參賽選手可通過單人演繹、雙人合誦、集體聯誦、主題組誦、團體情景朗誦等多元表演形式傳遞思想、用飽滿的聲音詮釋文字意境、以真摯的情感演繹作品靈魂，在藝術舞臺之上，展現兒童及青少年的語言藝術風采與人文底蘊。賽事同步支持英文、簡體中文、繁體中文版本，配套材料可採用對應語言提交，助力不同語言背景的語言藝術少年順利參與，消除語言障礙，讓全球朗誦愛好者都能在同一個國際語言藝術舞臺上綻放屬於自己的璀璨光芒。

The 2026 Young Talents Recitation Autumn Competition establishes an international professional platform for young language art lovers worldwide to showcase their recitation talents. It unleashes the expressive vitality and auditory artistic charm of language art on the global stage, igniting passion for deep exploration across diverse language art fields including classic poetry recitation, modern prose interpretation, ethnic classic recitation, original script performance, impromptu recitation, video dubbing recitation, and cross-genre integrated language art.

The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' basic literary knowledge and professional recitation skills (including the sense of hierarchy and appeal of intonation, the clarity and standardization of pronunciation, the rhythm and fluency of pauses and transitions, the depth and uniqueness of text interpretation, as well as individuality and creativity in work performance). It assesses participants’ comprehensive ability to integrate emotions with work themes and apply expressive skills with innovative stage presentation. The competition examines participants' mastery and flexible application of diverse recitation styles — the elegant charm of classic poetry recitation, the youthful vitality of modern prose recitation, the profound cultural heritage of ethnic classic recitation, the originality of original script performances, and the innovative breakthroughs of cross-genre language art.

Participants may convey thoughts through diverse performance forms such as individual recitation, duo recitation, group recitation, themed series recitation and situational collective recitation. They interpret the artistic conception of words with resonant voices and interpret the soul of works with sincere emotions, fully demonstrating the artistic elegance and cultural heritage of children and teenagers on the international language art stage. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials can be submitted in the corresponding languages, enabling young language art talents from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. It eliminates language barriers and allows global recitation enthusiasts to shine brightly on one unified international language art stage.

這不僅是一場面向全球少年兒童的頂級語言競技盛宴，更是一次以聲傳情、以誦築夢的語言藝術傳承！2026英才兒童及青少年朗誦秋季賽，面向海內外廣大兒童及青少年朗誦愛好者開放舞臺，為熱愛語言藝術的少年菁英搭建國際化展示、競技、交流的專業平台，讓每一份熾熱的表達熱忱都能閃耀光芒。

賽事聚焦少年語言才藝展示與人文素養培育，參賽選手們以純真初心演繹文字之美，用嫻熟語感詮釋篇章韻致，在一次次誦讀中傳遞真挚情感、打磨專業功底。抑揚頓挫的聲律，是童心與文字的對話；鏗鏘動聽的朗聲，是青春與熱愛的宣言。這裡打破語言的邊界，讓朗誦不再是單純的誦讀，而是少年成長路上的光亮、心底最純粹的熱愛、歷練沉淀的人文底蘊。

參賽作品由選手自主挑選朗誦文稿，既可演繹中外經典篇章，也可呈現富有個人特色的詮釋（含原創文稿作品），讓每一段誦讀、每一種演繹，都成為兒童及青少年獨特的自我展現。

Applicants are free to select recitation scripts to showcase their artistic style, whether performing classic Chinese and foreign literary works or presenting personalized interpretations (including original scripts), enabling every recitation and rendition to become a unique self-expression of children and young people.
 

註：

選手可同時報名多個參賽項目，需分別提交對應報名資料及參賽影片，充分展現多元音樂才華。Applicants may sign up for multiple categories. Separate registration forms and performance videos are required for each entry to fully display diverse musical talents.

具體參賽流程 / Enrolment and Submission

  1. 填寫本頁報名表格並提交，完成參賽資格註冊；

  2. 通過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，獲取賽事最新指引與答疑支持；

  3. 截止日期前，將符合要求的參賽視頻通過 WhatsApp 提交，確保作品順利入庫；

  4. 耐心等待賽果公佈，見證屬於你的音樂榮耀時刻。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

  1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的朗誦參賽作品，無需為本次賽事單獨準備或改編；

  2. 報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹（如作品名稱、文稿來源 / 原創時間、朗誦時長、賽道類別、參賽項目類型等）內容的準確性；

  3. 參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別（如演繹類型、年齡段、時長要求、參賽類別、組別規模等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；

  4. 若提交的作品視頻、朗誦音頻、作品說明等資料因畫面模糊、音頻雜亂、內容缺漏、格式錯誤等原因無法正常觀看、聆聽及評審，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意作品提交要求指引；

  5. 所有參賽作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備（朗誦視頻畫面清晰、拍攝規範；音頻清晰無雜音；作品說明完整規範），符合評審觀看、聆聽及評判標準；

  6. 提交的作品必須為參賽者本人 / 本團隊獨立完成演繹（雙人合誦、團體朗誦等集體作品需為參賽團隊成員共同展演，嚴禁非團隊成員參與演出）；若為原創文稿作品須保證由本人 / 本團隊獨立創作撰寫，一經發現作品抄襲、他人代演、代寫、改編文稿冒充原創等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。
     

  1. Entrants are welcome to submit recitation works that have been used in other competitions; no separate preparation or adaptation is required for this competition.

