Judging Criteria

  1. 動作標準度:基礎動作(如站姿、握拳、腿法起收腿)是否符合跆拳道技術規範(如品勢動作的角度、力度節點,腿法的踢擊高度與落點),避免出現「動作變形」「關節發力錯誤」等問題;

  2. 節奏把控力:技術銜接的流暢性(如品勢中動作轉換的間隔、腿法組合的連貫性),能否根據項目要求(如慢品勢重規範、快組合重節奏)調整速度,避免「動作間斷」「節奏紊亂」;

  1. 力量傳達:動作發力的飽滿度(如腿法踢擊的爆發力、拳法出拳的力度),能否通過腰腹核心帶動四肢,避免「發力虛弱」「僅靠手臂 / 腿部單一部位發力」;

  2. 身體協調:軀體與四肢的配合度(如踢腿時支撐腿的穩定性、轉身動作的平衡控制),以及動作與呼吸的協調(如發力時呼氣、收勢時吸氣),避免「身體搖晃」「呼吸紊亂影響動作」;

  1. 禮儀規範:賽前後的禮儀落實(如向裁判 / 鏡頭行鞠躬禮、道服的整潔度),體現跆拳道「禮義」精神,避免「無禮儀環節」「道服淩亂」;

  2. 精神面貌:參賽過程中的狀態(如眼神專注、神情自信、動作飽含鬥志),避免「精神萎靡」「動作鬆散」,展現青少年的陽光與韌性;

  1. 難度適配:能否依據自身年齡、段位選擇合適難度的內容(如低年齡段避免挑戰高段位品勢、初學者不盲目嘗試高難度腿法組合),避免「難度過低無法展現實力」或「難度過高導致大量失誤」;

  1. 雙重獨立評分:每件參賽視頻由 2 位專業評審分別獨立打分,取兩者平均分作為最終成績,減少主觀偏差,確保評分公平性;

Judging Criteria

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate contestants' overall performance across multiple dimensions. Specific scoring details are as follows:
I. Scoring Details

1. Technical Precision (40%)

Core assessment of the standardization and proficiency of participants' taekwondo techniques:

  1. Movement Standardization: Whether fundamental actions (e.g., stances, fist grips, leg technique initiation/retraction) comply with taekwondo technical standards (e.g., angle and power points in poomsae movements, kicking height and landing points for leg techniques), avoiding issues like “movement distortion” or “incorrect joint power generation”;

  2. Rhythm Control: Smooth transitions between techniques (e.g., timing of poomsae transitions, continuity of kicking combinations), ability to adjust speed per event requirements (e.g., slow poomsae prioritizes precision, fast combinations emphasize rhythm), avoiding “disrupted movements” or “irregular rhythm”;

  3. Detail Integrity: Implementation of technical nuances (e.g., eye coordination in forms, power sequence in leg techniques, logical countermeasures in self-defense), ensuring movements achieve not just “form” but also “substance” in technical execution.

2. Power and Coordination (30%)

Focuses on the integrated presentation of the competitor's physical conditioning and technical skills:

  1. Power Transmission: The fullness of power generation in movements (e.g., explosive force in kicking techniques, striking power in punching techniques), demonstrating the ability to drive limbs through core engagement from the waist and abdomen, avoiding “weak power generation” or “power originating solely from isolated arm/leg segments”;

  2. Body Coordination: Integration between torso and limbs (e.g., stability of the supporting leg during kicks, balance control during turns), and synchronization between movement and breathing (e.g., exhaling during power generation, inhaling during recovery), avoiding “body swaying” or “disrupted breathing affecting movements”;

  3. Applicability: For combat/self-defense events, the practical utility of techniques (e.g., leg strikes targeting effective areas, timely defensive actions), ensuring techniques are not merely “visually appealing” but align with taekwondo's core principle of “practicality.”

3. Spirit and Poise (20%)

Evaluates the competitor's understanding and outward expression of the taekwondo spirit:

  1. Etiquette Standards: Implementation of pre- and post-match etiquette (e.g., bowing to referees/cameras, uniform neatness), embodying taekwondo's “courtesy and righteousness” ethos, avoiding “lack of etiquette” or “disheveled uniforms”;

  2. Mental Posture: Competitor's state during the event (e.g., focused gaze, confident expression, movements filled with fighting spirit), avoiding “slack posture” or “loose movements,” showcasing youthful vitality and resilience;

  3. Style Alignment: Demonstrating appropriate presentation for each event type (e.g., solemnity in traditional poomsae, dynamism in taekwondo dance, composure in self-defense techniques), ensuring unity between mental state and technical execution.

4. Event Suitability (10%)

Focus on the alignment between competition content and the participant's abilities:

  1. Appropriate Difficulty: Can the participant select content matching their age and belt rank (e.g., younger age groups avoid challenging high-rank forms, beginners refrain from attempting complex high-difficulty leg techniques), preventing “insufficient difficulty to showcase skill” or “excessive difficulty leading to numerous errors”?

  2. Strength Utilization: Does the chosen material highlight individual strengths (e.g., flexible practitioners selecting technical combinations, power-oriented practitioners choosing sparring events, rhythmically gifted practitioners opting for Taekwondo dance)? This achieves the effect of “leveraging events to showcase strengths,” maximizing the display of personal martial potential.

II. Judging Mechanism

  1. Dual Independent Scoring: Each submitted video receives separate scores from two professional judges. The final score is the average of both, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness.

  2. Authoritative Panel Composition: Judges include national-level taekwondo referees, senior taekwondo coaches (with over 10 years of teaching experience), youth sports education specialists, and retired taekwondo athletes. This panel combines “technical expertise” with a “youth development perspective,” rigorously evaluating technical proficiency while respecting the developmental nature of youth training. This approach uncovers each participant's potential and unique strengths.
