賽事全面考查參賽者的語言基礎知識儲備、專業表達技能（如語音的標準度與純正性、語速的節奏感與把控力、語調的起伏與感染力、情感的真實度與代入感、作品詮釋的獨創性與新穎性、舞臺表現的自然性與張力等）、情感與朗誦作品主題的深度融合、表達技巧的運用與創意呈現等綜合能力，檢驗對不同朗誦風格（如詩歌朗誦的鏗鏘激昂、散文朗誦的溫婉抒情、寓言朗誦的生動傳神、古詩文朗誦的典雅厚重、情景朗誦的沉浸式體驗、主持演講的沉穩大氣、跨界語言表演的突破創意等）、語言表達的把握與靈活運用。

參賽選手可通過獨誦、群誦、情景朗誦、主題演講等多元的表現形式傳遞思想、用動人的聲音演繹意境、以飽滿的情感詮釋作品魂，在臺上臺下，展現兒童及青少年的語言表達風采與文化底蘊。賽事同步支持英文、簡體中文、繁體中文版本，配套材料可採用對應語言提交，助力不同語言背景的語言少年順利參與，消除語言障礙，讓全球語言朗誦愛好者都能在同一個國際語言舞臺上綻放聲音的光芒。

The 2026 Young Talents Language Recitation Competition for Children and Youth establishes an international professional platform for young speakers worldwide to showcase their language talents. It unleashes the expressive vitality and vocal charm of language expression on the global stage, igniting passion for deep exploration across diverse language recitation genres including poetry recitation, prose recitation, fable recitation, ancient Chinese poetry recitation, situational recitation, hosting and speech, and cross-genre language performance.

The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' language knowledge foundation, professional expressive skills (including standardization and purity of pronunciation, sense of rhythm and control of speaking speed, ups and downs and appeal of intonation, authenticity and sense of substitution of emotion, originality and novelty of work interpretation, as well as naturalness and tension in stage performance), the depth of emotional integration with the recitation theme, and the overall ability to apply expressive skills and present creativity. It evaluates participants' grasp and flexible application of diverse recitation styles (such as the sonorous and passionate style of poetry recitation, the gentle and lyrical style of prose recitation, the vivid and expressive style of fable recitation, the elegant and profound style of ancient Chinese poetry recitation, the immersive experience of situational recitation, the calm and imposing style of hosting and speech, and the breakthrough creativity of cross-genre language performance) and language expression.

Participants may convey ideas through diverse forms like solo recitation, group recitation, situational recitation, or theme speech, depict artistic conception with touching voices, and interpret the spirit of works with profound emotion. On and off the stage, they showcase the language expression charm and cultural depth of children and young speakers. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials may be submitted in the corresponding language, enabling language youths from diverse linguistic backgrounds to participate seamlessly. This eliminates language barriers, allowing global language recitation enthusiasts to shine their vocal brilliance on the same international stage.

這不僅是一場跨越國界的頂級語言朗誦競技盛宴，更是對語言韻味的深情呼喚 —— 我們邀請全球兒童及青少年登上國際語言朗誦競技舞臺、展露語言才華，以赤誠之心演繹語音的標準純正、語調的起伏張揚、情感的真摯飽滿，讓千年沉澱的語言魅力在聲音傳遞間煥新綻放。

參賽作品由選手自主挑選朗誦主題與作品內容，既可致敬經典語言文學題材，也可呈現個人風格化的朗誦演繹（含原創朗誦作品），讓每一次朗誦、每一種演繹詮釋都成為兒童及青少年獨特的自我展現。

Applicants are free to select recitation themes and work content that best showcase their linguistic vision, whether paying tribute to classic language and literary themes or presenting personalized recitation interpretations (including original recitation works), allowing every recitation and interpretation to become a unique self-expression of children and young people.

