賽事全面考查參賽者的美術設計基礎知識儲備、專業創作技能（如構圖的穩定性與層次感、色彩的協調度與感染力、筆法與設計手法的靈活性與標準度、作品詮釋的深刻性與獨特性、創作演繹的個性化與創意性等）、情感與作品主題的深度融合、設計技巧的運用與視覺呈現效果等綜合能力，檢驗參賽者對不同設計創作風格（如經典美學設計的典雅質感、現代潮流設計的青春靈動、民族民俗設計的濃郁底蘊、原創主題設計的新穎獨特、跨界融合設計的創新突破等）、藝術表達的把握與靈活運用。
參賽選手可通過單人原創、雙人聯創、集體創作、主題系列作品、團體設計演繹等多元創作形式傳遞思想、用豐富的視覺畫面描繪意境、以飽滿的情感賦予作品靈魂，在藝術舞臺之上，展現兒童及青少年的設計藝術風采與人文底蘊。賽事同步支持英文、簡體中文、繁體中文版本，配套材料可採用對應語言提交，助力不同語言背景的藝術少年順利參與，消除語言障礙，讓全球設計愛好者都能在同一個國際藝術舞臺上綻放屬於自己的璀璨光芒。

The 2026 Autumn Competition for Outstanding Children and Youth Design provides a global platform for children and youth to showcase their design talents, unleashing their creative energy and visual artistry on the world stage. It aims to inspire in-depth exploration of various design art fields, including classical aesthetics, modern trends, ethnic and folk design, original thematic design, individual works, digital design, and cross-disciplinary integration.
The competition comprehensively assesses participants' basic knowledge of art and design, professional creative skills (such as the stability and layering of composition, the harmony and appeal of color, the flexibility and standard of brushwork and design techniques, the depth and uniqueness of the work's interpretation, and the individuality and creativity of the creative expression), the deep integration of emotion and the theme of the work, the application of design techniques and visual presentation effects, and other comprehensive abilities. It examines participants' grasp and flexible application of different design styles (such as the elegant texture of classical aesthetic design, the youthful dynamism of modern trendy design, the rich connotations of ethnic and folk design, the novelty and uniqueness of original theme design, and the innovative breakthroughs of cross-disciplinary fusion design), and artistic expression.
Participants can convey their ideas, depict artistic conception with rich visuals, and imbue their works with soul through diverse creative forms such as solo original works, collaborative works, group creations, themed series, and group design interpretations. On the art stage, they can showcase the design artistry and humanistic depth of children and teenagers. The competition simultaneously supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions, and supporting materials can be submitted in the corresponding language, helping art enthusiasts from different language backgrounds to participate smoothly, eliminating language barriers, and allowing design lovers from all over the world to shine on the same international art stage.

這不僅是一場面向全球少年兒童的頂級設計競技盛宴，更是一次以藝傳情、以創築夢的藝術初心傳承！2026英才兒童及青少年設計秋季賽，面向海內外廣大兒童及青少年設計愛好者開放舞臺，為熱愛設計的少年菁英搭建國際化展示、競技、交流的專業平台，讓每一份熾熱的藝術熱忱都能閃耀光芒。
賽事聚焦少年設計才藝展示與藝術素養培育，參賽選手們以純真初心描繪世間之美，用靈巧創意詮釋藝術韻律，在一次次創作中傳遞真挚情感、打磨專業功底。畫面綻放的色彩，是童心與藝術的對話；靈動獨特的構思，是青春與熱愛的宣言。這裡打破藝術的邊界，讓設計創作不再是單一的技藝，而是少年成長路上的光亮、心底最純粹的熱愛、歷練沉淀的底蘊。

參賽選手自主挑選設計創作主題，既可創作中外經典美學風格作品，也可呈現富有個人特色的原創與改編設計作品，讓每一幅創作、每一處巧思，都成為兒童及青少年獨特的自我展現。
Applicants are free to choose design themes to showcase their artistic style, whether creating classic Chinese and foreign aesthetic‑style works or presenting personalized original‑adapted design pieces, enabling every creation and creative idea to become a unique self‑expression of children and young people.
註：
選手可同時報名多個參賽項目，需分別提交對應報名資料及參賽影片，充分展現多元音樂才華。Applicants may sign up for multiple categories. Separate registration forms and performance videos are required for each entry to fully display diverse musical talents.

