2025英才青少年及兒童藝術比賽，為全球青少年兒童搭建展現多元藝術才華的競技平臺，在國際化的舞臺上盡情釋放創作活力與藝術魅力，激發對各類藝術領域的探索熱情。

賽事全面考查參賽者的藝術基礎知識儲備、專業技能（如舞蹈的動作規範度與肢體協調性、繪畫的色彩把控與創意構圖、聲樂的音準穩定性與情感傳遞、器樂的技法熟練度與樂感表達等）、情感與主題詮釋、作品立意與創意呈現等綜合能力，檢驗對不同藝術門類風格（如舞蹈類的古典舞、街舞、民族舞，美術類的國畫、油畫、數字藝術，音樂類的古典樂、流行樂、民族樂等）、藝術語言的把握與靈活運用。

參賽選手可通過肢體律動傳遞思想、用色彩筆觸描繪想像、以旋律歌聲抒發情感，在創作與演繹間，展現青少年兒童的活力風采與藝術潛質。賽事同步支持英文、簡體中文、繁體中文版本，配套材料可採用對應語言提交，助力不同語言背景的選手順利參與，消除語言障礙，讓全球少年藝術愛好者都能在同一個舞臺上綻放光芒。

The 2025 Young Talent Arts Competition for Youth and Children provides a global platform for young artists to showcase their diverse talents. On this international stage, participants unleash their creative energy and artistic charm while igniting their passion for exploring various artistic fields.
The competition comprehensively evaluates participants' foundational artistic knowledge, specialized skills (such as dance precision and physical coordination, painting color control and creative composition, vocal pitch stability and emotional delivery, instrumental technique proficiency and musical expression), emotional and thematic interpretation, conceptual depth, and creative presentation. It also evaluates their grasp and flexible application of diverse artistic styles and languages across disciplines—including classical, street, and ethnic dance in dance; traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, and digital art in visual arts; and classical, pop, and ethnic music in performance.
Participants may convey ideas through bodily movement, depict imagination with brushstrokes and color, or express emotions through melodic vocals. Through creation and performance, they showcase the vitality and artistic potential of youth. The competition supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions simultaneously. Supporting materials may be submitted in the corresponding language, enabling participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds to engage seamlessly. This eliminates language barriers, allowing young art enthusiasts worldwide to shine on the same global stage.

這不僅是一場跨越國界的多元藝術盛宴，更是對各類藝術靈魂的熱切呼喚——我們邀請全球青少年兒童執起畫筆、撥動琴弦、踮起足尖，以赤誠之心演繹達芬奇的光影筆觸、貝多芬的激昂旋律、巴甫洛娃的優雅芭蕾，讓時光沉澱的經典藝術在創意與表達間煥新綻放。

這裏，每一筆色彩都是與大師對話的密碼，每一段旋律都是向經典致敬的宣言，每一個旋舞都是傳承藝術的足跡。我們期待看見稚嫩的身影與百年經典碰撞出驚喜火花，讓經典藝術不再遙不可及，而是化作流淌在青春筆下的靈感、回蕩在指尖的熱忱、躍動在肢體的活力，在世界舞臺上綻放跨越時空的無窮魅力。因為熱愛，經典永不落幕；因為傳承，藝術的力量永無邊界！

參賽作品由選手自主挑選創作主題與形式，既可致敬經典藝術作品，也可呈現個人風格化的藝術表達，讓每一份創作、每一種演繹都成為獨特的自我展現。Applicants are free to create works that best showcase their artistic vision, whether paying tribute to classical art masterpieces or presenting personalized artistic interpretations.