註：選手可同時報名多個賽道，需分別提交對應的報名申請及參賽作品，讓多元語言朗誦才華全面綻放。Note: Applicants are welcome to participate in multiple categories, with separate registration and submission required for each, allowing diverse language recitation talents to shine fully.

具體參賽流程 / Enrolment and Submission

  1. 填寫本頁報名表格並提交，完成參賽資格註冊；

  2. 通過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，獲取賽事最新指引與答疑支持；

  3. 截止日期前，將符合要求的參賽視頻通過 WhatsApp 提交，確保作品順利入庫；

  4. 耐心等待賽果公佈，見證屬於你的音樂榮耀時刻。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

  1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的朗誦文稿、表演錄影作品，無需為本次賽事單獨重新創作或修改；

  2. 報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹（如朗誦作品名稱、創作 / 選用時間、時長規格、賽道類別、語言朗誦項目類型等）內容的準確性；

  3. 參賽者須保證提交的參賽內容與所報組別（如語言類型、年齡段、主題要求、參賽類別、組別規模等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；

  4. 若提交的朗誦表演影片、音頻文稿、作品說明等資料因畫面模糊、音質雜訊、拍攝錄製失準、內容缺漏、格式錯誤等原因無法正常觀賞、收聽及評審，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意作品提交要求指引；

  5. 所有參賽作品須嚴格依照作品提交要求準備（影片音頻完整完好、錄製畫面清晰規範；影片無變形模糊、音頻無雜訊斷斷；作品說明完整規範），符合評審觀賞、收聽及評判標準；

  6. 提交的朗誦表演及文稿必須為參賽者本人 / 本團隊獨立演繹、構思整理（集體朗誦作品需為參賽團隊成員共同排練演繹，嚴禁非團隊成員參與編排、代演代錄）；若為原創朗誦文稿須保證由本人 / 本團隊獨立構思創作，一經發現文稿抄襲、他人代演、代編文稿、改編作品冒充原創等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。
     

  1. Entrants are welcome to submit recitation scripts and performance videos previously used in other competitions; no separate creation or revision is required for the 2026 TYCAC Children & Youth Language Recitation Competition.

  2. Once submitted, the registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please ensure the accuracy of your personal information and work descriptions (e.g., recitation piece title, creation/selection date, duration specification, competition category, language recitation event type, etc.).

  3. Entrants must guarantee that the submitted entry matches the applied category (e.g., language type, age group, theme requirement, competition category, category size, etc.), otherwise it will affect your eligibility for judging.

  4. If the submitted recitation video, audio, script or work description is unviewable, inaudible or unevaluable due to blurry footage, noisy audio, improper recording, incomplete content, or incorrect formatting, it will not be eligible for judging. Please carefully review the submission requirements.

  5. All submitted entries must strictly adhere to the submission requirements (intact video and audio files, clear and standard recording; no distorted or blurry footage, no noisy or intermittent audio; complete and standardized work description) and meet the judges' viewing, listening and judging criteria.

  6. All recitation performances and scripts must be independently performed, conceived and compiled by the entrant or team. Group recitation works must be jointly rehearsed and performed by official team members; arrangement, proxy performance or proxy recording by non-team members is strictly prohibited. Any original recitation script must be independently conceived and created by the individual or team. If any act such as script plagiarism, proxy performance, third-party script compilation, or presenting adapted works as original is found, the participant will be immediately disqualified to ensure the fairness of the competition.

