The 2025 Talent Youth and Children's Martial Arts Competition provides a competitive platform for young people worldwide to showcase their martial arts skills, allowing them to perform freely on an international arena and ignite their passion for exploring the world of martial arts. The competition comprehensively assesses participants' theoretical foundation of martial arts, standardization of routines, strength and coordination of movements, spiritual temperament and connotation expression, as well as their ability to understand and flexibly apply styles of different martial arts schools and offensive-defensive rhythms. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions, enabling participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. 比賽簡介：【武術有道，精神永傳！】
這不僅是一場橫貫全球的武術盛會，更是對中華武魂的莊嚴傳承 —— 我們邀請全球青少年兒童抱拳肅立、騰挪躍動，以赤子之心演練太極的圓融、長拳的剛勁、南拳的沉穩，讓千載沉澱的武術精華在招式與氣韻中薪火相傳。

這裡，每一招式都是與先賢對話的印記，每一次騰躍都是向傳統致敬的誓言。我們期待看見年少的身影與百年武學碰撞出震撼力量，讓傳統武術不再遙不可及，而是化作融入青春骨血的堅毅，在世界賽場上展現穿越時空的磅礴氣勢。因為堅守，武魂永不磨滅；因為傳承，武術的精神永無止境！

比賽細則 / Entry Details

支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的影片及作品，無需為本次賽事單獨創作；
報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實資訊準確性；
參賽者須保證提交的視頻與所報組別（如武術門派、年齡段等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；
若提交的視頻因格式錯誤、檔損壞等原因無法正常播放，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意視頻規範；
所有參賽視頻須嚴格依照「影片要求指引」拍攝，確保畫面、動作呈現及拍攝形式符合標準；
視頻中出現的演練者必須為參賽者本人，一經發現替演行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。

Participants are permitted to submit videos and works that have been used in other competitions; there is no requirement to create new content specifically for this event.
Once submitted, registration information is considered final and cannot be modified. Please ensure the accuracy of all information provided.
Participants must ensure that the submitted video aligns with the category they have entered (e.g., martial arts style, age group, etc.). Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the judging process.
If submitted videos cannot be played normally due to format errors, file corruption, or other issues, they will not proceed to the judging phase. Please ensure compliance with video specifications;
All submitted videos must strictly adhere to the “Video Requirements Guidelines” to ensure that visuals, movement presentation, and filming formats meet standards;
Performers appearing in the video must be the participants themselves. Any instances of impersonation will result in immediate disqualification to ensure fairness in the competition.

評分標準 / Judging Criteria

本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制，評審團將從多維度綜合考量參賽者的整體表現，具體評分細則如下：

技術規範（40%）
核心考察參賽者對武術動作的掌握精度：

動作的標準性與到位度，如手型、步型、身法的規範性，是否符合武術門派的技術要領；
力道的控制與傳達，能否做到剛柔相濟、內外兼修，展現動作的穿透力與節奏感；
套路的流暢性與銜接度，招式之間的轉換是否自然協調，避免生硬中斷或失誤。

精神氣韻（30%）
聚焦參賽者通過動作傳遞的武術內涵與氣質：

氣勢的飽滿度，能否通過眼神、表情與體態展現武術的精氣神，體現「精、氣、神」的統一；
節奏的層次感，是否能根據套路風格調整速度與力度（如太極的緩急相間、長拳的輕快矯健），傳達武術的韻律美；
對武術精神的詮釋，如禮儀規範、攻防意識的體現，是否展現自強不息、謙遜禮讓的武術修養。

整體表現（20%）
衡量參賽者的綜合呈現力與臨場狀態：

套路的完整性，能否完整演練整套動作，展現對內容的熟悉度與掌控力；
體態的協調性，包括身體各部位的配合、重心的穩定性，以及動作與呼吸的節奏配合；
風格的一致性，能否準確把握所選武術門派的獨特風格（如南拳的沉穩剛猛、太極的圓活柔和），展現對傳統文化的理解。

套路選材（10%）
關注套路難度與參賽者能力的匹配度：

能否依據自身水平選擇合適難度的套路，既不過於基礎，也不盲目挑戰超出能力範圍的高難動作；
套路是否能充分展現個人的技術特長（如靈活性、力量感等），達到「以套路揚長」的效果。

評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

每件參賽作品將由 2 位專業評審獨立評分，取綜合成績作為最終結果，確保評分的客觀性與公平性；

評審團成員涵蓋本協會資深武術顧問、權威體育院校代表及武術界資深傳承人，兼具學術性與實戰經驗，以專業視角挖掘每位參賽者的獨特閃光點。

Judging Criteria

This competition uses a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of participants from multiple dimensions. The specific scoring criteria are as follows:

Technical Standards (40%)
Focuses on the participant’s precision in mastering martial arts movements:

Accuracy and correctness of movements, such as the standardization of hand forms, stances, and body methods, in line with the technical requirements of the martial arts style;
Control and expression of power, demonstrating the balance between hardness and softness, and conveying the penetration and rhythm of movements;
Smoothness and coherence of routines, with natural transitions between techniques to avoid abrupt pauses or mistakes.