具體參賽流程 / Enrolment and Submission

  1. 填寫本頁報名表格並提交，完成參賽資格註冊；

  2. 通過 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，獲取賽事最新指引與答疑支持；

  3. 截止日期前，將符合要求的參賽視頻通過 WhatsApp 提交，確保作品順利入庫；

  4. 耐心等待賽果公佈，見證屬於你的音樂榮耀時刻。

比賽細則 / Entry Details

  1. 支持參賽者提交曾在其他比賽中使用過的舞蹈作品，無需為本次賽事單獨創作；

  2. 報名資料一經提交即視為最終版本，不可更改，請務必核實個人資訊、作品介紹等內容的準確性；

  3. 參賽者須保證提交的作品與所報組別（如舞蹈形式、年齡段等）相符，否則將影響評分資格；

  4. 若提交的作品視頻因格式錯誤、檔案損壞、解析度不足等原因無法正常查看，將無法進入評審環節，敬請留意「作品視頻要求指引」；

  5. 所有參賽作品視頻須嚴格依照「作品視頻要求指引」拍攝，確保畫面清晰、音畫同步、無多餘雜物，符合評審查看標準；

  6. 提交的作品必須為參賽者本人獨立完成（含編排、表演），一經發現抄襲編排、他人代跳等違規行為，將立即取消參賽資格，以保障賽事公平性。
     

  1. Participants may submit dance works previously used in other competitions; original creations are not required for this event.

  2.  Once submitted, registration materials are considered final and cannot be altered. Please verify the accuracy of personal information, work descriptions, and other content.

  3. . Participants must ensure submitted works align with the declared category (e.g., dance form, age group), otherwise eligibility for scoring may be affected;

  4.  Submitted videos that cannot be viewed due to format errors, file corruption, insufficient resolution, etc., will not proceed to judging. Please refer to the “Video Submission Guidelines”;

  5.  All submitted videos must strictly adhere to the “Video Submission Guidelines,” ensuring clear visuals, synchronized audio and video, and no extraneous objects, to meet judging standards.

  6. Submitted works must be entirely self-created by the entrant (including choreography and performance). Any instances of plagiarized choreography, impersonation, or other violations will result in immediate disqualification to uphold competition integrity.

