2026英才青少年及兒童攝影比賽，為全球青少年兒童搭建展現攝影才華的國際專業競技平臺，在世界舞臺上盡情釋放攝影創作活力與藝術魅力，激發對風光攝影、人像攝影、靜物攝影、新聞攝影、創意攝影及跨界融合攝影等各類攝影領域的深度探索熱情。

賽事全面考查參賽者的攝影基礎知識儲備、專業攝影技能（如構圖的合理性與美感、曝光的精準度與協調性、色彩的搭配度與感染力、拍攝角度的獨特性與創意性、作品主題的深刻性與表達力等）、情感與攝影作品主題的深度融合、畫面構思的立意與創意呈現等綜合能力，檢驗對不同攝影風格（如風光攝影的雄渾壯麗、人像攝影的真實生動、靜物攝影的細膩質感、新聞攝影的客觀真實、創意攝影的大膽突破、跨界融合攝影的創新多元等）、攝影表達的把握與靈活運用。

參賽選手可通過單張、組圖等多元的拍攝形式傳遞思想、用獨特的鏡頭語言描繪意境、以飽滿的情感定格瞬間，在鏡頭內外，展現青少年兒童的攝影藝術風采與文化底蘊。賽事同步支持英文、簡體中文、繁體中文版本，配套材料可採用對應語言提交，助力不同語言背景的攝影少年順利參與，消除語言障礙，讓全球攝影愛好者都能在同一個國際攝影舞臺上綻放鏡頭的光芒。

The 2026 Talented Youth and Children Photography Competition establishes an international professional platform for young photographers worldwide to showcase their photography talents. It unleashes the creative vitality and artistic charm of photography expression on the global stage, igniting passion for deep exploration across diverse photography genres including landscape photography, portrait photography, still life photography, news photography, creative photography, and cross-genre integrated photography.

The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' photography knowledge foundation, professional photography skills (including rationality and aesthetics of composition, accuracy and coordination of exposure, matching degree and appeal of colors, uniqueness and creativity of shooting angles, as well as depth and expressiveness of work themes), the depth of emotional integration with the photography theme, and the overall ability to conceptualize and creatively present their shots. It evaluates participants' grasp and flexible application of diverse photography styles (such as the grandeur and magnificence of landscape photography, the authenticity and vividness of portrait photography, the delicate texture of still life photography, the objectivity and truthfulness of news photography, the bold breakthroughs of creative photography, and the innovative diversity of cross-genre integrated photography) and photography expression.

Participants may convey ideas through diverse forms like single photos or photo series, depict artistic conception with unique lens language, and freeze wonderful moments with profound emotion. Inside and outside the lens, they showcase the photography artistry and cultural depth of young photographers. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials may be submitted in the corresponding language, enabling photography youths from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. This eliminates language barriers, allowing global photography enthusiasts to shine their photography brilliance on the same international stage.

這不僅是一場跨越國界的頂級影像創作盛宴，更是對中華風采與生活之美的深情捕捉 —— 我們邀請全球青少年兒童登上國際影像舞臺、展露攝影才華，以赤誠之心定格瞬間的感動、記錄視角的獨特創意、表達內心的濃郁真摯，讓生活與時光的美好在鏡頭與光影間煥新綻放。

這裏，每一幀畫面都是與世界對話的密碼，每一張作品都是向生活致敬的宣言，每一次快門都是記錄成長的足跡。我們期待看見稚嫩的視角與萬千生活風景碰撞出驚喜火花，讓攝影創作不再遙不可及，而是化作流淌在光影裡的熱忱、蘊藏在畫面中的靈感、沉澱在鏡頭裡的底蘊，在世界影像舞臺上綻放跨越時空的無窮魅力。因為熱愛，光影永不褪色；因為記錄，發現美的力量永無邊界！

參賽作品由選手自主挑選拍攝主題與創作內容，既可記錄生活風景、人文故事，也可呈現個人風格化的視角與創意（含原創攝影作品），讓每一張照片、每一種畫面都成為青少年兒童獨特的自我展現。

Applicants are free to select photographic works that best showcase their creative vision, whether capturing life scenes, humanistic stories, or presenting personalized perspectives and creativity (including original photography works), allowing every photo and image to become a unique self-expression of young people and children.

