2026英才兒童及青少年繪畫公開賽，為全球兒童及青少年搭建展現繪畫才華的國際專業競技平臺，在世界舞臺上盡情釋放繪畫創作活力與藝術魅力，激發對油畫、水彩、素描、國畫、漫畫、綜合材料繪畫及跨界融合繪畫等各類繪畫領域的深度探索熱情。

賽事全面考查參賽者的繪畫基礎知識儲備、專業創作技能（如構圖的合理性與完整性、色彩的搭配度與協調性、線條的流暢性與張力、光影的把控度與層次感、構思的獨創性與新穎性、作品演繹的個性化與感染力等）、情感與繪畫作品主題的深度融合、創作技巧的運用與創意呈現等綜合能力，檢驗對不同繪畫風格（如油畫的厚重飽滿、水彩的通透靈動、素描的簡潔有力、國畫的意境深遠、漫畫的生動活潑、綜合材料繪畫的多元創新、跨界融合繪畫的突破創意等）、繪畫表達的把握與靈活運用。

參賽選手可通過獨創繪畫、組合創作、主題創作等多元的表現形式傳遞思想、用絢麗的色彩描繪意境、以飽滿的情感演繹畫魂，在臺上臺下，展現兒童及青少年的繪畫藝術風采與文化底蘊。賽事同步支持英文、簡體中文、繁體中文版本，配套材料可採用對應語言提交，助力不同語言背景的繪畫少年順利參與，消除語言障礙，讓全球繪畫愛好者都能在同一個國際繪畫舞臺上綻放畫筆的光芒。

The 2026 Young Talents Painting Open Competition for Children and Youth establishes an international professional platform for young painters worldwide to showcase their painting talents. It unleashes the creative vitality and artistic charm of painting creation on the global stage, igniting passion for deep exploration across diverse painting genres including oil painting, watercolor painting, sketching, traditional Chinese painting, comic painting, mixed-media painting, and cross-genre integrated painting.

The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' painting knowledge foundation, professional creative skills (including rationality and completeness of composition, matching degree and coordination of colors, fluency and tension of lines, grasp and layering of light and shadow, originality and novelty of conception, as well as individuality and appeal in work presentation), the depth of emotional integration with the painting theme, and the overall ability to apply creative skills and present creativity. It evaluates participants' grasp and flexible application of diverse painting styles (such as the richness and fullness of oil painting, the transparency and vividness of watercolor painting, the simplicity and power of sketching, the profound artistic conception of traditional Chinese painting, the vividness of comic painting, the diverse innovation of mixed-media painting, and the breakthrough creativity of cross-genre integrated painting) and painting expression.

Participants may convey ideas through diverse forms like original painting, combined creation, or theme creation, depict artistic conception with gorgeous colors, and interpret the spirit of painting with profound emotion. On and off the stage, they showcase the painting artistry and cultural depth of children and young painters. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials may be submitted in the corresponding language, enabling painting youths from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. This eliminates language barriers, allowing global painting enthusiasts to shine their brush brilliance on the same international stage.

這不僅是一場跨越國界的頂級繪畫競技盛宴，更是對繪畫藝韻的深情呼喚 —— 我們邀請全球兒童及青少年登上國際繪畫競技舞臺、展露繪畫才華，以赤誠之心演繹構圖的精巧合理、色彩的絢麗和諧、線條的流暢張力，讓千年沉澱的繪畫魅力在筆尖流轉間煥新綻放。

這裏，每一根線條都是與心靈對話的密碼，每一抹色彩都是向生活致敬的宣言，每一幅作品都是傳承畫藝的足跡。我們期待看見稚嫩的筆尖與多元繪畫經典碰撞出驚喜火花，讓繪畫創作不再遙不可及，而是化作流淌在色彩的熱忱、蘊藏在筆尖的靈感、沉澱在畫卷的底蘊，在世界繪畫競技舞臺上綻放跨越時空的無窮魅力。因為熱愛，畫韻永不消散；因為傳承，繪畫的力量永無邊界！

