通用參賽條款(適用於本會所有比賽) (所有確認參賽者均默認同意本條款及細則)

一、參賽資格與作品提交

  1. 參賽者可報名多個賽事項目,每項目限遞交 1 份作品,報名以單一作品為單位。

  2. 參賽作品須為參賽者獨立原創,一經查實存在抄襲、侵權等非原創行為,將立即取消參賽資格。

  3. 報名時須如實填寫個人資訊(用於聯絡溝通及資格核實),若發現資訊虛假,本會有權無條件取消其參賽資格,且不另行通知。
     

二、報名流程與費用說明

  1. 報名截止後,如需修改報名資料或補繳費用,須額外支付 50 元行政服務費。

  2. 報名經本會確認後,恕不接受取消報名及退款申請。
     

三、活動調整與不可抗力應對

  1. 若遇傳染病暴發、黑雨、八號及以上颱風等極端情況,為保障參與者安全,活動將取消,且不安排補辦或退款,敬請諒解;黃雨、紅雨、三號及以下颱風期間,活動照常進行。

  2. 活動最新資訊、調整通知等,均以本會官網公告為準,敬請密切關注。
     

四、獎項與作品領取規範

  1. 比賽結果公佈後,獎項、證書及作品若因快遞延誤領取產生滯留費等額外費用,均由參賽者自行承擔;未按時領取的獎項、證書及作品,將由快遞公司按其規章制度處理。

  2. 獲獎者的獎盃及證書將通過順豐速運(到付)發送,敬請留意收貨資訊。

  3. 因郵寄過程中不可抗因素導致獎項、證書或作品遺失、損壞、延誤或送達錯誤,本會不承擔相關責任。
     

五、作品內容審核標準

以下作品將被取消參賽資格:

侵犯他人版權、肖像權等合法權利的作品;

  1. 包含色情、裸露、猥褻、暴力及其他具有爭議性或違反公序良俗內容的作品;

  2. 涉及蓄意騷擾、不尊重他人或破壞自然生態環境的作品;

  3. 威脅個人、動物安全或違反法律法規的作品。
     

六、評審機制與爭議處理

  1. 本會比賽不設查卷或上訴機制,評審結果由本會最終裁定,並擁有最終解釋權。

版權說明(通用)

  1. 參賽者同意本會擁有以下權利:可在任何媒體平臺(包括但不限於網站、社交媒體、宣傳冊等)使用、複製、展示、修飾、刊登或發放參賽作品(含片段、圖片、視頻等),用於教育推廣、活動宣傳等非商業用途,無需另行支付報酬或通知參賽者。

  2. 凡涉及本條款的爭議,最終解釋權歸本會所有。
     

繪畫、寫作及書法比賽專用條款

一、額外參賽規則

  1. 參賽作品須在指定位置註明參賽者姓名及組別,資訊虛假或遺漏者將被取消資格,本會不另行解釋。

  2. 作品內容不得涉及政治敏感、過度暴力、不雅或色情元素,須符合社會公序良俗。

  3. 比賽結束後三個月內未領取的參賽作品,本會將統一按規銷毀,敬請及時領取。

  4. 因郵寄過程導致作品遺失、損壞、延誤等問題,本會不承擔責任。

二、作品規格要求

  1. 作品須通過官方指定管道網上遞交,實體作品尺寸不限。

  2. 電子檔案須為作品正面完整拍攝,格式限 JPG 或 PNG,檔案大小不超過 8MB,畫面須清晰可辨(無反光、模糊或裁剪不全等問題)。

  3. 實體作品須由參賽者妥善保存至領取獎項及證書後,賽事期間本會有權根據需要,要求參賽者提交實體原件用於核實、評審或展覽,逾期未提交者將被取消參賽資格。

三、版權補充說明

  1. 參賽者同意本會擁有作品的知識產權使用權,可將作品用於展覽、出版物製作、活動推廣等(包括完整或部分使用),無需另行通知或支付報酬。

  2. 涉及本類比賽的爭議,本會擁有最終決定權。

現場朗誦及音樂比賽專用條款

一、現場管理規則

  1. 比賽期間,家長僅可拍攝或錄製自家子女的參賽片段,嚴禁拍攝其他參賽者;現場禁止使用閃光燈,以免影響比賽秩序及參賽者發揮。違者將被取消參賽資格。

  2. 本會有權根據實際情況(如場地調整、人員變動等)靈活調整比賽地點及評審團,相關變動將通過官方網站、短信等管道及時通知。

二、爭議處理

  1. 凡涉及本類比賽的爭議,最終解釋權歸本會所有。

General Competition Rules (Applicable to all competitions organized by the Association)

(All confirmed participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions)

1. Eligibility and Submission of Works

  • Participants may register for multiple competition items, with a limit of 1 entry per item. Registration is based on individual works.

