本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制，評審團將從繪畫技術、創意表達、作品完整性等多維度綜合考量參賽作品，確保評審專業性與公平性，具體評分細則如下：

一、評分細則

1. 技術精度（40%）

核心考察參賽者對繪畫基礎技術的掌握與運用能力：

1. 造型與構圖：主體造型的準確性（如人物、景物比例協調）、構圖的均衡性與合理性（如主次分明、空間層次清晰）；

2. 色彩運用：色彩搭配的協調度（如冷暖色調融合、明暗對比適宜）、色彩暈染 / 鋪色的均勻度（如水彩無明顯水痕、油畫色彩飽滿）；

3. 技法熟練度：對所選繪畫形式專屬技法的掌握程度（如水彩的暈染、國畫的勾勒皴擦、素描的明暗調子），技術動作的規範性與流暢度。
    

2. 創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者透過作品傳達主題思想與個人風格的能力：

1. 主題詮釋：對創作主題的理解深度，能否通過視覺元素（如符號、場景）清晰表達主題內涵（如「自然之美」「家鄉故事」）；

2. 創意獨特性：構思的新穎度（如不同於常規的視角、獨特的畫面敘事），避免千篇一律的範本化創作；

3. 情感傳達：作品能否傳遞真實情感（如歡樂、溫暖、思考），通過色彩、筆觸、構圖引發觀者共鳴。
    

3. 作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品的整體呈現效果與細節把控：

1. 細節豐滿度：畫面細節的充實度（如背景裝飾、主體紋理），避免粗糙的筆觸或空白浪費；

2. 整體協調性：造型、色彩、技法與主題的匹配度，無明顯邏輯矛盾（如悲傷主題使用過於艷麗的色彩）；

3. 完成度：作品無未完成痕跡（如漏畫、色彩斷層、邊緣雜亂），達到「可完整展示」的標準。
    

4. 選材與匹配度（10%）

關注創作主題、難度與參賽者能力的契合度：

1. 難度適配性：能否依據自身技術水準選擇合適難度的主題（如低年齡段避免過於複雜的人物結構，高年齡段不局限於簡單圖案）；

2. 特長發揮：選材能否充分展現個人優勢（如擅長色彩者選擇色彩豐富的主題，擅長線條者選擇素描或漫畫），達到「以題揚長」的效果。
    

二、評審機制

1. 雙重獨立評分：每件參賽作品將由 2 位專業評審分別獨立打分，取兩者平均分作為作品最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障公平性；

2. 權威評審團構成：評審團成員涵蓋青少年美術教育協會資深顧問、專業美術院校教師、知名兒童藝術機構教研負責人及繪畫領域資深藝術家，兼具學術理論與實踐指導經驗，既能以專業標準評判技術，也能尊重青少年創作的童真與個性，挖掘每位參賽者的藝術閃光點。

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries across multiple dimensions, including painting technique, creative expression, and overall integrity, to ensure professional and impartial adjudication. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:
 

I. Scoring Criteria

1. Technical Precision (40%)

Core assessment of the entrant's mastery and application of fundamental painting techniques:

1. Form and Composition: Accuracy of primary forms (e.g., balanced proportions of figures/landscapes), compositional balance and logic (e.g., clear distinction between main and secondary elements, defined spatial layers);

2. Color Application: Harmony in color combinations (e.g., integration of warm/cool tones, appropriate light/dark contrast), uniformity in color blending/layering (e.g., watercolor without visible water streaks, oil painting with rich color saturation);

3. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of techniques specific to the chosen medium (e.g., watercolor blending, Chinese ink brushwork and texture rendering, chiaroscuro in sketching), along with the standardization and fluidity of technical execution.
    

2. Creativity and Expression (30%)

Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey thematic ideas and personal style through their work:

1. Thematic Interpretation: Depth of understanding the creative theme and ability to clearly express its essence (e.g., “Natural Beauty,” “Hometown Stories”) through visual elements (e.g., symbols, scenes);

2. Creative Originality: Novelty of conception (e.g., unconventional perspectives, unique narrative framing), avoiding formulaic or template-based creations;

3. Emotional Resonance: Ability to convey authentic emotions (e.g., joy, warmth, contemplation) through color, brushwork, and composition to evoke viewer empathy.
    

3. Work Integrity (20%)

Evaluates the overall presentation and attention to detail:

1. Detail Richness: Fullness of visual elements (e.g., background ornamentation, subject textures), avoiding rough brushwork or wasted space;

2. Overall Harmony: Alignment of form, color, technique with the theme, free of logical contradictions (e.g., using overly vibrant colors for a sorrowful theme);

3. Completion: Absence of unfinished elements (e.g., missed areas, color discontinuities, messy edges), meeting the standard of being “presentable in its entirety.”

4. Theme Selection & Suitability (10%)

Evaluates alignment between the chosen theme, its difficulty, and the entrant's skill level:

1. Difficulty Alignment: Whether the chosen theme matches the participant's technical level (e.g., younger age groups avoid overly complex figure structures; older age groups aren't limited to simple patterns);

2. Strength Utilization: Whether the chosen theme fully showcases the participant's strengths (e.g., those skilled in color choose vibrant themes; those skilled in line work choose sketches or comics), achieving the effect of “leveraging strengths through the theme.”
    

Judging Mechanism

Dual Independent Scoring: Each entry receives separate scores from two professional judges. The final score is the average of both, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness.
 

Authoritative Panel Composition: The judging panel comprises senior advisors from the Youth Art Education Association, faculty from professional art academies, heads of teaching and research departments at renowned children's art institutions, and seasoned artists in the field of painting. They possess both academic theory and practical guidance experience, enabling them to evaluate technical skills by professional standards while respecting the innocence and individuality inherent in youth creations, thereby uncovering the artistic brilliance within each participant.