參賽作品由選手自主挑選繪畫主題與創作內容，既可致敬經典藝術題材，也可呈現個人風格化的繪畫演繹（含原創繪畫作品），讓每一幅作品、每一種創作詮釋都成為兒童及青少年獨特的自我展現。

Applicants are free to select painting themes and creative content that best showcase their artistic vision, whether paying tribute to classic art themes or presenting personalized painting interpretations (including original artworks), allowing every piece and creation to become a unique self-expression of children and young people.

註：選手可同時報名多個賽道，需分別提交對應的報名申請及參賽作品，讓多元繪畫才華全面綻放。Note: Applicants are welcome to participate in multiple categories, with separate registration and submission required for each, allowing diverse painting talents to shine fully.

  1. 填寫本頁報名表格並提交，完成參賽資格註冊；

  2. 通過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，獲取賽事最新指引與答疑支持；

  3. 截止日期前，將符合要求的參賽視頻通過 WhatsApp 提交，確保作品順利入庫；

  4. 耐心等待賽果公佈，見證屬於你的音樂榮耀時刻。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

  1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的繪畫作品，無需為本次賽事單獨重新創作或修改；

  2. 報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹（如作品名稱、創作時間、作品尺寸、賽道類別、繪畫項目類型等）內容的準確性；

  3. 參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別（如畫種類型、年齡段、主題要求、參賽類別、組別規模等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；

  4. 若提交的作品實物、作品照片、作品說明等資料因畫面模糊、拍攝失準、內容缺漏、格式錯誤等原因無法正常觀賞、審視及評審，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意作品提交要求指引；

  5. 所有參賽作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備（作品實物完整完好、拍攝畫面清晰規範；圖片無變形模糊；作品說明完整規範），符合評審觀賞、審視及評判標準；

  6. 提交的作品必須為參賽者本人 / 本團隊獨立完成創作及構思（集體作品需為參賽團隊成員共同創作，嚴禁非團隊成員參與繪製）；若為原創繪畫作品須保證由本人 / 本團隊獨立構思創作，一經發現作品抄襲、他人代畫、代構思、改編作品冒充原創等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。

     

  1. Entrants are welcome to submit painting works previously used in other competitions; no separate creation or revision is required for this competition.

  2. Once submitted, the registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please ensure the accuracy of your personal information and work descriptions (e.g., artwork title, creation date, artwork size, competition category, painting event type, etc.).

  3. Entrants must guarantee that the submitted artwork matches the applied category (e.g., painting type, age group, theme requirement, competition category, category size, etc.), otherwise it will affect your eligibility for judging.

  4. If the submitted physical artwork, artwork photos, or work description is unviewable or unevaluable due to blurry images, improper shooting, incomplete content, or incorrect formatting, it will not be eligible for judging. Please carefully review the submission requirements.

  5. All submitted artworks must strictly adhere to the submission requirements (intact physical artwork, clear and standard shooting; no distortion or blurriness in pictures; complete and standardized work description) and meet the judges' viewing, appreciation and judging criteria.

  6. Submitted artworks must be independently created and conceived by the entrant or team. Group works must be jointly created by official team members; participation of non-team members in creation is strictly prohibited. Any original painting must be independently conceived and created by the individual or team. If any act such as plagiarism, proxy painting, third-party conception, or presenting adapted works as original is found, the participant will be immediately disqualified to ensure the fairness of the competition.