Spirit and Aura (30%)
Highlights the martial arts connotation and temperament conveyed through movements:

Fullness of momentum, demonstrated through eyes, expressions, and posture to reflect the unity of “essence, energy, and spirit” in martial arts;
Rhythmic layers, adjusting speed and strength according to the routine style (e.g., the ebb and flow of Tai Chi, the agility of Long Fist) to convey the rhythmic beauty of martial arts;
Interpretation of martial arts spirit, such as adherence to etiquette norms and awareness of attack and defense, reflecting the virtues of self-improvement and humility.

Overall Performance (20%)
Assesses the participant’s comprehensive presentation and on-site state:

Completeness of the routine, demonstrating familiarity and control by performing the entire set of movements without omissions;
Coordination of posture, including the cooperation of body parts, stability of center of gravity, and synchronization of movements with breathing;
Consistency of style, accurately capturing the unique characteristics of the chosen martial arts school (e.g., the steadiness of Southern Fist, the fluidity of Tai Chi) to reflect an understanding of traditional culture.

Routine Selection (10%)
Focuses on the alignment between routine difficulty and the participant’s ability:

Whether the participant selects a routine of appropriate difficulty based on their skill level, avoiding overly basic content or unreasonably challenging movements beyond their capability;
Whether the routine effectively showcases the participant’s strengths (e.g., flexibility, strength) to “highlight advantages through the routine.”

Judging Mechanism

Each entry will be independently scored by two professional judges, with the final result determined by the composite score to ensure objectivity and fairness;

The judging panel includes senior martial arts advisors of the Association, representatives from authoritative sports institutions, and seasoned martial arts inheritors, combining academic expertise with practical experience to identify the unique strengths of each participant through a professional lens.

參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement：

作品原創性：參賽動作套路須由參賽者獨立完成，可在家長或指導老師指導下進行，確保真實展現個人武術功底與風采。
伴奏形式：支持搭配傳統武術音樂或無伴奏展演，音樂風格與武術套路節奏協調即可；室內外場地均可拍攝，場景佈置不影響動作呈現即可。
演奏輔助：參賽者可自主選擇憑記憶演練或參考套路圖譜，以最自然的狀態展現最佳水準。
拍攝畫面要求：室內外拍攝均可，畫面須清晰呈現參賽者全貌及動作細節（如手型、步型、身法、器械操控等），確保評審完整觀察演練狀態與技術要領。
拍攝鏡頭規範：採用定鏡拍攝，可使用廣角鏡頭涵蓋完整場景，嚴禁使用特寫鏡頭（避免畫面資訊不全）。
視頻格式與設備：支持任何錄影設備拍攝，視頻格式須為 MOV、MP4、AVI 或 WMV，確保相容性。
畫質標準：解像度不低於 720p（1280×720），保證畫面清晰、細節可辨。
拍攝與後期要求：須為一鏡到底的原始錄像，禁止任何形式的剪接、拼接及後期處理，真實還原現場演奏狀態。
特效限制：不得添加濾鏡、調色、調光、字幕、動畫等額外特效，保持畫面自然本真。
音頻要求：全程採用現場收音，不接受後期配音、混音或音效處理，確保音樂表現的真實性。
拍攝穩定性：拍攝過程中須保持鏡頭穩定，避免震動、搖晃或隨意移動，確保畫面平穩流暢。
提交方式：通過 WhatsApp 提交參賽視頻，上傳前請將檔案命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中 / 英文全名」（例如：少年鋼琴組_張小明 / Tom Zhang），便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段參賽者的武術風采與練習成果，每個年齡組別均設置多層次獎項，依據技術規範、動作協調性、精神面貌等維度綜合評分，具體如下：

超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上，表彰武術技術嫻熟精湛、動作韻律與力美兼具，且精神氣質達到頂尖水準的傑出參賽者；
冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分，肯定武術動作規範標準、力道控制精准，並能展現武術獨特氣韻與風骨的參賽者；
亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分，鼓勵武術基礎紮實、動作完成度高且流暢協調，具備良好武術練習功底的優秀參賽者；
季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分，認可掌握武術核心動作要領、能完整呈現套路，且具備進階潛力的參賽者；
優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下，鼓勵參賽者對武術的熱愛之情與勇於登臺展示、挑戰自我的寶貴態度。

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

電子證書：港幣 300元 HKD $300
電子證書+實體證書：港幣 320 元 HKD $320
電子證書+實體證書 + 獎牌：港幣 350 元 HKD $350
電子證書 + 實體證書 + 獎牌+獎盃：港幣 375 元 HKD $375

【學校 / 團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

為感謝機構與導師對青少年武術教育的支持，特設集體榮譽獎項：

團體獎：任何學校、教育中心或團體推薦參賽者達 10 名及以上，將獲頒「優秀音樂培育團體」榮譽證書；
導師獎：任何指導老師推薦參賽者達 5 名及以上，將獲頒「傑出音樂指導」榮譽證書。

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；
所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；
獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；
獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；
因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。

Award Collection Details

Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.
All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".
Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.
Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.
The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.

注意事項 / Important Notes

參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；
主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；
參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；
參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；
若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；
本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；
評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；
本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；
得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；
所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；
如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。

Notes / Important Notes

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).
The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.
Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.
Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.
If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.
The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.
The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.
The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.
The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.
All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.
In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