  2. Once submitted, the registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please ensure the accuracy of your personal information and work descriptions (e.g., work title, source/original creation date of the script, recitation duration, competition track, entry category, etc.).

  3. Entrants must guarantee that the submitted work matches the registered category (e.g., performance type, age group, duration requirement, entry classification, group specification, etc.). Failure to comply will result in ineligibility for judging.

  4. If the submitted performance video, audio, work description or other materials cannot be viewed, played or evaluated normally due to blurry footage, noisy audio, incomplete content, incorrect format or other issues, the entry will not be admitted to the judging process. Please strictly follow the official submission guidelines.

  5. All entries must fully comply with submission standards, including clear and standardly filmed recitation videos, noise-free audio, and complete and standardized work descriptions, to meet the judges’ evaluation criteria.

  6. All submitted works must be independently performed by the individual entrant or official team members. For group works such as duo recitation and collective recitation, only registered team members are allowed to participate; participation of external personnel is strictly prohibited. All original script works must be independently written by the entrant or team. Any violation including plagiarism, proxy performance, ghostwriting, or falsely presenting adapted scripts as original will result in immediate disqualification to uphold the fairness of the 2026 Elite Children & Youth Recitation Autumn Competition · Star Voice Cup.

本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制評
審團將結合經典詩文誦讀、現代散文演繹、原創文稿、獨人朗誦、雙人合誦、團體情景朗誦等不同演繹類型的藝術特質，從專業語言技巧、創意與表達、作品完整性、主題與適配度四個維度綜合考量，兼顧朗誦演繹的專業性與青少年兒童的藝術個性，確保評審的專業性、公平性與包容性。具體評分規則如下：

一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria

（一）專業語言技巧（40%）

核心考察參賽者對對應朗誦類型、參賽項目的基礎語言能力掌握與運用，分類別具體評估維度如下：

  1. 經典詩文朗誦：演繹規範（吐字清晰標準、發聲穩定圓潤，無字音偏差、停頓中斷、語氣生硬等問題）；技術表達（語句流暢舒展、節拍韻律穩定，具備力度對比、速度把控、合理分句與氣息調控能力）；篇章架構（開篇、主體、收尾層次完整，段落銜接自然，聲調起伏層次分明）；藝術表現（靈活運用氣息、停連、重音處理，還原古典韻致，提升整體感染力）。

  2. 現代散文 / 文稿演繹：節奏與速度（契合文本風格，快慢節奏對比合理，具備充足情緒張力與整體流暢度）；情感傳達（透過聲色變化、語氣層次傳遞文稿內核思想，演繹真實不空洞、不刻意）；技巧精煉（重音、停頓、轉折處理精準得當，拒絕過度刻意煽情，平衡表達美感與語言控制力）；基礎嫻熟（發聲、語調基本功穩固，長句、連續段落演繹順暢自然。

  3. 原創文稿類（獨誦、情景演繹）：文字架構與創作邏輯（行文思路清晰、段落佈局合理、主題鮮明，文本節奏適合口語演繹）；語言掌控力（朗誦熟練流暢，不因追求創意而出現咬字含糊、節奏混亂、氣息斷層等問題）；作品完成度（開頭、過渡、結尾完整齊備，邏輯自洽，主題表達連貫統一）。

  4. 雙人合誦 / 團體朗誦 / 情景朗誦類：節奏統一（全員語速、節拍同步，無明顯快慢落差、搶拍、拖拍現象）；配合協同（聲部平衡、音量協調，進出段落整齊，團隊默契度佳）；細節同步（分句位置、氣息轉折、力度起伏、情感層次保持協調，整體舞台呈現統一整齊）。

（二）創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者透過聲音演繹傳達思想、情感、風格與文本理解的能力，分類別評估如下：

  1. 通用維度：主題詮釋（演繹緊扣文稿內涵，立意正向積極，情感清晰飽滿、表達立場鮮明）；風格個性（遵守語言表達規範前提下，展現獨特聲線特色、節奏理解與藝術處理方式）；情感真誠（情緒傳遞自然真切，容易引發聽眾共鳴，避免機械背誦、生硬表演與過度造作。