本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制

評審團將結合寫實繪畫、卡通插畫、水墨國畫、創意綜合繪畫、集體合作畫等不同創作類型的藝術特質，從專業技法功底、創意與構思、作品完整性、主題與適配度四個維度綜合考量，兼顧繪畫創作的專業性與青少年兒童的藝術個性，確保評審的專業性、公平性與包容性。具體評分規則如下：

一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria

（一）專業技法功底（40%）

核心考察參賽者對對應繪畫類型基礎技法能力的掌握與運用，分類別具體評估維度如下：

  1. 寫實繪畫：造型規範（比例準確、形體結構合理、輪廓流暢，無嚴重變形、透視失誤或線條凌亂）；技法表達（明暗層次分明、層次過渡自然，具備基礎光影處理、空間層次與細節刻畫能力）；畫面結構（構圖主次分明、視覺中心突出、遠近層次清晰，畫面平衡協調）；藝術表現（合理運用色彩、筆觸與留白，提升畫面感染力與觀賞性）。

  2. 卡通插畫：節奏與畫風（符合卡通可愛風格特質，造型誇張適度、線條流暢，具備畫面張力與活潑度）；畫面情感（能通過造型、配色、構圖傳達畫作內涵，形象生動不呆板、不生硬）；技法精煉（線條勾勒流暢、平塗暈染處理乾淨利落，多餘元素適度取捨，展現視覺美感與畫面控制力）；技法嫻熟（基礎繪畫功底紮實，造型、配色、場景鋪陳運用自然穩定）。

  3. 水墨國畫 / 傳統繪畫：筆墨把控（筆法嫻熟有度、墨色濃淡乾濕層次分明，具備國畫特有的筆墨韻律感）；筆墨表達（善用勾勒、暈染、點染多種手法，呈現豐富墨色層次，體現傳統國畫氣韻）；技法運用（構圖留白恰當、疏密對比清晰、行筆章法規範準確）；整體氣韻（畫面意境濃厚、筆墨表現力鮮明，符合傳統國畫風格內涵）。

  4. 原創創意繪畫類：構圖技巧（畫面布局合理、視覺導向流暢、元素設計富有特色）；技法掌控力（色彩搭配和諧、造型表現成熟，不因追求創意而忽略造型、配色與畫面整潔度）；作品完成度（主元素、背景、細節收尾完整，結構清晰，整體視覺邏輯自洽）。

  5. 集體合作畫 / 聯合創作類：風格統一（全體成員畫風、筆觸、色調保持協調，無明顯風格割裂與視覺衝突）；配合協同（畫面元素分布均衡、主次協調，元素銜接自然，團隊創作默契度高）；細節統一（線條風格、色彩風格、細節刻畫保持一致，整體呈現整齊統一）。

（二）創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者透過畫作傳達思想、情感、風格與藝術理解的能力，分類別評估如下：

通用維度：主題詮釋（作品緊扣創作主題內涵，立意健康正向，情感清晰、構思態度鮮明）；風格個性（在遵守繪畫創作規範的基礎上，展現個人筆觸特色、色彩理解與畫面處理）；情感真誠（畫作內涵傳達真實自然，能引發觀者共鳴，避免機械模仿、生硬套用或刻意堆砌元素）。

  1. 寫實繪畫：風格詮釋（對寫實繪畫的造型邏輯、光影層次與質感表現有準確把握）；畫面處理（構圖優美、虛實相生自然，呈現寫實作品的層次感與空間秩序感）；藝術深度（在適合年齡的層次上，展現對造型、光影與畫面邏輯的理解）。

  2. 卡通插畫：創意處理（色彩搭配豐富、元素對比合理，表達新穎貼切，不流於俗套模板）；視覺張力（畫面氛圍飽滿生動，具備強烈視覺感染力與童趣韻味，引發觀者共鳴）；藝術想像（在造型設計、場景搭配、色彩運用上有合理個人創作處理，不失作品主題本質風格）。

  3. 水墨國畫 / 傳統繪畫：構思新穎（筆墨意境、題材表現兼具傳統底蘊與現代審美，獨特且有氣韻）；藝術魅力（畫作意境悠遠雋永，充滿東方氣息與正能量，展現少年藝術活力）；構圖想像力（布局處理靈活、留白得當，意境深遠不呆板、不固化）。