比賽細則 / Entry Details

  1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的攝影作品，無需為本次賽事單獨拍攝創作。

  2. 報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹（如作品名稱、拍攝時間、拍攝地點、賽道類別、作品類型等）內容的準確性。

  3. 參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別（如攝影類別、年齡段、作品規格、參賽類別、組別類型等）相符，否則將影響評分資格。

  4. 若提交的攝影作品、檔案格式、作品說明等資料因畫質模糊、排版混亂、內容缺漏、格式錯誤、無法正常讀取等原因無法正常審閱及評判，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意作品提交要求指引。

  5. 所有參賽作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備（畫面清晰可辨、解析度符合規範；電子檔格式統一、無損毀、無亂碼；作品說明完整規範），符合評審審閱及評判標準。

  6. 提交的作品必須為參賽者本人獨立拍攝創作（集體作品需為參賽團隊成員共同拍攝，嚴禁非團隊成員參與拍攝、代拍、代投稿）；若為原創攝影內容須保證由本人 / 本團隊獨立創作，一經發現作品抄襲、他人代拍、盜圖、改編作品冒充原創等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。

     

  1. Participants may submit photographic works previously used in other competitions; it is not necessary to create new works specifically for this event.

  2. Once submitted, registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please verify the accuracy of personal information and work descriptions (including title, shooting date, location, category, photography genre, etc.).

  3. Entrants must ensure submitted works align with their declared category (e.g., photography genre, age group, work specifications, competition type, group type). Failure to comply may disqualify entries from judging.

  4. Submitted materials such as photographs, file formats, and work descriptions that are blurry, messy in layout, incomplete, improperly formatted, or unreadable may be deemed unreviewable and unjudgeable and excluded from evaluation. Please carefully follow submission guidelines.

  5. All submitted works must strictly adhere to the submission guidelines (images must be clear and meet resolution standards; digital files must have a unified format without damage or garbled characters; work descriptions must be complete and standardized) to meet judging standards for review and evaluation.

  6. Submitted works must be independently created and photographed by the entrant themselves (group works must be jointly created by all team members; non-team members are strictly prohibited from participating in shooting or ghostwriting). For original photography content, it must be guaranteed as the independent creation of the entrant/team. Any violations discovered—such as plagiarism, ghostwriting, image theft, or passing off adapted works as original—will result in immediate disqualification to ensure fairness in the competition.

本赛事评分采用 0-100 分制，评审团将结合风光摄影、人文纪实、创意艺术、手机摄影、生态记录等不同摄影类别的艺术特质，从专业技术技巧、创意与表达、作品完整性、主题与适配度四个维度综合考量，兼顾摄影作品的专业性与青少年儿童的艺术个性，确保评审的专业性、公平性与包容性。具体评分规则如下：