本賽事評分採用 0-100 分制，評審團將依據參賽門類特性，從專業技術、創意表達、作品完整性等多維度綜合考量，確保評審專業性與公平性，具體評分細則如下：

一、評分細則

1. 專業技術（40%）

核心考察參賽者對所屬藝術門類基礎技術的掌握與運用能力，分類評估如下：​

  1. 舞蹈類：動作規範性（如芭蕾腳位、古典舞手型）、節奏把控精度、肢體穩定性（旋轉/跳躍質量）、門類專屬技法熟練度（民族舞韻律、街舞爆發力）；​

  2. 音樂類：器樂的指法/弓法規範、音準節奏準確性、音色把控力；聲樂的發聲技巧、音域掌控、語音清晰度；​

  3. 視覺藝術類：繪畫的造型準確性、色彩搭配合理性、筆觸/材質運用技巧；手工的工藝精細度、結構穩定性、細節處理質量；​

  4. 語言藝術類：語音語調規範性、節奏停頓合理性、氣息控制能力、臺詞記憶熟練度。

2. 創意與表達（30%）

聚焦參賽者透過專屬藝術形式傳達主題思想與個人風格的能力：​

  1. 主題詮釋：對創作主題的理解深度，能否通過藝術語言（肢體/旋律/色彩/語音）清晰表達內涵（如「自然之美」「青春夢想」）；​

  2. 創意獨特性：作品呈現的新穎度（舞蹈編排創意、音樂演繹風格、色彩構思巧思、臺詞處理特色），避免範本化表現；​

  3. 情感傳達：能否傳遞真實情感（喜悅/溫柔/激昂），通過表情、音色、色彩張力等引發觀者共鳴。​
     

3. 作品完整性（20%）

衡量參賽作品的整體呈現效果與細節把控：​

  1. 細節豐滿度：表演/創作細節的充實度（舞蹈表情管理、音樂樂句處理、繪畫細節描繪、朗誦語氣轉折），避免粗糙簡單；​​

  2. 整體協調性：各元素與主題的匹配度（舞蹈動作與音樂、繪畫色彩與構圖、朗誦內容與情感），無明顯邏輯矛盾；​

  3. 完成度：作品無未完成痕跡（舞蹈動作中斷、音樂演奏失誤、繪畫內容殘缺、朗誦臺詞遺漏），達到「完整展示」標準。

​​

4. 選材與匹配度（10%）

關注創作主題、難度與參賽者能力的契合度：​

  1. 難度適配性：依據年齡與技術水準選擇合適作品（低齡段避免複雜技巧，高年齡段突破簡單重複）；​​

  2. 特長發揮：選材能否展現個人優勢（柔軟度適配古典舞、節奏感適配街舞、色彩敏感度適配繪畫），實現「以題揚長」。

​​

二、評審機制

雙重獨立評分：每件參賽作品由2位專業評審分別獨立打分，取平均分作為最終成績，最大限度減少主觀偏差，保障公平性；

權威評審團構成：評審團涵蓋青少年藝術教育協會資深顧問、音樂/舞蹈/美術/戲劇領域院校教師、知名兒童藝術機構教研負責人及行業資深從業者，兼具學術理論與實踐經驗，既以專業標準評判技術，也尊重青少年創作的童真與個性，挖掘每位參賽者的藝術閃光點。

Judging Criteria

This competition employs a 0-100 point scoring system. The judging panel will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the characteristics of different art categories, covering professional techniques, creative expression, and overall coherence, ensuring professional and impartial adjudication. Specific scoring criteria are as follows:

I. Scoring Criteria

1. Professional Technique (40%)

Core assessment of contestants' mastery and application of fundamental techniques in their respective art categories, evaluated by category:​

  1. Dance: Standardization of movements (e.g., ballet foot positions, classical dance hand shapes), rhythm accuracy, body stability (quality of spins/jumps), mastery of genre-specific techniques (folk dance rhythm, street dance power);​

  2. Music: Instrumental technique standardization (finger/bow positions), pitch and rhythm accuracy, timbre control; vocalization skills, range mastery, articulation clarity;​​

  3. Visual Arts: Painting: shape accuracy, color coordination, brushstroke/material technique; Handicraft: craftsmanship precision, structural stability, detail quality;​

  4. Language Arts: Pronunciation and intonation standardization, rhythm and pause rationality, breath control, line memory proficiency.
    ​

2. Creativity and Expression (30%)

Focuses on the contestant's ability to convey thematic ideas and personal style through their unique artistic form:​

  1. Thematic Interpretation: Depth of understanding the creative theme and ability to clearly express its essence through artistic language (body/melody/color/voice) (e.g., "Beauty of Nature," "Youth Dream");​

  2. Creative Originality: Novelty of presentation (dance choreography, music interpretation style, color concept, line delivery features), avoiding formulaic expressions;​

  3. Emotional Conveyance: Ability to convey authentic emotions (joy/tenderness/passion) through facial expressions, timbre, color tension, etc., to resonate with the audience.

3. Overall Integrity (20%)

Evaluates the piece's holistic presentation and attention to detail:​

  1. Detail Richness: Fulfillment of performance/creative nuances (dance expression management, music phrase handling, painting detail depiction, recitation tone transitions), avoiding crudeness;​

  2. Overall Coherence: Alignment of elements with the theme (dance movements and music, painting colors and composition, recitation content and emotion), without obvious logical contradictions;​

  3. Completion: No signs of unfinished work (interrupted dance moves, music performance errors, incomplete painting content, missed recitation lines), meeting the standard of "fully presentable."​

4. Repertoire Selection & Suitability (10%)

Focus on alignment between creative theme, difficulty level, and contestant ability:​

  1. Difficulty Suitability: Selecting works matching age and technical proficiency (younger groups avoiding complex techniques, older groups breaking through simple repetition);​

  2. Strength Highlighting: Does the selection showcase personal strengths (flexibility matching classical dance, sense of rhythm matching street dance, color sensitivity matching painting), achieving the effect of "leveraging strengths through the theme."

II. Judging Mechanism

Dual Independent Scoring: Each entry receives separate scores from two professional judges. The average of these scores constitutes the final result, minimizing subjective bias and ensuring fairness.

