity on an international stage and ignite their passion for exploring the world of technology. The competition comprehensively assesses participants' mechanical structure design, programming logic, problem-solving skills, innovative conception and practical transformation abilities, as well as their ability to grasp and flexibly apply robot functions and technical principles. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions, enabling participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. 比賽簡介：【科技有界，創意無疆！】
這不僅是一場橫貫全球的科技盛宴，更是對創新思維的熱切召喚 —— 我們邀請全球青少年兒童動起雙手、敞開思路，以探索之心設計智能機械結構、編寫靈活程式，讓前沿科技與奇思妙想在零件組裝與代碼邏輯中碰撞出驚喜，讓機器人的「軀殼」注入屬於青春的獨特靈魂。

 

這裡，每個零件都是與未來對話的密碼，每一行代碼都是向創新致敬的宣言。我們期待看見年輕的腦洞與科技原理碰撞出突破邊界的火花，讓機器人不再是冰冷的機械，而是化作躍動在指尖的智慧，在世界舞臺上展現跨越想像的無限可能。因為熱愛，創意永不枯竭；因為探索，科技的力量永無止境！

參賽主題由選手自主確定，既可聚焦實用場景解決方案（如家庭服務、環境保護等），也可呈現富有想像力的創意構想，讓每一個設計都成為獨特的自我表達。
Applicants are free to choose a theme that best showcases their innovation, whether practical solutions for real-life scenarios (such as home services, environmental protection, etc.) or imaginative creative concepts.

具體參賽流程 / Enrolment and Submission

  1. 填寫本頁報名表格並提交，完成參賽資格註冊；

  2. 通過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，獲取賽事最新指引與答疑支持；

  3. 截止日期前，將符合要求的參賽視頻通過 WhatsApp 提交，確保作品順利入庫；

  4. 耐心等待賽果公佈，見證屬於你的科技創新榮耀時刻。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

  1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的設計方案及演示視頻，無需為本次賽事單獨創作；

  2. 參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別（如機器人類型、年齡段等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；

  3. 若提交的設計方案或視頻因格式錯誤、檔損壞等原因無法正常瀏覽或播放，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意提交規範；

  4. 所有參賽作品及視頻須嚴格依照「作品提交指引」製作，確保設計方案的完整性、視頻畫面及講解內容符合標準；

  5. 所有參賽視頻須嚴格依照「影片要求指引」拍攝，確保畫面清晰度、講解音頻及拍攝形式符合標準；

  6. 視頻中出現的設計者及操作演示者必須為參賽者本人，一經發現代做或替演示行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。

 

  1. Participants are permitted to submit design proposals and demonstration videos that have been used in other competitions; there is no requirement to create new content specifically for this event.

  2. Participants must ensure that the submitted work aligns with the category they have entered (e.g., robot type, age group, etc.). Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the judging process.

  3. If submitted design proposals or videos cannot be viewed or played normally due to format errors, file corruption, or other issues, they will not proceed to the judging phase. Please ensure compliance with submission specifications;

  4. All submitted works and videos must strictly adhere to the “Submission Guidelines” to ensure the completeness of design proposals and that video visuals and explanation content meet standards;

  5. All submitted videos must strictly adhere to the “Video Requirements Guidelines” to ensure that visual clarity, explanation audio, and filming formats meet standards;

  6. Designers and operators featured in the video must be the participants themselves. Any instances of outsourcing or impersonation will result in immediate disqualification to ensure fairness in the competition.

