The 2025 Talent Youth and Children's Art and Music Competition provides a competitive platform for young people worldwide to showcase their musical talents, allowing them to perform freely on an international stage and ignite their passion for exploring the world of music. The competition comprehensively assesses participants' theoretical knowledge, performance techniques, emotional expression, understanding, and interpretation of musical pieces, as well as their ability to grasp and flexibly apply musical styles and rhythmic patterns. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions, enabling participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. 這不僅是一場跨越國界的音樂盛宴，更是對古典樂魂的熱切呼喚 —— 我們邀請全球青少年兒童執起樂器、敞開歌喉，以赤誠之心演繹巴赫的莊嚴、莫扎特的靈動、貝多芬的激昂，讓時光沉澱的經典樂章在指尖與聲線中煥新綻放。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的影片及作品，無需為本次賽事單獨創作；

報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實資訊準確性；

參賽者須保證提交的視頻與所報組別（如樂器種類、年齡段等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；
-
若提交的視頻因格式錯誤、檔損壞等原因無法正常播放，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意視頻規範；
-
所有參賽視頻須嚴格依照「影片要求指引」拍攝，確保畫面、音頻及拍攝形式符合標準；
-
視頻中出現的演奏者必須為參賽者本人，一經發現替演行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。

Participants are permitted to submit videos and works that have been used in other competitions; there is no requirement to create new content specifically for this event.

Once submitted, registration information is considered final and cannot be modified. Please ensure the accuracy of all information provided.

Participants must ensure that the submitted video aligns with the category they have entered (e.g., instrument type, age group, etc.). Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the judging process.

If submitted videos cannot be played normally due to format errors, file corruption, or other issues, they will not proceed to the judging phase. Please ensure compliance with video specifications;
-
All submitted videos must strictly adhere to the “Video Requirements Guidelines” to ensure that visuals, audio, and filming formats meet standards;
-
Performers appearing in the video must be the participants themselves. Any instances of impersonation will result in immediate disqualification to ensure fairness in the competition.
評分標準 / Judging Criteria
本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制，評審團將從多維度綜合考量參賽者的整體表現，具體評分細則如下：
1. 技術精度（40%）
核心考察參賽者對樂器技術的駕馭能力：
-
音準的穩定性與準確性，是否在旋律進行中保持音高的精確性；
-
節奏的穩定性與靈活性，能否嚴格遵循樂譜節拍，同時呈現出細膩的節奏變化；
-
基礎技巧的熟練度，如指法、運弓、呼吸（聲樂 / 管樂）等技術動作的規範性與流暢度。
2. 音樂表達（30%）
聚焦參賽者透過樂器傳遞情感與音樂內涵的能力：
-
動態層次的豐富性，能否通過音量強弱（如 piano、forte 等）的對比，呈現音樂的張力；
-
音色的多樣性與感染力，是否能根據曲目風格調整音色，體現音樂的情緒變化（如莊嚴、歡快、憂傷等）；
-
對樂曲細節的處理，如連奏、斷奏、顫音等技巧的運用，是否與音樂表達相契合。
3. 整體表現（20%）
衡量參賽者的現場呈現力與綜合素養：
-
演奏的流暢度，是否能自然銜接樂曲段落，減少技術性中斷；
-
舞臺表現的自信度，包括儀態、神情與音樂的融合度；
-
整體風格的統一性，能否準確把握曲目時代背景與音樂特質，展現專業審美。
4. 曲目選材（10%）
關注曲目難度與參賽者能力的匹配度：
-
能否依據自身技術水準選擇合適難度的曲目，既不過於淺顯，也不盲目挑戰超出能力範圍的作品；
-
曲目是否能充分展現個人的技術特長與音樂理解，達到「以曲揚長」的效果。
評審機制
-
每件參賽作品將由 2 位專業評審獨立評分，取綜合成績作為最終結果，確保評分的客觀性與公平性；
-
評審團成員涵蓋本協會資深顧問、權威辦學機構代表及音樂領域資深藝術家，兼具學術性與實踐經驗，以專業視角挖掘每位參賽者的閃光點。
Judging Criteria
This competition uses a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the participants from multiple dimensions. The specific scoring criteria are as follows:
1. Technical Precision (40%)
The core focus is on the participant's mastery of instrumental techniques:
-
Stability and accuracy of pitch, maintaining precise pitch throughout the melody;
-
Stability and flexibility of rhythm, strictly adhering to the tempo of the score while demonstrating subtle rhythmic variations;
-
Proficiency in basic techniques, such as fingering, bowing, and breathing (vocal/wind instruments), ensuring proper execution and fluidity.
2. Musical Expression (30%)
Focusing on the contestant's ability to convey emotions and musical content through the instrument:
-
Richness of dynamic layers, whether they can use contrasts in volume (such as piano, forte, etc.) to present the tension of the music;
-
The diversity and expressiveness of tone color, and whether the tone color can be adjusted according to the style of the piece to reflect the emotional changes in the music (e.g., solemn, joyful, sorrowful, etc.);
-
The handling of musical details, such as the use of legato, staccato, vibrato, and other techniques, and whether they align with the musical expression.
3. Overall Performance (20%)
Assessing the contestant's on-stage presence and overall artistic proficiency:
-
Fluency of performance, including the ability to seamlessly transition between musical sections and minimize technical interruptions;
-
Confidence in stage presence, including posture, expression, and integration with the music;
-
Consistency of overall style, including the ability to accurately capture the historical context and musical characteristics of the piece, demonstrating professional aesthetic judgment.
4. Repertoire Selection (10%)
Focuses on the alignment between repertoire difficulty and the participant's ability:
-
Whether the participant can select repertoire of appropriate difficulty based on their technical level, avoiding pieces that are too simplistic or overly challenging beyond their capabilities;
-
Whether the repertoire effectively showcases the participant's technical strengths and musical understanding, achieving the effect of “using the piece to highlight strengths.”
Judging Mechanism
Each entry will be independently scored by two professional judges, with the final result determined by the composite score, ensuring the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation;
The judging panel comprises senior advisors from this association, representatives from authoritative educational institutions, and seasoned artists in the music field, combining academic expertise with practical experience to identify the unique strengths of each participant through a professional lens.
參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement：