Authoritative Panel Composition: Judges include senior advisors from youth art education associations, teachers from music/dance/art/drama colleges, educational directors from renowned children's art institutions, and seasoned industry practitioners. This blend of academic theory and practical experience enables them to evaluate technical proficiency while respecting the innocence and individuality inherent in youth creations, uncovering each participant's artistic brilliance

參賽作品要求 / Entry Requirement：

  1. 作品原創性：參賽藝術作品須由參賽者獨立完成（表演類可在指導老師協助下進行編排 / 構思，視覺類可在指導下優化創作細節），確保真實展現個人藝術創作能力、表達力與審美水準，禁止直接抄襲他人作品內容、創意構思或表達形式，嚴禁侵犯第三方知識產權。

  2. 作品形式規範：參賽作品形式需符合所報賽事項目分類（如視覺藝術類、音樂表演類、舞蹈表演類、語言藝術類等），確保與報名組別一致，個人項目與團隊項目需嚴格區分（團隊項目需注明所有成員資訊），避免因形式不符影響參賽資格。

  3. 作品時長 / 規格要求：表演類（音樂、舞蹈、語言藝術）：參賽視頻時長需控制在 1 分 30 秒 - 3 分鐘內（從表演開始至結束計時），時長過短無法完整呈現作品內容，過長可能影響評審效率，請嚴格把控時長。視覺藝術類：繪畫、手工創作等作品需提交完整全貌及 3-5 張細節圖；數字藝術、攝影作品需保留原始解析度文件，避免壓縮導致畫質受損；手工類作品尺寸建議不超過 50cm×50cm（特殊創作可適當放寬）。

  4. 拍攝 / 拍攝要求：
    （一）表演類視頻拍攝要求需拍攝參賽者全身 / 完整表演畫面（語言藝術類可適當拉近鏡頭，確保面部表情清晰），無裁切、無遮擋；拍攝角度以正面平拍為主（舞蹈類正面畫面佔比不低於 70%，音樂類需清晰呈現演奏 / 演唱細節），避免仰拍、俯拍導致畫面變形；畫面需清晰呈現表演動作、表情管理、服裝細節（或演奏設備、道具細節），避免畫面模糊、抖動或光影雜亂（如強光直射、陰影遮擋主體）。
    （二）視覺藝術類拍攝要求需在純白或淺色無紋理背景下拍攝，確保作品主體突出，避免背景雜物、圖案干擾；拍攝時需還原作品真實色彩與細節，避免反光、色偏，全貌圖需完整呈現作品整體構成，細節圖需聚焦創作亮點（如筆觸、材質、工藝細節）。

  5. 文件格式與品質要求：（一）視頻類（音樂、舞蹈、語言藝術）支持手機、相機拍攝，視頻格式須為 MP4、MOV 或 AVI，確保文件相容性；
    禁止使用魚眼鏡頭、特效鏡頭拍攝，避免畫面變形；建議使用三腳架固定設備，保證畫面穩定；
    視頻解析度不低於 1080P（1920×1080），幀率不少於 24fps，確保放大後仍可清晰查看表演細節（如舞蹈動作、演奏指法、面部表情）；
    音質需清晰無雜音（音樂類建議使用外接麥克風，避免環境干擾；語言藝術類需確保語音清晰、無斷音）。
    （二）視覺藝術類文件要求：圖片格式須為 JPG 或 PNG，解析度不低於 300dpi，單張圖片大小控制在 2-10M 範圍內；數字藝術作品需提交原始工程文件（如 PSD、AI 格式）及最終渲染圖，確保創作真實性；禁止對作品進行過度修圖（如改變創作內容、添加非原創元素），僅可適當調整亮度、對比度還原真實效果。

  6. 後期處理限制：表演類視頻僅可對亮度、對比度、音量進行微調（用於還原真實拍攝場景與效果），禁止修改畫面內容（如添加特效、調整表演節奏、更換背景），嚴禁拼接不同場景拍攝的視頻片段，確保表演的真實性與完整性。
    視覺藝術類作品僅可進行基礎光影、色彩校正，禁止添加非原創元素、修改創作主體或拼接他人創作部分，確保作品的真實創作屬性。

  7. 拍攝背景與服裝 / 呈現要求：
    背景：統一使用純白或淺色無紋理背景（如白色幕布、淺灰色牆面），避免背景雜物、圖案、文字干擾作品主體，確保評審注意力集中於作品本身。服裝 / 呈現：表演類服裝需符合作品風格（如古典音樂搭配得體正装、民族舞蹈搭配傳統舞服），避免過於暴露或裝飾雜亂；視覺藝術類作品需保持乾淨整潔，手工類作品避免破損、污漬，確保作品呈現效果。