本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制

評審團將結合獨朗誦、集體朗誦、經典詩文朗誦、現代散文朗誦、原創文稿朗誦等不同演繹類型的藝術特質，從語言表達功底、情感與創意演繹、舞台完整呈現、主題契合適配度四個維度綜合考量，兼顧語言朗誦的專業性與青少年兒童的舞台個性，確保評審的專業性、公平性與包容性。具體評分規則如下：

一、評分細則 / Scoring Criteria

（一）語言表達功底（40%）

核心考察參賽者對對應朗誦類型的發音、吐字、節奏、停連等基礎語言功底的掌握與運用，分類別具體評估維度如下：

  1. 經典詩文朗誦：發音標準（字音準確、聲調規範、吐字清晰，無錯字漏字、咬字含糊問題）；節奏停連（停頓連接得當、快慢有序、抑揚頓挫分明，符合詩文格律氣韻）；聲韻把控（聲音圓潤飽滿、氣息穩定持久，韻味十足、古風底蘊濃厚）；語氣層次（依據詩文意境調整語氣輕重緩急，層次豐富、節奏富有律動感）。

  2. 現代散文朗誦：語言流暢（文稿熟練背誦、表達流暢自然，無卡殼、斷句生硬、頻繁忘詞）；咬字發聲（口齒清晰、發音規範，聲音傳達通透、層次柔和）；節奏把控（行文節奏鬆弛有度、語氣自然走心，符合散文抒情氛圍）；語感表現（語言質感舒服、表達樸實真摯，具備良好口語表達與文本駕馭能力）。

  3. 原創文稿朗誦：文本駕馭（熟練把握原創文稿邏輯、語句節奏，理解文稿內涵邏輯）；發音規範（整體字音標準、吐字乾淨，聲線穩定、表達流暢）；語氣層次（隨文稿情緒變化調整語氣強弱，邏輯清晰、層次分明）；氣息運用（氣息控制穩當、長短句銜接自然，舞台表達從容大氣）。

  4. 獨立朗誦類：基礎功底（發音、吐字、氣息、停連基本功紮實，整體表達穩定規範）；聲線塑造（善於運用自身聲線特色塑造氛圍，語言感染力強）；台風語感（站姿端莊、眼神自然，語言表達有層次、有張力）。

  5. 集體朗誦 / 合誦類：整體齊整（全體成員發音統一、節奏同步、停連一致，無個人搶拍、拖拍現象）；聲部協調（高低聲層次搭配和諧、整體聲音融合度高，層次分明不混亂）；默契配合（進出句整齊劃一、銜接流暢自然，團隊節奏與氣氛高度統一）；整體韻律（集體語氣、语速、情感步調一致，呈現整體舞台氣勢）。

（二）情感與創意演繹（30%）

聚焦參賽者透過朗誦表演傳達文稿思想、情感氛圍、個人風格與藝術理解的能力，分類別評估如下：

通用維度：主題詮釋（表演緊扣文稿主題內涵，立意健康正向，情感飽滿、演繹態度鮮明）；風格個性（遵守朗誦基本規範前提下，展現個人聲線特色、情感理解與舞台處理）；情感真誠（情感傳達真實自然、走心動人，避免機械背誦、生硬演繹或刻意浮夸造作）。

  1. 經典詩文朗誦：風格詮釋（準確把握古詩文格律意境、文辭底蘊與傳統文化氛圍）；氣氛塑造（語氣古韻悠遠、情緒沉澱到位，還原詩文本身意境與人文內涵）；藝術深度（契合年齡層次，展現對詩文情感、節奏與文化底蘊的理解）。

  2. 現代散文朗誦：創意處理（情感層次豐富、語氣轉換自然，演繹新穎貼切，不流於刻板套路）；氛圍張力（舞台情緒飽滿生動，語言富有感染力與溫潤韻味，易引發聽者共鳴）；藝術想像（在語氣處理、情緒鋪陳、節奏設計上有個人合理演繹，不偏離文稿核心主旨）。

  3. 原創文稿朗誦：原創詮釋（深度理解自創文稿立意、故事與思想內涵，演繹貼合創作初衷）；主題融合（情感演繹與文稿主旨高度契合，不刻意煽情、不脫離文本內核）；思想內涵（兼顧情感表達與正向價值，展現對生活、成長、情感與夢想的語言藝術詮釋）。