（一）專業技術技巧（40%）

考察參賽者對對應攝影類型基礎技術的掌握與運用，具體維度如下：

  1. 風光攝影/生態記錄：構圖均衡、主體突出；光影捕捉精准、曝光合理；畫面清晰、色彩還原真實；善用拍攝角度與焦距，還原細節、展現自然之美。

  2. 人文紀實：精准捕捉真實瞬間，具備故事性；畫面敘事清晰，傳達情感；主體對焦精准；還原場景與人物細節，體現人文溫度。

  3. 創意藝術攝影：構圖新穎、視角獨特；色彩搭配協調有設計感；合理運用拍攝與後期技巧，提升藝術感；畫面層次豐富、內涵飽滿。

  4. 手機攝影：熟練運用手機拍攝功能，彌補設備局限；保證畫面清晰、構圖合理；善用便攜優勢，捕捉真實生活化場景；畫面真實自然，符合手機攝影特性。

  5. 集體攝影類：拍攝風格、主題方向統一；內容相互呼應、分工合理；畫面質量、色彩調性一致，體現團隊創作理念。
     

（二）創意與表達（30%）

考察參賽者透過鏡頭傳達思想、情感與個人風格的能力，具體維度如下：

  1. 通用維度：緊扣賽事主題，立意正向；展現個人拍攝視角與風格，不模仿抄襲；情感真誠，引發共鳴，不刻意煽情。

  2. 風光攝影/生態記錄：營造獨特意境，真實還原自然之美，體現對自然的敬畏與思考。

  3. 人文紀實：畫面具備故事張力，傳達人文情感；以青少年視角捕捉新穎人文細節。

  4. 創意藝術攝影：構思與表現形式獨特，具原創性；拍攝、後期有合理創新；兼具視覺美感與內在深度。

  5. 手機攝影：善用設備優勢，挖掘身邊獨特場景；畫面生動正能量，展現青少年活力與想像力。
     

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量作品整體呈現品質與細節把控，具體維度如下：

  1. 通用維度：無明顯技術失誤，畫面幹淨；構圖、光影、色彩與主題統一；作品完整，符合賽事規格，無內容殘缺。

  2. 集體攝影類：成員拍攝內容呼應，形成完整主題系列；整體氛圍一致，體現團隊默契與水準。

  3. 創意藝術攝影：創意從構思到呈現邏輯閉環；畫面構成合理，完整傳達創作理念。
     

（四）主題與適配度（10%）

考察作品與參賽者年齡、攝影基礎及攝影類別的契合度：

  1. 難度適配：依年齡與學習歷程選擇合適拍攝難度，低年級重基礎，高年級可嘗試復雜表達。

  2. 特長發掘：選題與風格契合個人優勢，體現攝影特長與潛力。

  3. 類型適配：拍攝內容、風格與所報類別高度契合，不偏離主題，體現對類別的理解。
     

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

1. 雙重獨立評分

每件攝影作品由2位對應攝影領域專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，減少主觀偏差，保障公平。若兩位評審分差超過10分，將啟動第三方評審復核，以三位評審平均分為最終成績。

2. 權威評審團構成

評審團由資深攝影教育專家、專業攝影師、攝影編輯、青少年攝影指導老師、攝影領域從業者組成，兼具專業學術素養與青少年攝影教學經驗，既堅持專業技術標準，也尊重孩子的童真、想像力與個性，挖掘每一位參賽者的攝影潛能。
 

​(1) Professional Technical Skills (40%)
This assesses the participants' mastery and application of basic techniques corresponding to the photography category, with specific dimensions as follows:

  1. Landscape Photography/Ecological Documentation: balanced composition, prominent subject; precise capture of light and shadow, reasonable exposure; clear image, true color reproduction; skillful use of shooting angles and focal lengths to restore details and showcase the beauty of nature.

  2. Humanistic Documentary: accurately capturing real moments with storytelling; clear narrative in the image, conveying emotions; precise focus on the subject; restoring scene and character details, reflecting human warmth.

  3. Creative Artistic Photography: novel composition, unique perspective; harmonious color matching with a sense of design; reasonable use of shooting and post-processing techniques to enhance artistic sense; rich image layers and full connotation.

  4. Mobile Photography: proficient use of mobile phone shooting functions to compensate for equipment limitations; ensuring clear images and reasonable composition; making good use of portability to capture real-life scenes; images are authentic and natural, consistent with mobile photography characteristics.

  5. Group Photography: unified shooting style and thematic direction; content complements each other with reasonable division of labor; consistent image quality and color tone, reflecting the team's creative concept.


(2) Creativity and Expression (30%)
This assesses the participants' ability to convey ideas, emotions, and personal style through the lens, with specific dimensions as follows:

  1. General Dimensions: closely aligned with the competition theme, positive intention; showcasing personal shooting perspective and style without imitation or plagiarism; sincere emotions that resonate without deliberate sensationalism.

  2. Landscape Photography/Ecological Documentation: creating a unique artistic conception, truly restoring the beauty of nature, reflecting reverence and contemplation of nature.

  3. Humanistic Documentary: images with storytelling tension, conveying humanistic emotions; capturing novel humanistic details from a youth perspective.

  4. Creative Artistic Photography: unique conception and expression form, originality; reasonable innovation in shooting and post-processing; combining visual aesthetics with inner depth.

  5. Mobile Photography: making good use of equipment advantages to explore unique scenes around; lively and positive images, showcasing youth vitality and imagination.


(3) Completeness of Work (20%)
Measures the overall presentation quality and attention to detail, with specific dimensions as follows:

  1. General Dimensions: no obvious technical errors, clean images; unified composition, light and shadow, color, and theme; complete work, meeting competition specifications, no content omissions.

  2. Group Photography: members’ shooting content complements each other, forming a complete thematic series; consistent overall atmosphere, reflecting team tacit understanding and level.

  3. Creative Artistic Photography: creativity forms a closed loop from conception to presentation; reasonable image composition, fully conveying the creative concept.


(4) Theme and Suitability (10%)

Assesses the compatibility of the work with the participant's age, photography foundation, and photography category:​

  1. Difficulty Suitability: choosing appropriate shooting difficulty according to age and learning progress, focusing on basics for lower grades, and attempting complex expressions for higher grades.