  8. 提交方式：通過指定報名平臺上傳參賽作品，上傳前請將文件統一命名為「參賽組別_參賽者中 / 英文全名_作品名稱」（例如：視覺藝術兒童組_李華 / Li Hua_《星空幻想》、音樂少年組_張明軒 / Zhang Mingxuan_《月光曲》），便於賽事組委會統一管理與審核。視覺藝術類需同步提交創作理念說明（200 字以內），與作品文件一同壓縮上傳。

獎項及榮譽 / Awards

【個人獎項 / Individual Awards】

為鼓勵不同年齡段、不同藝術門類參賽者的創作與表演，每個年齡組別及藝術專案（視覺藝術類、音樂表演類、舞蹈表演類、語言藝術類）均設置多層次獎項，具體如下：
 

  1. 超級冠軍（Super Champion）：95 分及以上表彰藝術技藝嫺熟精湛（如視覺藝術的色彩構圖與創意、音樂的技巧把控與樂感、舞蹈的動作規範與張力、語言藝術的情感表達與颱風）、主題表達飽滿深刻，且作品兼具獨創性與藝術感染力，達到頂尖水準的傑出藝術表現。

  2. 冠軍（Champion）：90-94 分肯定具備高水準藝術功底（如視覺藝術的細節處理與風格呈現、音樂的音準節奏與情感傳遞、舞蹈的肢體協調與風格駕馭、語言藝術的語音語調與角色塑造）、作品立意獨具風格，且能通過專屬藝術語言強烈傳遞思想內涵的優秀參賽作品。

  3. 亞軍（Runner-up）：80-89 分鼓勵藝術基礎扎實（如視覺藝術的造型能力與色彩感知、音樂的基礎技法與節奏把控、舞蹈的基礎動作與韻律感、語言藝術的表達流暢度與情感匹配）、作品細節把控精准，且主題完整度高、創意表達清晰到位的優質藝術作品。

  4. 季軍（Third Place）：70-79 分認可掌握藝術核心表現要領（如視覺藝術的主題契合與創意呈現、音樂的作品還原與情感表達、舞蹈的動作流暢與風格貼合、語言藝術的內容理解與表達清晰）、能清晰呈現場作品風貌（如國畫的筆墨韻味、古典樂的典雅、街舞的活力、朗誦的感染力），且具備進一步提升潛力的參賽者。

  5. 優異獎（Merit Award）：69 分及以下鼓勵青少年兒童對藝術的熱愛與堅持，以及勇於用專屬藝術形式表達自我、探索藝術可能性的寶貴態度，肯定其在創作、排練與展示過程中的認真付出與成長進步，守護每一份藝術初心。

 

獎項定制權益：所有得獎者可申請定制個人化獎項（印有參賽者姓名），具體費用如下：

  2. 電子證書+實體證書：港幣 320 元 HKD $320

  3. 電子證書+實體證書 + 獎牌：港幣 350 元 HKD $350

  4. 電子證書 + 實體證書 + 獎牌+獎盃：港幣 385 元 HKD $385

【學校 / 團體獎項 / School/Group Awards】

為感謝各類機構與導師對青少年兒童藝術教育的深耕與支持，激勵更多單位與個人投身青少年藝術培養事業，特面向藝術教育從業者及機構設立以下集體榮譽獎項，覆蓋視覺藝術、音樂、舞蹈、語言藝術等全品類藝術教學領域：

  1. 團體獎項：優秀藝術培育團體任何學校、藝術培訓中心、青少年文化機構或社會團體，推薦參賽選手（涵蓋任意藝術門類）達10名及以上，經賽事組委會審核確認後，將獲頒「優秀藝術培育團體」榮譽證書及定制獎牌。此獎項旨在表彰機構在青少年藝術教育領域的系統耕耘、專業教學成果，以及為賽事輸送多元藝術人才的突出貢獻，助力機構提升藝術教育領域的行業影響力。