（三）作品完整性（20%）

衡量朗誦表演整體舞台呈現、熟練度與細節把控，分類別評估如下：

通用維度：細節穩定（無明顯忘詞、錯詞、搶拍、語氣突兀，全程狀態專注認真）；整體協調（語氣、節奏、情緒風格統一，開頭過渡收尾完整流暢）；完成度（表演完整順利完成，無中途停頓、卡殼中斷、情緒斷層或收尾潦草）。

  1. 集體朗誦 / 合誦類：團隊表演完整性（成員節奏默契穩定、聲音情感高度統一，失誤與個人突兀感極少）；整體表現力（共同詮釋文稿主題，舞台氛圍統一，具備整體藝術美感與聽覺感染力）。

  2. 原創文稿朗誦類：演繹完整性（從開篇鋪陳到情感遞進再到收尾總結邏輯閉環，無情緒斷層與未完成感）；結構完整性（文稿段落層次演繹清晰、輕重合理，不雜亂堆砌、層次分明）。

（四）主題與適配度（10%）

關注表演內容與參賽者年齡、語言基礎、演繹能力及舞台風格的契合度：

  1. 難度適配性：依據年齡與語言學習歷程，選擇適合的文稿題材、篇幅長度與演繹難度。低年級以淺顯詩文、短篇童趣文稿為主；高年級可嘗試篇幅更長、情感層次更豐富、內涵更深的經典篇目與原創文稿。

  2. 特長發掘：選題與演繹風格能展現個人優勢，如聲線溫潤者適合散文抒情、氣息紮實者適合古詩文演繹，讓表演真正體現個人語言朗誦特長。

  3. 類型適配性：文稿內容、演繹風格、情感處理與所報組別、朗誦類別高度契合，風格規範正確，不混淆朗誦類型、不偏離參賽主題。

二、評審機制 / Judging Mechanism

雙重獨立評分每件朗誦參賽作品由 2 位語言藝術、朗誦主持領域專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，減少主觀偏差，保障賽事公平。若兩位評審分差超過 10 分，將啟動第三方評審復核，以三位評審平均分為最終成績。

權威評審團構成評審團由資深語言藝術教育專家、專業播音主持從業者、戲劇朗誦導師、青少年語言表演指導教師、藝術領域資深從業者組成，兼具專業學術素養與青少年語言教學經驗，既堅持專業評分標準，也尊重孩子的童真表達、想像力與舞台個性，挖掘每一位參賽者的語言藝術潛能。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同演繹類型的參賽者積極展示自我與原創演繹，每個年齡組別及各朗誦專項（如經典詩文朗誦、現代散文朗誦、獨唱獨朗、集體合誦、原創文稿朗誦、才藝情景朗誦等）均設置多層次獎項。獎項評定嚴格參照賽事 0-100 分制評分標準，結合各朗誦類別的藝術特性（如詩文朗誦的格律古韻、散文朗誦的抒情溫度、獨朗的個人風格張力、合誦的整體默契氣勢、原創文稿的構思內涵）綜合判定。具體獎項設置如下：

  1. 超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上表彰在對應朗誦領域功底嫻熟精湛（如詩文朗誦的發音韻律、抑揚頓挫與古風意境，散文朗誦的情感層次、語氣把控與感染力，集體朗誦的整體齊整、聲部融合與舞台氣勢，原創朗誦的文稿詮釋、創意演繹與情感張力）、作品主題詮釋飽滿深刻，演繹兼具專業性與個人獨特風格，達到同年齡段頂尖水準的傑出朗誦表演。

  2. 冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分肯定具備高水準語言表達功底（如表演完整度、發音成熟度與情緒把控，詩文朗誦的節奏層次、停連處理與氣韻呈現，散文朗誦的語感風格、情感遞進與舞台表現，集體合誦的節奏默契、聲色協調度與整體氛圍）、演繹風格獨具特色，且能透過聲音表演飽滿傳遞文稿內涵與情感溫度，貼合英才語言朗誦賽事定位的優秀參賽作品。