  2. 經典詩文朗誦：風格詮釋（把握古典文學雅致氣質、韻律美感，重視文本獨有的時代氛圍）；語句處理（分句舒緩有度、氣息調配自然，體現古典文學均衡、內斂的審美特徵）；藝術深度（契合自身年齡層次，充分展現對篇章結構、文意邏輯與情感內涵的理解。

  3. 現代散文 / 文稿演繹：創意處理（聲色層次豐富、語氣對比合理，個人演繹設計貼切自然，不落俗套）；情感張力（情緒表達細膩飽滿，具備持久藝術感染力，容易帶動觀眾共情）；文本詮釋空間（速度、停連、重音設計擁有合理個人理解，不偏離文稿核心立意。

  4. 原創文稿類：原創性（行文構思、敘事角度、思想內涵具獨特性，不存在抄襲、大量挪用他人文稿問題）；主題融合（舞台設計、語言處理等創意與文稿主題高度契合，不為創新而創新，所有設計服務於情感表達）；思想內涵（兼顧藝術表達與正向價值導向，展現參賽者對於生活、成長、夢想與美好的感悟。

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量朗誦展演整體舞台呈現品質、細節把控與完成水準，分類別評估如下：

  1. 通用維度：細節精緻（無明顯字音失誤、漏段、跳詞、節奏混亂等問題；儀容得體、舞台儀態大方，演繹狀態專注投入）；整體協調（語速、力度、聲色、情感風格前後統一，開場、主體、收尾均衡完整、層次清晰）；完成度（完整演繹文稿，無中途中斷、跳段、時長不足、頭重腳輕等狀況。

  2. 雙人合誦 / 團體朗誦類：團隊配合完整性（成員配合穩定默契，節奏、分句、力度起伏高度同步，失誤稀少）；整體表現力（全員共同準確詮釋文稿主題，舞台氛圍和諧統一，具備優秀的整體語言藝術感染力。

  3. 原創文稿類：創作完整性（從文字構思、篇章佈局到舞台演繹形成完整邏輯，無結構斷層、內容空洞、未完成感）；結構完整性（文稿時長、段落設計合理，內容不雜亂堆砌，層次清晰、架構完整。

（四）主題與適配度（10%）

關注文稿與參賽者年齡、語言基礎、表達能力及個人演繹風格的契合度：

  1. 難度適配性：依據年齡與語言學習積累，選擇適合自身水平的文稿篇幅、文字深度與演繹難度。低年齡組適合淺白易懂、意境簡約的經典小品；高年齡組可嘗試文辭豐富、結構宏大、情感層次更深的文本。

  2. 特長發掘：文稿題材與演繹風格能夠充分展現個人藝術優勢，聲線溫柔細膩適合抒情篇章、節奏掌控穩定適合敘事類文稿、情感感受力強適合文學性強的作品，最大化彰顯個人語言藝術特長。

  3. 類型適配性：演繹方式、風格處理、語言設計、情感表達與所報參賽組別、文稿類別高度契合，風格把握準確，不混淆文體特徵、不偏離作品核心主題。

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

  1. 雙重獨立評分：每件參賽朗誦作品由 2 位對應語言藝術領域專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，有效減少主觀偏差，全面保障賽事公平公正。若兩位評審分差超過 10 分，將啟動第三方資深評審復核，以三位評審平均分為最終成績。

  2. 權威評審團構成：評審團由資深語言美育專家、專業朗誦藝術家、文學創作者、青少年語言藝術資深指導教師、行業資深從業者組成，兼具專業學術素養與豐富的青少年朗誦教學、評賽經驗，既嚴格堅持專業技術標準，也充分尊重少年兒童的童真、藝術想像力與個人藝術個性，用心挖掘每一位參賽者的語言潛能與藝術天賦。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同朗誦類型的參賽者積極展示才藝、大膽進行語言藝術創作，本賽事各年齡組別、各朗誦參賽專項（如經典古詩文、現代散文、原創文稿、影視配音、情景朗誦、合誦演繹、主題誦讀等）均設置多層次獎項。獎項評定嚴格參照賽事0-100分制評分標準，結合各語言藝術類別的表演特性（如經典詩文的典雅韻律、散文演繹的情感層次、現代文稿的青春氣質、原創作品的思想內涵）進行全方位綜合評判。具體獎項設置與評級標準如下：

  1. 超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上 授予各組別語言朗誦領域技藝爐火純青的頂尖參賽者。誦讀演繹層面兼具扎實語言功底與獨到藝術詮釋：經典詩文重視字正腔圓、停連氣息與古典韻致架構；散文篇章要求層次豐富、情感飽滿立體與情緒張力完整駕馭；現代作品強調風格還原、節奏把控與整體舞臺感染力；原創、改編文稿需具完整創作邏輯、獨特文字巧思與強烈共情能力。選手對作品主題演繹飽滿立體，聲情並茂，演繹與創作兼具專業度與個人獨特性，為同年齡段頂尖水準。