比賽細則 / Entry Details

支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中創作過的設計作品，無需為本次賽事單獨重新準備或改編；
-
報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹（如作品名稱、創作理念、作品風格、賽道類別、參賽項目類型等）內容的準確性；
-
參賽者須保證提交的設計作品與所報組別（如創作風格、年齡段、主題要求、參賽類別、組別規模等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；
-
若提交的設計檔案、作品圖片、作品說明等資料因圖像模糊、色彩失真、檔案缺漏、格式錯誤、檔案損壞等原因無法正常瀏覽及評審，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意作品提交要求指引；
-
所有參賽設計作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備（圖像畫質清晰完整、畫面無多餘水印遮擋；作品資料說明完整規範），符合評審瀏覽、審視及評判標準。

Entrants are welcome to submit design works previously created in other competitions; no new preparation or adaptation is required for this competition.

Once submitted, the registration information is considered final and cannot be altered. Please ensure the accuracy of your personal information and work descriptions (such as work title, creative concept, style, competition category, and type of entry).

Entrants must guarantee that the submitted design work is consistent with the entered category (such as creative style, age group, theme requirements, competition category, and category size). Otherwise, it will affect your eligibility for judging;

If the submitted design files, artwork images, artwork descriptions, etc., cannot be viewed and judged normally due to blurry images, distorted colors, missing files, incorrect formats, or damaged files, they will not be able to enter the judging stage. Please pay attention to the submission requirements;
-
All submitted design works must be prepared strictly in accordance with the submission requirements (clear and complete image quality, no unnecessary watermarks obscuring the image; complete and standardized artwork descriptions) and meet the judges' viewing, review, and judging standards.
本賽事評分採用 0‑100 分制
評審團將結合經典美學、唯美藝術、現代潮流設計、原創改編作品、個人獨創、團體聯創等不同設計創作類型的藝術特質，從專業技法表現、創意與藝術表達、作品完整完成度、主題詮釋與整體適配度四個維度綜合考量，兼顧設計創作的專業性與青少年兒童的藝術個性，確保評審的專業性、公平性與包容性。具體評分規則如下：
一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria
（一）專業技術技巧（40%）
核心考察參賽者對對應設計類型、參賽項目的基礎創作能力掌握與運用，分類別具體評估維度如下：

經典美學類（傳統美術、經典構圖、復古風格作品）：創作規範（造型準確、比例協調、線條流暢，無嚴重形體偏差、構圖失衡、細節潦草問題）；層次表現（明暗虛實變化清晰、過渡自然，畫面層次分明，空間塑造能力扎實）；色彩表現（色調統一、配色和諧、明暗對比恰當，色彩層次把控得宜）；細節處理（畫面細節刻畫精緻、主次分明，畫面節奏表現到位，整體畫面完整流暢）。

唯美藝術類（抒情主題、裝飾小品、意象風格作品）：構圖布局（畫面排布均衡舒適、主次關係明確，留白處理恰當，具備飽滿的視覺張力與整體美感）；色彩氛圍（能通過配色變化、明暗層次、色調對比傳達作品氛圍，色彩自然柔和、無生硬雜亂）；畫面精煉（筆觸 / 設計元素流暢穩定，細節刻畫細膩，裝飾元素運用得當，多餘雜亂元素少，充分展現視覺美感與創作控制力）；技法嫻熟（基礎造型、色彩鋪陳、元素排布處理扎實，複雜畫面、過渡銜接處理自然流暢）。

現代 / 潮流設計類（數碼美術、潮流插畫、影視視覺、時尚主題作品）：視覺律動（畫面節奏靈活富有動感、元素排布舒適，具備現代設計獨有的時尚感與視覺張力）；風格表達（善用個人創作特色、多樣設計技法，呈現鮮明畫面層次，精准詮釋現代潮流設計特質）；技法運用（圖形、色塊、紋理、裝飾元素處理恰當，主體與背景層次清晰、視覺重點突出）；整體張力（畫面對比鮮明、層次豐富，視覺呈現立體飽滿，高度契合現代設計作品風格定位）。

原創改編創作類（完全原創作品、自編改編、自擬主題作品）：創作架構技巧（作品架構完整、版面排布新穎、視覺導向清晰，主題表達邏輯完整）；創作掌控力（構圖、色彩、元素運用熟練，不因追求創意而忽略造型、布局、視覺平衡等基礎創作規範）；作品完成度（主題段落、細節過渡、層次關係、整體氛圍完整齊備，結構清晰，整體創作邏輯自洽統一）。

團體聯創類（雙人合作、多人聯合創作、集體設計作品）：風格統一（全員創作風格統一、美術質感一致、色調協調，無明顯風格割裂、畫面脫節問題）；配合協同（畫面銜接自然、元素層次平衡、整體視覺統一，團隊配合默契度高）；細節同步（畫面節奏、細節精度、色彩層次、裝飾手法保持協調，整體呈現整齊統一、完整和諧）。
（二）創意與表達（30%）
聚焦參賽者透過畫面色彩、氛圍營造、構圖處理、藝術手法傳達思想、情感、審美與設計理解的能力，分類別評估如下：