  2. Strength Exploration: topic selection and style matching personal strengths, reflecting photography skills and potential.

  3. Category Suitability: shooting content and style highly consistent with the registered category, not deviating from the theme, reflecting understanding of the category.


II. Judging Mechanism
1. Dual Independent Scoring
Each photography work is independently scored by two professional judges in the corresponding photography field, and the average score is taken as the final result to reduce subjective bias and ensure fairness. If the score difference between the two judges exceeds 10 points, a third-party judge review will be initiated, and the average score of the three judges will be the final result.
2. Composition of the Authoritative Jury
The jury consists of senior photography education experts, professional photographers, photography editors, youth photography instructors, and practitioners in the photography field. They combine professional academic qualifications with youth photography teaching experience, adhering to professional technical standards while respecting children’s innocence, imagination, and personality, and uncovering the photographic potential of every participant.

2026 英才青少年及兒童攝影比賽

一、作品原創性

參賽攝影作品須為參賽者本人獨立拍攝、真實創作，真實展現個人攝影水準、藝術表現力與創意構圖。嚴禁抄襲、盜用、網絡下載、冒用他人攝影作品；嚴禁侵犯肖像權、版權及第三方知識產權。杜絕代拍、代投、替賽行為，參賽者須保證作品為原創合法、真實拍攝。

二、作品形式規範

參賽作品形式須符合大賽分類（如風光攝影、人文紀實、創意藝術、手機攝影、生態記錄等），並與報名組別一致（幼兒組、兒童組、少年組、青少年組等）。個人項目與團體項目嚴格區分：團體項目需注明所有參賽者姓名、指導老師，作品形式、人數與報名資訊不符將影響參賽資格。

三、作品規格要求

內容要求

主題積極陽光、構圖完整、視角獨特、情感真摯，符合年齡特點與「英才攝影」藝術定位。可提交拍攝理念、構圖思路、拍攝故事（如有），用於佐證原創性。

四、拍攝要求 / Shooting Requirements

  1. 畫面清晰、構圖完整、曝光正常，不虛焦、不模糊、不嚴重變形。

  2. 拍攝設備不限（手機、相機均可），鼓勵真實記錄、原創視角。

  3. 色彩自然，真實還原場景氛圍與情感表達。

  4. 不得使用他人作品、網絡圖片、AI 生成圖片冒充原創攝影。

五、檔案格式與品質要求

（一）作品檔案要求

參賽作品統一提交電子圖片檔，格式為 JPG、JPEG、PNG。單張圖片建議：

  1. 長邊不低於 2000px

  2. 大小建議 2MB–20MB保證清晰可用於評審、展示與宣傳。

（二）資料要求

拍攝說明、創作理念以 Word、WPS、PDF 提交，內容真實，禁止篡改、偽造。團體項目可提供拍攝過程、構構圖記錄等材料，強化原創說明。

六、後期處理限制

參賽作品僅可進行基礎後期調整：亮度、對比度、飽和度、銳化、剪裁、白平衡等，用於還真與優化畫面質感。

嚴禁：

  1. 過度合成、更換場景、拼接畫面

  2. 偽造畫面內容、掩蓋拍攝事實

  3. 使用 AI 生成、深度偽造圖片確保作品為真實拍攝所得。

七、作品呈現要求 / Presentation Requirements

畫面與構圖

構圖美觀、主題明確、視角獨特，畫面乾淨整潔，讓評審專注於作品本身。

內容與風格

內容積極健康、充滿正能量，展現生活之美、自然之美、人文之美。不接受低俗、暴力、負面、違規或不符合青少年兒童形象的題材與畫面。

整體展現「英才少年、光影綻放」的藝術風采。

八、提交方式

通過大賽指定報名平臺上傳參賽作品、創作說明及相關資料。

檔案統一命名規則：組別_項目_姓名 / 團隊名_作品名例如：兒童組手機攝影_王小明_《晨光》青少年組團體創意攝影_光影小隊_《看見》

所有電子資料須在報名截止日前完成上傳，逾期視為自動放棄參賽資格。若需現場展出或提交實物資料，將另行通知。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同攝影類別的參賽者積極展示與創作，每個年齡組別及各攝影專項（如風光攝影、人文紀實、創意藝術、手機攝影、生態記錄、主題創作等）均設置多層次獎項。獎項評定嚴格參照賽事 0–100 分制評分標準，結合各攝影類別的藝術特性（如構圖美感、光影運用、色彩表現、主題思想、原創創意、情感傳達）綜合判定。綜合判定。具體獎項設置如下：