評分標準 / Judging Criteria

本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制，評審團將從多維度綜合考量參賽者的整體表現，具體評分細則如下：

 

技術可行性（40%）
核心考察參賽者對機器人設計與實現的技術掌控力：

  • 結構設計的合理性，如機械組裝的穩定性、零件搭配的適配性，是否符合力學原理與功能需求；

  • 程序邏輯的完整性，編程代碼能否穩定驅動機器人完成預設任務，是否具備必要的錯誤處理能力；

  • 技術細節的精準度，如傳感器應用、動力控制等關鍵模塊的運行效果，是否達到設計預期。
     

創新價值（30%）
聚焦參賽者的創意思維與問題解決能力：

  • 設計理念的獨特性，是否突破常規思路，提出新穎的功能構想或技術組合方式；

  • 實用價值的顯現度，能否針對具體場景（如家庭、校園、環保等）解決實際問題，具備落地潛力；

  • 細節創意的豐富性，如交互方式、外觀設計、材料選擇等方面的巧思，是否體現個性化思考。
     

整體呈現（20%）

  • 方案展示的清晰度，設計說明、原理圖、演示視頻等材料是否邏輯清晰、層次分明；

  • 功能演示的流暢度，機器人在視頻中能否穩定完成核心任務，操作過程是否直觀易懂；

  • 主題契合度，整體設計是否緊扣選定主題，技術與創意能否服務於核心功能表達。
     

難度匹配（10%）
關注設計難度與參賽者能力的協調性：

  • 能否依據自身知識儲備選擇合適難度的項目，既避免過於基礎的重複性設計，也不盲目挑戰超出能力範圍的技術難題；

  • 設計是否能充分展現個人的技術擅長（如結構搭建、編程邏輯等），達到「以設計揚長」的效果。
     

評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

每件參賽作品將由 2 位專業評審獨立評分，取綜合成績作為最終結果，確保評分的客觀性與公平性；

 

評審團成員涵蓋本協會資深科技顧問、權威教育機構代表及機器人領域資深工程師，兼具學術性與實踐經驗，以專業視角挖掘每位參賽者的創新閃光點。
 

Judging Criteria

This competition uses a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of participants from multiple dimensions. The specific scoring criteria are as follows:

 

Technical Feasibility (40%)
Focuses on the participant’s mastery of robot design and implementation techniques:

  • Rationality of structural design, such as stability of mechanical assembly, compatibility of parts, and compliance with mechanical principles and functional requirements;

  • Completeness of program logic, whether the code can stably drive the robot to complete preset tasks and 具备 necessary error-handling capabilities;

  • Precision of technical details, such as the performance of key modules like sensor application and power control, 是否 meeting design expectations.

 

Innovative Value (30%)
Highlights the participant’s creative thinking and problem-solving abilities:

  • Uniqueness of design concepts, whether breaking conventional ideas to propose novel functional concepts or technical combinations;

  • Practical value, whether addressing real-world problems in specific scenarios (e.g., home, campus, environmental protection) with potential for implementation;

  • Richness of detailed creativity, such as ingenuity in interaction methods, appearance design, or material selection, reflecting personalized thinking.

 

Overall Presentation (20%)
Assesses the completeness of the participant’s proposal and expression ability:

  • Clarity of presentation, whether design descriptions, diagrams, and demonstration videos are logically structured and well-organized;

  • Smoothness of functional demonstration, whether the robot can stably complete core tasks in the video with an intuitive and understandable operation process;

  • Relevance to the theme, whether the overall design closely aligns with the chosen theme, with technology and creativity serving the core function.

 

Difficulty Alignment (10%)
Focuses on the coordination between design difficulty and the participant’s ability:

  • Whether the participant selects a project of appropriate difficulty based on their knowledge reserve, avoiding overly basic repetitive designs or unreasonably challenging technical problems beyond their capabilities;

  • Whether the design fully showcases the participant’s technical strengths (e.g., structural construction, programming logic) to achieve the effect of “highlighting strengths through design.”
     

Judging Mechanism

Each entry will be independently scored by two professional judges, with the final result determined by the composite score to ensure objectivity and fairness;

 

The judging panel includes senior technology advisors of the Association, representatives from authoritative educational institutions, and seasoned engineers in the robotics field, combining academic expertise with practical experience to identify the innovative strengths of each participant through a professional lens.