通用維度：主題詮釋（作品立意健康正向、創作主題清晰飽滿，視覺表達完整、藝術態度鮮明）；風格個性（在遵守創作規範的基礎上，展現個人獨特表現手法、畫面理解與藝術處理方式）；情感真誠（作品氛圍真實自然、童真滿滿，真情流露，能引發觀者共鳴，避免刻板套路、模板化抄襲式創作）。

經典美學類（傳統美術、經典構圖、復古風格作品）：風格詮釋（精准把握經典美學的構圖邏輯、色彩秩序與典雅審美氣質）；畫面處理（主次分明、虛實得當，完美呈現經典作品的均衡感與層次秩序感）；藝術深度（在適合年齡的層次上，充分展現對畫面結構、色彩規律、元素層次的理解與感悟）。

唯美藝術類（抒情主題、裝飾小品、意象風格作品）：創意處理（色彩層次豐富立體、虛實對比合理，個人畫面處理新穎貼切，不流於俗套模板）；氛圍張力（作品氛圍飽滿溫暖、細膩動人，具備強烈的藝術感染力與視覺餘韻）；藝術想像（在構圖設計、色彩處理、細節刻畫上具備合理個人詮釋，不偏離作品核心美感）。

現代 / 潮流設計類：構思新穎（畫面布局、色彩設計、元素處理極具現代感，風格獨特、青春活力）；視覺魅力（作品生動鮮活、靈動自然，充滿時代氣息與正能量，充分展現青少年審美與創造力）；創作想像力（畫面處理靈活多變、視覺層次豐富，擺脫呆板機械的模板式創作）。

原創改編創作類：原創性（作品架構、視覺設計、色彩立意、整體創作構思具獨特性，無抄襲、直接照搬、高度雷同問題）；主題融合（創意設計與作品主題高度契合，不為創新而創新，所有改編創意均服務於情感表達與作品立意）；思想內涵（兼顧藝術創新與正向價值導向，展現參賽者對生活、成長、自然、夢想與美好的理解與視覺表達）。
（三）作品完整性（20%）
衡量設計作品整體品質、細節把控與完成水準，分類別評估如下：

通用維度：細節精緻（無明顯造型失誤、畫面斷裂、構圖混亂問題，創作狀態專注飽滿）；整體協調（色調、構圖、元素、創作風格統一貫徹，呈現開頭、主體、結尾層次完整平衡）；完成度（作品完整呈現，無大段缺失、局部遺漏、頭重腳輕等問題）。

團體聯創類：團隊配合完整性（成員創作風格統一、細節精度協調、畫面銜接自然，失誤極少）；整體表現力（全員共同精准詮釋作品主題，整體視覺氛圍統一和諧，具備極佳的整體藝術美感與視覺感染力）。

原創改編創作類：創意完整性（從主題構思、視覺設計、色彩規劃到畫面呈現形成完整邏輯閉環，無結構斷層、內容空洞或未完成感）；結構完整性（作品段落、元素配比、層次設計合理規範，內容不雜亂、不堆砌，層次分明、架構完整）。
（四）主題與適配度（10%）
關注作品與參賽者年齡、創作基礎、技術能力及個人藝術風格的契合度：

難度適配性：依據年齡與創作學習歷程，選擇適合自身水準的創作難度、技法要求與作品題材。低年齡組以基礎創作、簡單唯美小品、童真主題為主；高年齡組可嘗試構圖更複雜、層次更豐富、主題內涵更深層的設計作品。
-
特長發掘：作品題材與風格能夠充分展現個人創作優勢，如色彩感優異者適合抒情唯美作品、造型能力紮實者適合經典美學作品、想像力豐富者適合原創改編作品，讓創作最大化體現個人藝術特長。
-
類型適配性：創作內容、風格處理、技法運用、主題表達與所報參賽組別、作品類別高度契合，風格規範準確，不混淆設計類型、不偏離作品核心主題。
二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

雙重獨立評分：每件參賽設計作品由 2 位對應藝術設計領域專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，有效減少主觀偏差，全面保障賽事公平公正。若兩位評審分差超過 10 分，將啟動第三方資深評審復核，以三位評審平均分為最終成績。
獎項及榮譽 / Awards
【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】
為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同創作類型的參賽者積極展示才藝、大膽藝術演繹，本賽事各年齡組別、各設計參賽專項（如經典美學、唯美藝術創作、現代潮流設計、原創改編創作、團體聯創等）均設置多層次獎項。獎項評定嚴格參照賽事 0‑100 分制評分標準，結合各設計創作類別的藝術特性（如經典作品的創作嚴謹度、唯美作品的視覺氛圍張力、現代設計的風格表達、原創改編作品的創作思維）進行全方位綜合評判。具體獎項設置與評級標準如下：