  4. 原創創意繪畫類：原創性（造型、配色、構圖構思具獨特性，不易與他人作品雷同）；主題融合（創意設計與畫作主題高度契合，不為創意而創意，服務於內涵與情感表達）；思想內涵（兼顧創新與正向價值，展現對生活、成長、自然與夢想的理解與藝術表達）。

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量繪畫作品整體呈現品質與細節把控，分類別評估如下：

通用維度：細節精緻（無明顯造型失誤、色彩髒亂、元素雜亂，畫面整潔乾淨，創作狀態專注用心）；整體協調（色調、筆觸、畫面風格統一，主體、配景、落款收尾完整平衡）；完成度（作品完整創作完成，無中途停筆、元素缺漏、畫面留白過度或頭重腳輕）。

  1. 集體合作畫 / 聯合創作類：團隊創作完整性（成員風格默契穩定、造型色彩高度統一，失誤與割裂感少）；整體表現力（共同詮釋創作主題，整體畫面氛圍一致，具備整體藝術美感與視覺感染力）。

  2. 原創創意繪畫類：創意完整性（從主題構思到畫面呈現邏輯閉環，無結構斷層或未完成感）；結構完整性（畫面比例、段落元素設計合理，不雜亂、不堆砌，層次分明）。

（四）主題與適配度（10%）

關注作品與參賽者年齡、繪畫基礎、技法能力及創作風格的契合度：

  1. 難度適配性：依據年齡與學畫歷程選擇適合的題材難度、技法表現與畫幅篇幅。低年級以簡單造型、基礎配色、童趣小品為主；高年級可嘗試更複雜的構圖技巧、多元素場景與更深層的藝術內涵表達。

  2. 特長發掘：選題與畫風能展現個人優勢，如色彩感細膩者適合風景創作、線條紮實者適合人物與卡通造型，讓作品真正體現個人繪畫特長。

  3. 類型適配性：創作內容、風格處理、技法運用與所報組別高度契合，畫風規範正確，不混淆畫種風格、不偏離參賽主題。

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

雙重獨立評分每件繪畫作品由 2 位對應繪畫領域專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，減少主觀偏差，保障公平。若兩位評審分差超過 10 分，將啟動第三方評審復核，以三位評審平均分為最終成績。

權威評審團構成評審團由資深美術教育專家、專業繪畫創作者、藝術設計從業者、青少年美術指導教師、藝術領域資深從業者組成，兼具專業學術素養與青少年美術教學經驗，既堅持專業技法標準，也尊重孩子的童真、想像力與藝術個性，挖掘每一位參賽者的藝術潛能。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同創作類型的參賽者積極展示與原創創作，每個年齡組別及各繪畫專項（如寫實繪畫、卡通插畫、水墨國畫、現代創意畫、原創主題繪畫、集體合作畫、才藝組合等）均設置多層次獎項，獎項評定嚴格參照賽事 0-100 分制評分標準，結合各繪畫類別的藝術特性（如寫實作品的造型結構、卡通插畫的童趣張力、水墨國畫的筆墨意境、現代作品的風格表達、原創作品的構思創意）綜合判定。具體獎項設置如下：

  1. 超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上表彰在對應繪畫領域技法嫻熟精湛（如寫實作品的造型質感、光影層次與空間表現，卡通插畫的形象設計、童趣氛圍與色彩駕馭力，水墨國畫的筆墨韻味、意境層次與章法布局，原創繪畫的構圖邏輯、創意獨特性與視覺感染力）、作品主題詮釋飽滿深刻，且畫作兼具專業性與獨創性，達到同年齡段頂尖水準的傑出繪畫創作。

  2. 冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分肯定具備高水準繪畫功底（如作品創作的完整度、技法成熟度與色彩把控，寫實畫作的結構把握、虛實層次與細節刻畫，現代創意畫的風格把控、視覺呈現，集體合作畫的風格默契度、畫面協調度）、創作風格獨具特色，且能透過畫作飽滿傳遞藝術內涵與情感溫度，貼合「英才繪畫」賽事定位的優秀參賽作品。