  2. 冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分 表彰綜合實力突出的優秀參賽者。具備成熟完備的朗誦基本功，吐字清晰、氣息穩定、演繹完整流暢，語言表達無明顯短板，聲色把控細緻有度；古典詩文可完整拿捏文韻架構、語言呼吸與整體氛圍；現代文稿節奏穩健、風格呈現到位；雙人合誦、團體朗誦聲部層次均衡、配合默契自然。演繹風格鮮明，能夠透過聲音傳達充沛的文字內涵與情感溫度，高度契合2026英才兒童及青少年朗誦秋季賽·星聲盃賽事藝術定位。

  3. 亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分 鼓勵語言功底紮實、展演完成度出色的參賽選手。發聲規範、停連節奏穩定、語感自然流暢；古典篇章誦讀完整舒展、具備扎實的傳統文韻表現力；抒情作品可傳遞豐富層次情緒、聲情搭配恰到好處；原創文稿演繹思路清晰、主題表達通透。整體展演細節處理到位，作品立意與情感表達直白動人，舞台儀態大方得體，完整呈現高質量語言藝術展演。

  4. 季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分 認可熟練掌握各朗誦專項基礎演繹、藝術表達核心要點的參賽者。作品段落銜接順暢、氣息韻律自然舒適；經典誦讀基礎扎實、發聲儀態規範得體；現代文稿能準確把控節奏框架、完成完整的藝術表達；特色主題作品可演繹專屬韻味與情感質感。全程展演狀態平穩穩定，準確還原作品核心風格，兼具充足的藝術提升空間與發展潛力。

  5. 優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下 專為熱愛語言藝術、堅持練習與積極展演的少年兒童設立。重在鼓勵選手勇於登台、大膽表達自我，肯定每位選手在日常積累、文稿打磨、舞台演繹中的堅持、付出與階段性成長。守護孩童心中純粹的語言熱忱，呵護每一份熱愛表達的初心，陪伴青少年在語言藝術之路上持續探索、不斷進步。

 

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

為感謝各類語言藝術教育機構與導師對青少年兒童語言美育的深耕與支持，激勵更多單位與個人投身青少年及兒童語言藝術培育事業，傳承優秀語言文化、培育青少年兒童朗誦表演能力與人文藝術修養，特面向語言藝術教育從業者及機構設立以下集體榮譽獎項，覆蓋經典詩文誦讀、現代散文演繹、原創文稿演繹、獨人朗誦、雙人合誦、團體情景朗誦等全品類語言教學領域：

  1. 優秀語言培育團體：任何學校、語言藝術培訓中心、青少年藝術機構或社會團體，推薦參賽選手（涵蓋經典詩文誦讀、現代散文演繹、原創文稿演繹、獨人朗誦、雙人合誦、團體情景朗誦等所有語言藝術專案）達 10 名及以上，經 2026 英才兒童及青少年朗誦秋季賽・星聲盃組委會審核確認後，將獲頒「優秀語言培育團體」榮譽證書及定制獎牌，表彰其在語言藝術人才培養、傳承優秀文學文化、培育青少年兒童語言表達素養與人文底蘊領域的突出貢獻，致敬其在語言美育道路上「以美育人、立德樹人」的堅守與付出。

  2. 傑出語言指導：任何語言藝術指導老師（涵蓋經典詩文、現代散文、原創文稿、獨誦、合誦、情景朗誦等所有語言藝術專案的指導），推薦參賽選手達 5 名及以上，且所指導選手作品整體表現達標（無抄襲文稿、演繹規範、無代演、代誦等違規問題），將獲頒「傑出語言指導」榮譽證書，肯定其專業教學能力、語言藝術素養與對參賽者的悉心培育，表彰其在挖掘青少年語言表達潛能、助力學員藝術成長路上的辛勤付出，致敬其深耕語言藝術教育、傳播音言魅力的責任與擔當。
     

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

  1. 比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

  2. 所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

  3. 獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

  4. 獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

  5. 因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
     

Award Collection Details

  1. Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

  2. All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

  3. Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

  4. Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

  5. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.
     

注意事項 / Important Notes

  1. 參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

  2. 主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；

  3. 參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；

  4. 參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；

  5. 若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；

  6. 本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；

  7. 評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

  8. 本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；

  9. 得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；

  10. 所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

  11. 如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
     

Notes / Important Notes

  1. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

  3. Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

  4. Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

  5. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

  6. The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

  7. The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

  8. The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

  9. The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

  10. All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

  11. In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