  3. 亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分鼓勵語言基礎紮實（如吐字規範性、節奏穩定性、情緒和諧度，詩文朗誦的韻律完整性、意境表現力，散文朗誦的情感傳達、層次鋪陳，原創朗誦的構思清晰度、主題適配度）、演繹細節處理到位，整體完成度高、藝術情感與主題表達清晰自然，舞台呈現大方得體的優質朗誦表演。

  4. 季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分認可掌握對應朗誦類別核心演繹要領（如表演氛圍塑造、語句銜接流暢度，詩文朗誦的基礎韻感、發聲與節奏方式，散文朗誦的風格理解、情緒表達，合誦作品的團隊韻律、聲音層次質感）、表演狀態穩定，能完整呈現朗誦風格（如詩文朗誦的端莊雋永、散文朗誦的溫潤走心、集體合誦的恢弘大氣、原創朗誦的靈動有態），且具備極大進步與提升潛力的參賽者。

  5. 優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下鼓勵青少年兒童對語言藝術的熱愛與堅持，以及勇於參賽展示自我、探索聲音表達與文稿演繹新方式的寶貴態度；肯定其在文稿理解、台風演繹、情感打磨與舞台呈現過程中的認真付出與成長進步，守護每一份對語言朗誦藝術的初心與熱愛，助力其在語言藝術道路上持續前行。
     

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

【學校 / 團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

為感謝各類語言藝術機構、學校及指導老師對青少年兒童語言朗誦教育的深耕與支持，激勵更多單位與個人投身青少年及兒童語言藝術培育事業，傳承經典文學文化、培育青少年兒童語言表達能力與藝術修養，特面向語言朗誦教育從業者及機構設立以下集體榮譽獎項，覆蓋經典詩文朗誦、現代散文朗誦、獨人朗誦、集體合誦、原創文稿朗誦、情景才藝朗誦等全語言演繹教學領域：

  1. 優秀語言培育團體：任何學校、語言藝術培訓中心、青少年文藝機構或社會團體，推薦參賽選手（涵蓋經典詩文朗誦、現代散文朗誦、獨人朗誦、集體合誦、原創文稿朗誦、情景才藝朗誦等所有朗誦專案）達 10 名及以上，經賽事組委會審核確認後，將獲頒「優秀語言培育團體」榮譽證書及定制獎牌，表彰其在語言人才培養、傳承經典文學文化、培育青少年兒童語言素養與藝術修養領域的突出貢獻，致敬其在語言美育道路上「以聲育人、立德樹人」的堅守與付出。

  2. 傑出語言指導老師：任何語言朗誦指導老師（涵蓋經典詩文朗誦、現代散文朗誦、獨人朗誦、集體合誦、原創文稿朗誦等所有朗誦專案的教學指導），推薦參賽選手達 5 名及以上，且所指導選手參賽表現整體達標（無文稿抄襲、無代演代錄、演繹規範合规等違規問題），將獲頒「傑出語言指導老師」榮譽證書，肯定其專業教學能力、語言藝術素養與對參賽者的悉心培育，表彰其在挖掘青少年語言藝術潛能、助力朗誦少年成長路上的辛勤付出，致敬其深耕語言教育、傳播聲音藝術魅力的責任與擔當。
     

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

  1. 比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

  2. 所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

  3. 獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

  4. 獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

  5. 因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
     

Award Collection Details

  1. Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

  2. All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

  3. Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

  4. Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

  5. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.
     

注意事項 / Important Notes

  1. 參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

  2. 主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；

  3. 參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；

  4. 參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；

  5. 若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；

  6. 本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；

  7. 評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

  8. 本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；

  9. 得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；

  10. 所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

  11. 如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
     

Notes / Important Notes

  1. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

  3. Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

  4. Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

  5. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

  6. The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

  7. The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

  8. The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

  9. The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

  10. All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

  11. In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
