本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制，評審團將從朗誦技術、情感表達、作品完整性等多維度綜合考量參賽作品，確保評審專業性與公平性，具體評分細則如下：

一、評分細則

1. 技術精度（40%）

核心考察參賽者對朗誦基礎技術的掌握與運用能力：

1. 語音與節奏：語音的標準度（如普通話聲韻調準確、英文發音規範）、節奏把控的合理性（如與文本節奏匹配、快慢轉換自然）；

2. 聲音控制：聲音的穩定性（如音量均勻不顫抖、長句氣息充足）、輕重與停頓的掌控力（如強調關鍵詞、情感轉折處停頓恰當）；

3. 技法熟練度：對所選文體專屬朗誦技法的掌握程度（如古詩詞的韻律感、散文的抒情性），語言表達的流暢度與完成質量。
    

2. 情感與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者透過朗誦傳達文本思想與個人風格的能力：

1. 文本詮釋：對文本主題的理解深度，能否通過語言表達（如語調變化、情感張力）清晰呈現文本內涵（如古詩的意境、演講的立場）；

2. 表達獨特性：演繹的個性化（如不同於常規的情感切入、符合年齡的理解與呈現），避免千篇一律的機械性朗讀；

3. 情感傳達：朗誦能否傳遞真實情感（如詩歌的激昂、童話的活潑、散文的溫柔），通過聲音張力與微表情引發觀者共鳴。
    

3. 作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品的整體呈現效果與細節把控：

1. 細節豐滿度：演繹細節的充實度（如重音處理、語氣轉換的細節），避免表達單一或過於粗糙；

2. 整體協調性：語言、情感、服裝（若有）與文本風格的匹配度，無明顯邏輯矛盾（如悲傷文本使用輕快語調）；

3. 完成度：朗誦無未完成痕跡（如忘詞中斷、結尾仓促、音畫不同步），達到「可完整展示」的標準。
    

4. 選材與匹配度（10%）

關注文本選擇、難度與參賽者能力的契合度：

1. 難度適配性：能否依據自身語言水平選擇合適難度的文本（如低年齡段避免過於繁雜的古詩、高年齡段不局限於簡單的兒歌）；

2. 特長發揮：選材能否充分展現個人優勢（如擅長抒情者選擇散文、擅長節奏感者選擇現代詩），達到「以文揚長」的效果。
    

二、評審機制

1. 雙重獨立評分：每件參賽作品將由 2 位專業評審分別獨立打分，取兩者平均分作為作品最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障公平性；

2. 權威評審團構成：評審團成員涵蓋青少年語文教育協會資深顧問、專業語文院校教師、知名兒童教育機構教研負責人及朗誦領域資深導師，兼具學術理論與實踐指導經驗，既能以專業標準評判技術，也能尊重青少年理解的童真與個性，挖掘每位參賽者的語言閃光點。

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries across multiple dimensions, including recitation technique, emotional expression, and work integrity, to ensure professional and fair adjudication. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:
I. Scoring Criteria
1. Technical Precision (40%)

Core assessment of the participant's mastery and application of fundamental recitation techniques:

1. Pronunciation and Rhythm: Accuracy of phonetics (e.g., precise Mandarin tones and syllables, standardized English pronunciation), and appropriate rhythm control (e.g., alignment with text cadence, natural transitions between speeds);

2. Voice Control: Stability of vocal projection (e.g., even volume without tremor, sustained breath support for extended sentences), mastery of emphasis and pauses (e.g., highlighting key words, appropriate pauses at emotional transitions);

3. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of genre-specific recitation techniques (e.g., rhythmic sense for classical poetry, lyrical quality for prose), fluency of language delivery, and overall performance quality.
    

2. Emotion and Expression (30%)
Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey the text's ideas and personal style through recitation:

1. Text Interpretation: Depth of understanding the text's theme and ability to clearly present its essence through linguistic expression (e.g., tonal variations, emotional tension), such as the artistic conception of classical poetry or the stance of a speech;

2. Unique Expression: Personalized interpretation (e.g., unconventional emotional entry points, age-appropriate understanding and presentation), avoiding monotonous mechanical recitation;

3. Emotional Conveyance: Ability to transmit authentic emotion (e.g., poetry's fervor, fairy tales' liveliness, prose's tenderness), evoking audience resonance through vocal tension and micro-expressions.
    