作品原創性：參賽作品須由參賽者獨立完成，可在家長或指導老師指導下進行，確保真實展現個人音樂實力。
-
伴奏形式：支持自選背景音樂或樂器現場伴奏，伴奏風格與曲目風格協調即可。
-
演奏輔助：參賽者可自主選擇背譜演奏或看譜演奏，以最舒適的狀態呈現最佳發揮。
-
拍攝畫面要求：室內外拍攝均可，畫面須清晰呈現參賽者全貌及手部演奏細節（如持琴、按鍵、運弓等），確保評審完整觀察演奏狀態。
-
拍攝鏡頭規範：採用定鏡拍攝，可使用廣角鏡頭涵蓋完整場景，嚴禁使用特寫鏡頭（避免畫面資訊不全）。
-
視頻格式與設備：支持任何錄影設備拍攝，視頻格式須為 MOV、MP4、AVI 或 WMV，確保相容性。
-
畫質標準：解像度不低於 720p（1280×720），保證畫面清晰、細節可辨。
-
拍攝與後期要求：須為一鏡到底的原始錄像，禁止任何形式的剪接、拼接及後期處理，真實還原現場演奏狀態。
-
特效限制：不得添加濾鏡、調色、調光、字幕、動畫等額外特效，保持畫面自然本真。
-
音頻要求：全程採用現場收音，不接受後期配音、混音或音效處理，確保音樂表現的真實性。
-
拍攝穩定性：拍攝過程中須保持鏡頭穩定，避免震動、搖晃或隨意移動，確保畫面平穩流暢。
-
提交方式：通過 WhatsApp 提交參賽視頻，上傳前請將檔案命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中 / 英文全名」（例如：少年鋼琴組_張小明 / Tom Zhang），便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。
獎項及榮譽 / Awards
【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】
為鼓勵不同年齡段參賽者的音樂表現，每個年齡組別均設置多層次獎項，具體如下：
-
超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上，表彰音樂技術嫻熟精湛、情感表達飽滿深刻，且舞台呈現達到頂尖水準的傑出音樂表現；
-
冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分，肯定具備高水準演奏 / 演唱技術、音樂詮釋獨具風格，且能強烈感染現場的參賽作品；
-
亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分，鼓勵音樂基礎扎實、節奏音準把控精准，且作品完整度高、情感傳達到位的優秀音樂演繹；
-
季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分，認可掌握音樂核心演奏 / 演唱要領、能清晰呈現作品風貌，且具備進一步提升潛力的參賽者；
-
優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下，鼓勵青少年兒童對音樂的熱愛與堅持，以及勇於登臺展示自我、挑戰音樂表達的寶貴態度。
獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

電子證書+實體證書 + 獎牌：港幣 350 元 HKD $350

【學校 / 團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】
為感謝機構與導師對青少年音樂教育的支持，特設集體榮譽獎項：

團體獎：任何學校、教育中心或團體推薦參賽者達 10 名及以上，將獲頒「優秀音樂培育團體」榮譽證書；
-
導師獎：任何指導老師推薦參賽者達 5 名及以上，將獲頒「傑出音樂指導」榮譽證書。
領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；
-
所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；
-
獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「到付」方式，請收件時留意；
-
獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；
-
因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
Award Collection Details

Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.
-
All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".
-
Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.
-
Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.
-
The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.
注意事項 / Important Notes

參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；
-
主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；
-
參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；
-
參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；
-
若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；
-
本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；
-
評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；
-
本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；
-
得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；
-
所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；
-
如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
Notes / Important Notes

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).
-
The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.
-
Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.
-
Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.
-
If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.
-
The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.
-
The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.
-
The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.
-
The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.
-
All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.
-
In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