參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement：

  1. 作品原創性：參賽作品（包括設計方案、機械結構及編程邏輯）須由參賽者獨立完成，可在家長或指導老師指導下進行，確保真實展現個人創新能力與技術實力。

  2. 輔助材料：支持使用標準化零件、開源代碼或通用組件，但若引用第三方技術或方案須註明出處，整體設計須體現參賽者的獨立構思。

  3. 設計輔助：參賽者可自主選擇手繪草圖、電腦建模或實物搭建等方式完成設計，以最適合的方式呈現創意與技術細節。

  4. 拍攝畫面要求：室內外拍攝均可，畫面須清晰呈現機器人整體結構、核心功能模塊（如傳感器、驅動裝置等）及運行過程，確保評審完整觀察設計細節與實際效果。

  5. 拍攝鏡頭規範：採用定鏡或平穩移動鏡頭拍攝，須涵蓋機器人整體及操作場景，嚴禁過度依賴特寫鏡頭（避免關鍵資訊缺失）。

  6. 視頻格式與設備：支持任何錄影設備拍攝，視頻格式須為 MOV、MP4、AVI 或 WMV，確保相容性。

  7. 畫質標準：解像度不低於 720p（1280×720），保證畫面清晰、機器人細節及運行狀態可辨。

  8. 拍攝與後期要求：功能演示部分須為一鏡到底的原始錄像，禁止通過剪接、拼接改變真實運行過程；設計講解部分可適度分段，但須保持內容連貫性，真實還原設計思路與實際效果。

  9. 特效限制：不得添加濾鏡、調色、動畫等修飾性特效，禁止通過後期處理掩蓋設計缺陷，可添加必要的文字標註（如模塊名稱、功能說明）以輔助理解。

  10. 音頻要求：講解與演示音頻須為現場收音，不接受後期配音修改內容，確保資訊真實性；可適當降低背景噪音，但不得影響核心資訊傳達。

  11. 拍攝穩定性：拍攝過程中須保持鏡頭穩定，避免震動、搖晃或隨意移動，確保機器人運行軌跡與細節清晰可見。

  12. 提交方式：通過指定平臺提交設計方案（PDF 格式）及演示視頻，上傳前請將檔命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中 / 英文全名」（例如：家用服務機器人組_李小華 / Amy Li），便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段參賽者的機器人設計表現，每個年齡組別均設置多層次獎項，具體如下：

 

  1. 超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上，表彰技術創新與實用價值達到頂尖水準的傑出設計；

  2. 冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分，肯定具備高水準技術可行性與獨特創意的參賽作品；

  3. 亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分，鼓勵技術扎實、功能完整的優秀設計方案；

  4. 季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分，認可具備基礎設計能力與創新潛力的參賽者；

  5.  優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下，鼓勵對科技的探索熱情與勇於實踐的態度。

​

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

​

  1. 電子證書：港幣 300元 HKD $300

  2. 電子證書+實體證書：港幣 320 元 HKD $320

  3. 電子證書+實體證書 + 獎牌：港幣 350 元 HKD $350

  4. 電子證書 + 實體證書 + 獎牌+獎盃：港幣 375 元 HKD $375

 

註：定制獎項將於訂購截止日後 8 個星期內，通過順豐速運以「寄付」方式寄出。Note: Customized awards will be shipped via SF Express within 8 weeks after the order deadline.

【學校 / 團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

為感謝機構與導師對青少年音樂教育的支持，特設集體榮譽獎項：

  1. 團體獎：任何學校、教育中心或團體推薦參賽者達 10 名及以上，將獲頒「優秀音樂培育團體」榮譽證書；

  2. 導師獎：任何指導老師推薦參賽者達 5 名及以上，將獲頒「傑出音樂指導」榮譽證書。
     

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

  1. 比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

  2. 所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

  3. 獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

  4. 獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

  5. 因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
     

Award Collection Details

  1. Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

  2. All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

  3. Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

  4. Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

  5. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.
     

注意事項 / Important Notes

  1. 參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

  2. 主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；

  3. 參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；

  4. 參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；

  5. 若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；

  6. 本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；

  7. 評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

  8. 本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；

  9. 得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；

  10. 所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

  11. 如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
     

Notes / Important Notes

  1. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

  3. Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

  4. Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

  5. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

  6. The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

  7. The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

  8. The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

  9. The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

  10. All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

  11. In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