3. Overall Integrity (20%)
Evaluates the presentation's cohesive impact and attention to detail:

1. Detail Richness: Fulfillment of interpretive nuances (e.g., emphasis placement, tonal shifts), avoiding flat or overly simplistic delivery;

2. Overall Coherence: Alignment of language, emotion, and costume (if applicable) with the text's style, free from logical contradictions (e.g., using a light tone for a sorrowful text);

3. Completion: Recitation shows no signs of incompleteness (e.g., pauses due to forgotten lines, rushed conclusion, audio-visual desynchronization), meeting the standard of “fully presentable.”
    

4. Text Selection and Suitability (10%)
Focus on the alignment between text choice, difficulty level, and the contestant's abilities:

1. Difficulty Suitability: Whether the text matches the contestant's linguistic proficiency (e.g., younger age groups avoid overly complex classical poetry; older age groups extend beyond simple nursery rhymes);

2. Strength Highlighting: Whether the selection fully showcases personal strengths (e.g., choosing prose for lyrical talents, modern poetry for rhythmic skills), achieving the effect of “leveraging strengths through text.”
    

II. Judging Mechanism

1. Dual Independent Scoring: Each entry will be independently scored by two professional judges. The average of both scores will serve as the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness.

2. Authoritative Panel Composition: The judging panel comprises senior advisors from the Youth Language Education Association, professional language educators, research and teaching leads from renowned children's education institutions, and seasoned recitation mentors. This diverse expertise combines academic theory with practical guidance, enabling judges to evaluate technical proficiency against professional standards while respecting the innocence and individuality inherent in youth. This approach uncovers each participant's linguistic brilliance.

參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement：

1.  作品原創性​：參賽朗誦作品須由參賽者獨立完成演繹（文本選擇可在指導老師協助下進行，自創文本需注明），確保真實展現個人語言表達能力、情感傳遞力與文學理解能力，禁止直接模仿他人朗誦節奏或照抄他人演繹風格，自創文本需保證內容原創性，避免抄襲。​

2. 作品形式規範​：參賽作品須為單人朗誦表演（不接受集體朗誦、情景朗誦形式），朗誦文體需符合賽事項目分類（如古詩詞、現代散文、英文作品等），語言版本需與報名組別一致（如中文組、英文組），避免因形式或語言不符影響參賽資格。​

3.  視頻時長要求：參賽朗誦視頻時長需控制在 1 分 - 2 分 30 秒 內（從朗誦開始至結束計時，不含開場準備或收尾環節），時長過短將無法完整呈現文本內涵，過長可能影響評審效率，請務必嚴格把控時長。​

4. 視頻拍攝要求：需拍攝參賽者上半身完整畫面（從頭部至腰部以下，手部動作可完整呈現），確保面部無裁切、無遮擋，拍攝角度以 正面平拍 為主（可適當調整拍攝距離，避免過近或過遠），避免仰拍、俯拍導致的畫面變形；​
   畫面需清晰呈現參賽者表情細節、手部輔助動作（如持書姿勢、情感配合動作），避免畫面模糊、抖動或光影雜亂（如強光直射面部、背景光線過暗）。​

5. 視頻設備與格式​：支持手機、相機拍攝，視頻格式須為 MP4、MOV 或 AVI，確保檔相容性；禁止使用魚眼鏡頭、特效鏡頭拍攝，避免畫面變形；拍攝時建議使用三腳架固定設備，保證畫面穩定；若使用外接麥克風，需確保設備連接正常，避免收音中斷。​

6. 視頻解析度與收音標準：視頻解析度不低於 1080P（1920×1080），幀率不少於 24fps，確保放大後仍可清晰查看面部表情與手部動作；​
   收音需清晰無雜音（如背景談話聲、電器噪音），音量需均勻（避免忽大忽小），確保評審能清晰聽取朗誦內容，避免因收音問題影響對技術精度的判斷。​

7. 視頻後期限制：僅可對視頻進行 亮度、對比度、音量微調（用於還原真實拍攝場景與收音效果），禁止進行畫面內容修改（如添加文字特效、更換背景、調整朗誦節奏），嚴禁拼接不同場景拍攝的視頻片段，確保朗誦表演的真實性與完整性。​

8.  拍攝背景與儀容：背景需為 純白或淺色無紋理背景（如白色牆面、淺藍色幕布），避免背景雜物、圖案、文字干擾作品主體，確保評審注意力集中於朗誦表演；​
   儀容需整潔得體（如校服、休閒正裝），避免過於隨意或裝飾繁雜的服飾，髮型需整齊，確保面部無遮擋，展現青少年良好精神面貌。​

9. 提交方式：通過指定報名平臺上傳參賽朗誦視頻，上傳前請將檔命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中 / 英文全名_作品名稱」（例如：古詩詞少兒組_張明 / Zhang Ming_《靜夜思》），便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。