  3. 亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分鼓勵繪畫基礎扎實（如線條規範性、構圖穩定性、色彩和諧度，寫實作品的造型完整性、層次表現力，水墨作品的筆墨傳達、意境層次，原創作品的構思清晰度、主題適配度）、創作細節處理精准，且整體完成度高、藝術情感與主題表達清晰到位，畫面呈現大方完整的優質繪畫作品。

  4. 季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分認可掌握對應繪畫類別核心創作要領（如畫作的氛圍表達、元素連貫性，寫實作品的基礎畫感、造型與用筆方式，現代創意畫的風格理解、視覺表達，國畫作品的傳統韻味、筆墨質感）、創作狀態穩定，能清晰呈現畫作風格（如寫實作品的精準嚴謹、卡通插畫的活潑童趣、水墨國畫的淡雅意境、現代作品的靈動創意），且具備極大進步與提升潛力的參賽者。

  5. 優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下鼓勵青少年兒童對繪畫藝術的熱愛與堅持，以及勇於參賽展示自我、探索藝術表達與主題創作新方式的寶貴態度，肯定其在構思、繪製、原創設計與作品打磨過程中的認真付出與成長進步，守護每一份對繪畫藝術的初心與熱愛，助力其在藝術道路上持續前行。
     

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

【學校 / 團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

為感謝各類美術教育機構與導師對青少年兒童繪畫教育的深耕與支持，激勵更多單位與個人投身青少年及兒童繪畫培育事業，傳承優秀藝術文化、培育青少年兒童繪畫創作能力與藝術修養，特面向繪畫教育從業者及機構設立以下集體榮譽獎項，覆蓋寫實繪畫、卡通插畫、水墨國畫、現代創意繪畫、原創繪畫、集體合作畫等全繪畫教學領域：

  1. 優秀繪畫培育團體：任何學校、美術培訓中心、青少年藝術機構或社會團體，推薦參賽選手（涵蓋寫實繪畫、卡通插畫、水墨國畫、現代創意繪畫、原創繪畫、集體合作畫等所有繪畫專案）達 10 名及以上，經賽事組委會審核確認後，將獲頒「優秀繪畫培育團體」榮譽證書及定制獎牌，表彰其在繪畫人才培養、傳承優秀藝術文化、培育青少年兒童繪畫素養與藝術修養領域的突出貢獻，致敬其在繪畫美育道路上“以美育人、立德樹人”的堅守與付出。

  2. 傑出繪畫指導：任何繪畫指導老師（涵蓋寫實繪畫、卡通插畫、水墨國畫、現代創意繪畫、原創繪畫等所有繪畫專案的指導），推薦參賽選手達 5 名及以上，且所指導選手作品整體表現達標（無抄襲成品畫作、創作規範、無代畫等違規問題），將獲頒「傑出繪畫指導」榮譽證書，肯定其專業教學能力、繪畫藝術素養與對參賽者的悉心培育，表彰其在挖掘青少年藝術潛能、助力繪畫少年成長路上的辛勤付出，致敬其深耕繪畫教育、傳播藝術魅力的責任與擔當。
     

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

  1. 比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

  2. 所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

  3. 獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

  4. 獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

  5. 因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
     

Award Collection Details

  1. Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

  2. All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

  3. Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

  4. Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

  5. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.
     

注意事項 / Important Notes

  1. 參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

  2. 主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；

  3. 參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；

  4. 參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；

  5. 若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；

  6. 本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；

  7. 評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

  8. 本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；

  9. 得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；

  10. 所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

  11. 如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
     

Notes / Important Notes

  1. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

  3. Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

  4. Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

  5. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

  6. The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

  7. The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

  8. The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

  9. The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

  10. All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

  11. In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