  1. 超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上：表彰在對應攝影領域技藝嫺熟精湛（如光影運用的專業度、構圖的獨創性與畫面質感，人文紀實的故事張力、瞬間捕捉力與情感穿透力，創意藝術的構思新穎度、視覺表現力與藝術感染力，手機攝影的技巧運用、畫面精緻度與原創性）、作品主題詮釋飽滿深刻，且兼具專業水準與獨創視角，達到同年齡段頂尖水準的傑出攝影作品。

  2. 冠軍（Champion）：90–94 分：肯定具備高水準攝影功底（如畫面構圖的協調性、光影氛圍的傳遞度，色彩運用的美感、畫面質感的把控力，主題創作的思想表達真摯度，團體作品的配合默契度、整體呈現度）、作品風格獨具特色，且能通過鏡頭語言強烈傳遞創作內涵、情感溫度，貼合「英才攝影」賽事定位的優秀參賽作品。

  3. 亞軍（Runner-up）：80–89 分：鼓勵攝影基礎扎實（如光影控制的規範性、畫面完整性，主題貼合度、構圖標準度，情感傳遞力、視覺舒展度，創意作品的思路清晰度、畫面適配度）、拍攝細節處理精准，且整體完成度高、創作情感與主題表達清晰到位，畫面呈現大方得體的優質攝影作品。

  4. 季軍（Third Place）：70–79 分：認可掌握對應攝影類別核心創作要領（如畫面韻味表達、鏡頭連貫性，光影基礎、構圖把控，視覺表達、情感傳遞，題材風格、畫面質感）、拍攝狀態穩定，能清晰呈現作品風格（如雅致柔美、濃郁人文、自由靈動、自然清新），且具備進一步提升潛力的參賽者。

  5. 優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下：鼓勵青少年兒童對攝影藝術的熱愛與堅持，以及勇於拿起鏡頭記錄自我、探索視覺表達與情感傳遞新方式的寶貴態度。肯定其在構圖、拍攝、後期、創作與展示過程中的認真付出與成長進步，守護每一份對攝影藝術的初心與熱愛，助力其在光影創作道路上持續前行。

 

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

為感謝各類攝影教育機構與導師對青少年兒童攝影教育的深耕與支持，激勵更多單位與個人投身青少年及兒童攝影培育事業，傳承中華優秀傳統文化、培育青少年兒童攝影表達能力與藝術修養，特面向攝影教育從業者及機構設立以下集體榮譽獎項，覆蓋風光攝影/生態記錄、人文紀實、創意藝術攝影、手機攝影、集體攝影類等全攝影教學領域：

  1. 優秀攝影培育團體：任何學校、攝影培訓中心、青少年藝術機構或社會團體，推薦參賽選手（涵蓋風光攝影/生態記錄、人文紀實、創意藝術攝影、手機攝影、集體攝影類、芭蕾舞攝影等所有攝影專案）達 10 名及以上，經賽事組委會審核確認後，將獲頒「優秀攝影培育團體」榮譽證書及定制獎牌，表彰其在攝影人才培養、傳承傳統文化、培育青少年兒童攝影素養與藝術修養領域的突出貢獻。

  2. 傑出攝影指導：任何攝影指導老師（涵蓋風光攝影/生態記錄、人文紀實、創意藝術攝影、手機攝影、集體攝影類等所有攝影專案的指導），推薦參賽選手達 5 名及以上，且所指導選手作品整體表現達標（無抄襲成品作品、技術規範、無代拍等違規問題），將獲頒「傑出攝影指導」榮譽證書，肯定其專業教學能力、攝影藝術素養與對參賽者的悉心培育。
     

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

  1. 比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

  2. 所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

  3. 獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

  4. 獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

  5. 因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
     

Award Collection Details

  1. Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

  2. All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

  3. Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

  4. Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

  5. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.

  1. 參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

  2. 主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；

  3. 參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；

  4. 參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；

  5. 若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；

  6. 本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；

  7. 評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

  8. 本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；

  9. 得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；

  10. 所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

  11. 如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
     

Notes / Important Notes

  1. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

  3. Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

  4. Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

  5. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

  6. The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

  7. The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

  8. The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

  9. The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

  10. All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

  11. In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