超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上授予各組別設計領域技藝純熟的頂尖參賽者。創作層面兼具扎實美術功底與獨到藝術詮釋：經典美學作品重視畫面結構、明暗層次與視覺空間架構；唯美藝術作品要求豐富色彩變化、濃厚氛圍內核與高難畫面完整駕馭；現代潮流設計強調風格還原、視覺律動與整體畫面張力；原創改編作品需具完整創作邏輯、獨特藝術巧思與強烈視覺感染力。參賽者對作品主題詮釋飽滿立體，創作兼具專業度與個人獨特性，為同年齡段頂尖水準。

冠軍（Champion）：90‑94 分表彰綜合實力突出的優秀參賽者。具備成熟完備的設計基本功，作品完整精緻、技法無明顯短板，色彩與構圖把控細緻有度；經典美學作品可完整拿捏畫面架構、虛實層次與藝術氛圍；現代創作視覺節奏穩定、風格呈現到位；團體聯創作品層次均衡、參與成員配合默契自然。創作風格鮮明，能夠透過畫面傳達充沛藝術內涵與情感溫度，高度契合 2026 英才兒童及青少年設計秋季賽賽事藝術定位。

亞軍（Runner‑up）：80‑89 分鼓勵基礎功底紮實、作品完成度出色的參賽選手。創作規範、畫面層次與色彩運用穩定可靠；經典美學作品完整流暢、具備基礎藝術表現力；唯美藝術作品可傳遞豐富情感、視覺層次清晰分明；原創改編作品構思順暢、創作思路清晰通透。整體作品細節處理到位，作品主題與情感表達直白清晰，創作表現大方從容，完整呈現高質量藝術演繹。

季軍（Third Place）：70‑79 分認可熟練掌握各設計專項基礎創作、核心技法要點的參賽者。畫面段落銜接順暢、藝術韻味表達自然；經典美學創作基礎美感良好，造型、分層表現規範；現代設計作品能準確理解風格框架、完成基礎藝術表達；特色主題作品可演繹獨有韻味與視覺質感。整體創作狀態平穩，準確還原作品核心風格，兼具充足的藝術提升空間與發展潛力。

優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下專為熱愛設計、堅持創作的少年兒童設立。重在鼓勵選手勇於展示自我、大膽藝術表達，肯定每位選手在日常積累、作品打磨、獨立創作中的堅持、付出與階段性成長。守護孩童心中純粹的藝術熱忱，呵護每一份熱愛設計的初心，陪伴青少年在藝術創作之路上持續探索、不斷進步。
獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

為感謝各類藝術教育機構與導師對青少年兒童美育的深耕與支持，激勵更多單位與個人投身青少年及兒童藝術培育事業，傳承優秀藝術文化、培育青少年兒童設計創作能力與藝術修養，特面向藝術教育從業者及機構設立以下集體榮譽獎項，覆蓋經典美學、唯美藝術創作、現代潮流設計、原創改編創作、個人原創、團體聯創等全類別設計教學領域：

優秀藝術培育團體：任何學校、藝術培訓中心、青少年藝術機構或社會團體，推薦參賽選手（涵蓋經典美學、唯美藝術創作、現代潮流設計、原創改編創作、個人原創、團體聯創等所有設計專案）達 10 名及以上，經 2026 英才兒童及青少年設計秋季賽組委會審核確認後，將獲頒「優秀藝術培育團體」榮譽證書及定制獎牌，表彰其在藝術人才培養、傳承優秀藝術文化、培育青少年兒童審美素養與藝術修養領域的突出貢獻，致敬其在美育道路上 “以美育人、立德樹人” 的堅守與付出。

傑出藝術指導：任何藝術指導老師（涵蓋經典美學、唯美藝術創作、現代潮流設計、原創改編創作、個人原創、團體聯創等所有設計專案的指導），推薦參賽選手達 5 名及以上，且所指導選手創作整體表現達標（無抄襲、他人代創、代製等違規問題），將獲頒「傑出藝術指導」榮譽證書，肯定其專業教學能力、審美素養與對參賽者的悉心培育，表彰其在挖掘青少年藝術潛能、助力學員藝術成長路上的辛勤付出，致敬其深耕藝術教育、傳播審美魅力的責任與擔當。
領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。

Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.

參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；
-
參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；
-
參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；
-
若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；
-
本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；
-
評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；
-
本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；
-
得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；
-
所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
Notes / Important Notes

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.
-
Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.
-
Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.
-
If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.
-
The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.
-
The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.
-
The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.
-
The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.
-
All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