  • All entries must be original works independently created by the participants. If an entry is verified to involve plagiarism, infringement, or other non-original behaviors, the participant’s eligibility will be immediately revoked.

  • Participants must provide true and accurate personal information during registration (for communication and eligibility verification purposes). If false information is found, the Association reserves the right to unconditionally revoke the participant’s eligibility without prior notice.

2. Registration Process and Fee Instructions

  • After the registration deadline, any modification of registration information or supplementary payment will incur an additional administrative fee of 50 yuan.

  • Once registration is confirmed by the Association, cancellation of registration and refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Activity Adjustments and Response to Force Majeure

  • In case of extreme situations such as outbreaks of infectious diseases, black rainstorms, typhoons of signal No. 8 or above, the activity will be canceled for the safety of participants, with no rescheduling or refunds. Your understanding is appreciated. Activities will proceed as scheduled during yellow rainstorms, red rainstorms, or typhoons of signal No. 3 or below.

  • The latest activity information and adjustment notices will be published on the Association’s official website. Please pay close attention to updates.

4. Guidelines for Receiving Awards and Works

  • After the competition results are announced, any additional fees (such as storage fees) incurred due to delayed collection of awards, certificates, or works by the courier shall be borne by the participants. Unclaimed awards, certificates, and works will be handled by the courier company in accordance with its regulations.

  • Trophies and certificates for winners will be sent via SF Express (freight collect). Please pay attention to the delivery information.

  • The Association shall not be liable for the loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery of awards, certificates, or works caused by unavoidable factors during transportation.

5. Review Standards for Work Content

The following works will be disqualified:

 

  • Works that infringe upon others' copyrights, portrait rights, or other legal rights;

  • Works containing pornography, nudity, obscenity, violence, or other controversial content that violates public order and morality;

  • Works involving intentional harassment, disrespect for others, or damage to the natural ecological environment;

  • Works that threaten the safety of individuals or animals, or violate laws and regulations.

6. Evaluation Mechanism and Dispute Resolution

  • There is no mechanism for reviewing results or appealing against decisions in the Association’s competitions. The Association has the final decision-making power over competition results and reserves the right of final interpretation.

Copyright Notice (General)

  • Participants agree that the Association shall have the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, publish, or distribute the entries (including clips, images, videos, etc.) on any media platforms (including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, etc.) for non-commercial purposes such as educational promotion and activity publicity, without the need for additional compensation or prior notice to the participants.

  • The Association reserves the right of final interpretation for any disputes arising from these terms.

Special Rules for Painting, Writing, and Calligraphy Competitions

1. Additional Competition Rules

  • Entries must clearly indicate the participant’s name and group in the designated position. Participants with false or missing information will be disqualified, and the Association will not provide further explanations.

  • The content of works must not involve politically sensitive topics, excessive violence, obscenity, or pornography, and must conform to social morality and public order.

  • Unclaimed entries will be properly destroyed by the Association in accordance with regulations three months after the competition ends. Please collect your works in a timely manner.

  • The Association shall not be liable for the loss, damage, or delay of works caused during transportation.

2. Requirements for Work Specifications

  • Works must be submitted online through the official designated channel. There is no restriction on the size of physical works.

  • Electronic files must be complete frontal shots of the works, in JPG or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 8MB, and the images must be clear and distinguishable (without reflections, blurriness, or incomplete cropping).

  • Physical works must be properly kept by participants until the collection of awards and certificates. During the competition, the Association reserves the right to request participants to submit physical originals for verification, evaluation, or exhibition purposes. Failure to submit within the specified time will result in disqualification.

3. Supplementary Copyright Notice

  • Participants agree that the Association shall have the right to use the intellectual property of the works, including but not limited to using the works (in whole or in part) for exhibitions, publication production, and activity promotion, without the need for additional notice or compensation.

  • The Association has the final decision-making power over any disputes arising from these competitions.

Special Rules for On-Site Recitation and Music Competitions

1. On-Site Management Rules

  • During the competition, parents may only take photos or record videos of their own children’s performance segments. Filming of other participants is strictly prohibited. The use of flash photography on-site is also prohibited to avoid disrupting the competition order or affecting participants’ performance. Violators will be disqualified.

  • The Association reserves the right to flexibly adjust the competition venue and judging panel according to actual circumstances (such as venue adjustments, personnel changes, etc.). Relevant changes will be promptly notified through the official website, SMS, and other channels.

2. Dispute Resolution

  • The Association reserves the right of final interpretation for any disputes arising from these competitions.