  2. 導師獎項：傑出藝術指導任何藝術指導老師（包括視覺藝術、音樂、舞蹈、語言藝術等各類別指導教師），推薦參賽選手達5名及以上，且所指導選手作品整體表現達標，將獲頒「傑出藝術指導」榮譽證書。此獎項肯定導師在青少年藝術教學中的專業素養、個性化指導能力，以及在作品創意打磨、技巧提升等方面的用心付出，彰顯導師對青少年藝術成長的重要助推作用。
     

領取獎項細則 / Award Collection Details

  1. 比賽結果將通過電郵通知每位參賽者，同時在官方網站公示，敬請留意；

  2. 所有獎項將在「獎項申請截止日」後兩個月內統一發送；

  3. 獎項及證書均通過順豐速運寄送，郵費採用「寄付」方式，請收件時留意；

  4. 獎項一經簽收，若出現損壞、遺失等情況，不予補發，敬請妥善保管；

  5. 因參賽者填寫資訊錯誤、聯繫方式失效等導致包裹無法投遞，主辦方不承擔責任。
     

Award Collection Details

  1. Competition results will be notified to each participant via email and published on the official website. Please pay attention to these updates.

  2. All awards will be distributed uniformly within two months after the "deadline for award application".

  3. Awards and certificates will be delivered via SF Express, with postage charged on a "cash on delivery" basis. Please note this when receiving the package.

  4. Once an award is signed for, no reissue will be provided in case of damage, loss, or other issues. Please keep it properly.

  5. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failed delivery of the package due to incorrect information provided by the participant, invalid contact details, or other similar reasons.
     

注意事項 / Important Notes

  1. 參賽者提交作品即視為同意：本協會有權以文字、錄音、錄影等形式公開刊載或播放該作品（用於賽事宣傳、成果展示等非商業用途）；

  2. 主辦方有權拒絕「內容不恰當、偏離比賽主題、格式不符合要求」的參賽作品；

  3. 參賽作品不得包含淫褻、暴力、侮辱性內容，或任何具有爭議性、違反公序良俗的資訊；

  4. 參賽者須全額理解並同意本次比賽的所有規則與章程，提交作品即視為確認此條款；

  5. 若參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦方及評審委員會有權即時取消其參賽資格及獎項；

  6. 本協會尊重評審團基於專業知識與經驗作出的最終判斷，其決定具備權威性；

  7. 評審會對賽事相關事宜（如評分爭議、規則解釋等）擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

  8. 本協會保留修改上述所有條款及解釋比賽規則的權利，如有調整將通過官方管道公示，恕不另行單獨通知；

  9. 得獎者的榮譽資格僅限本人所有，不得轉讓或贈與他人；

  10. 所有參賽者須嚴格遵守比賽規則，提交作品即代表同意並認可本細則及相關聲明；

  11. 如遇任何未盡事宜或爭議，最終解釋權歸本協會所有。
     

Notes / Important Notes

  1. By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to agree that the Association shall have the right to publicly publish or broadcast the entry in the form of text, audio, video, etc. (for non-commercial purposes such as event promotion and achievement display).

  2. The organizer reserves the right to reject entries that contain inappropriate content, deviate from the competition theme, or do not meet the required format.

  3. Entries must not contain pornographic, violent, or insulting content, nor any information that is controversial or violates public order and good morals.

  4. Participants must fully understand and agree to all rules and regulations of this competition; submission of an entry shall be deemed as confirmation of this clause.

  5. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the jury shall have the right to immediately disqualify them and revoke any awards.

  6. The Association respects the final judgment made by the jury based on their professional knowledge and experience, and such decisions shall be authoritative.

  7. The jury shall have the final decision-making power on matters related to the competition (such as scoring disputes, interpretation of rules, etc.), and participants shall not raise any objections.

  8. The Association reserves the right to modify all the above clauses and interpret the competition rules. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels, and no separate individual notice will be given.

  9. The honorary qualifications of winners are limited to the winners themselves and shall not be transferred or gifted to others.

  10. All participants must strictly abide by the competition rules; submission of an entry represents agreement and recognition of these detailed rules and related statements.

  11. In case of any unforeseen matters or disputes, the final interpretation right shall belong to the Association.
